The girl who attended us, asian with lots of piercings, a nose piercing and has belly button piercing was extremely rude. Sun 3rd, 2023 around 4: 25 pm. The way she would take the shoe box from our hands and deliver it to us was was with lots of attitude. She would extended her arms to make us reach out for the box rather than getting closer to us. She did not smile a single bit and scowled when mom asked for her to get the correct one since she brought out the wrong shoe size. Mom asked why she was being rude and she answered “so? ”
Terrible experience if she doesn’t like her job and doesn’t know how to treat her customer why is she even working? I suggest that she is straight out fired or at least re trained so that her sourness, rudeness and attitude is different. I understand if she had a bad day but that doesn’t mean she has to act like a total a-hole.

I went in today looking for a pair of shoes and the staff was so rude. He was on his phone and said nothing the whole time I was in there. I hate that stores don’t uphold decent and basic customer service anymore. Made me not want to buy anything so I decided to just leave.

Item was marked down to a sale price of 49.97. At cash, the item rang up as 99.97. The nice cashier told me she had to call corporate customer service to get me the price adjustment.

Customer service told her she would be sending the discount codes. We waited for them to send the codes and called again because it was taking a long time.
We were then told that they couldn’t honor the price and could only price adjust to 64.99.

This type of bait and switch shouldn’t be legal.

We were forced to pay the higher amount after 2 hours of waiting at the store while the cashiers argued over the phone with soft Mocs customer service.

Asked one of the lady there for a size and she gave me an attitude (like why bother me). I mean I am not asking anything for free. We are customer wanting to buy however if you give that attitude it’s a big NO.never going to that store again ever

I always wanted Vans shoes I went straight to get them, and was fast the checkout.

Was quick, there wasn't a lot of people.

Customer service is terrible. I needed to try different sizes for my toddler and the sales agent was super rude to me. She acted like me asking for different sizes was a hassle and inconvenient. ITS YOUR JOB. I left disappointed. I would have bought shoe's. It's been an ongoing theme with this location.

Was a pleasant experience shopping at SoftMoc Dufferin Mall today. The staffs were polite and knowledgeable. They helped promptly when I needed to find the right number for a shoes for my kids. And the prices of the shoes are excellent. Definitely I recommend and I will be back.

I am a person with a disability and the staff members do not follow AODA Accessibility for Ontarins with Disabilities Act law and is disgusting how the manager acts when it comes to Accessibility accommodations.

The store associates are friendly, humble and ready to help. They have beautiful collection.

Great selection of shoes but customer service needs improvement. Three customer service reps working today and they could care less to help or answer any of my questions.

I have always found the customer service at this location to be exceptional and today was another example of that. I walked in to do an exchange for a bigger size on a pair of sneakers and the service was impeccable- thank you so much for being patient with me and for going above and beyond to resolve my issue!

If I could I would have put no stars. Lack of experience big time. They think they are trained properly for product defect but not. Using your hand or hands does not qualify proper manufacturer defect. Also head office customer service not trained properly and professionally. They don't help customers and give out wrongful info. Then reports on file wrong notes and adds different info that was not even mentioned. Never again shopping there. They have lost a long time and very loyal honest customer.

This location was awesome. The girl who was helping me was so sweet to my kids, brought them stickers and some paper and asked them to make her art so i had time to actually try on my shoes. Bought 2 pairs. Will definitely be back!

Had a great experience shopping! Sales Agent Brooke was pleasant, professional and extremely helpful. I tried on quite a few pairs of shoes and although I had to go to another location to get my size, she was gracious throughout. Thank you Brooke.

I attended this store today, the mall opens at 10am and the two sales associates were in the back room, no where to be seen, store lights off and the store gate left open. At 10: 30, one of them finally appeared at the cash register area, not acknowledging the customers they have waiting in front of the store. I asked if she knows that it is 10: 30, the sales associate responds ‘I know what time it is’ and they finally allowed customers in the store at 10: 35am. I have never experienced such lack of customer service.
