Thank you Amita for helping me get the most out of my 2022 Tax year, Everyone there is very friendly and respectful.

I've been going to softron to file my taxes for years and they never disappoint. Gundeep was very nice and helpful throughout the process. Excellent service

Me and my wife applied tax return through softron. One lady named Pam handled our files. With sweet words she brain wash us and made me pay 328 dollars for filling personal tax. My friends have applied online and got way more amount than us. She promised us that she will get maximum return. But we got 1300 CAD less by appling with softron after paying 328 dollars fees. If I have applied online for free I have got way more. Also my wife got a mail from CRA stating that she need to pay them some thousands of dollars back. I dono what this Pam applied with our files. Also she promised me that we will receive climate incentives every 3 months. Two days back I got a mail from CRA that I am not eligible for climate incentives. This Pam lady is really talk sweet words and brain wash you to pay them fees and Atlast we end up with wast of money and time going to softron. They used to ask fees nearly 5 to 10 percent of your return. Atlanta fed-up with them. I would have applied with wealthsimple free online tax software and got a clear amount which I deserve. These are fake people just be aware. I am really disappointed with this lady. Don't fall for their reviews.

Rahil collected all my tax forms and handed them off to Amita who are both great employees at the Hurontario location. This is the best place to come!

We have been getting our taxes done at this location for years. The staff is very easy to work with and are knowledgeable at what they do. I highly recommend this location. Every problem or question we had was answered promptly and was explained to us in a manner we understood. Kudos to the staff at this location.

I have been going to Softron Tax for many years and have always been impressed with Pam's professionalism and general business accumen. She always does my taxes in a timely manner and always has an answer to my questions. I recommend her to everyone I know.

Post 1.5 years for the taxes I filed for 2019.
Softron failed to communicate to me that I owe money for gst account and that led to repercussions in 2021 as cra penalized me.
Terrible service!

I got my taxes done for the first time here and it was handled smoothly and with efficiency. Overall I had a great experience and Softron has a great staff encompassing a great environment. Would definitely get my taxes done here again and would recommend to those looking for accountants to handle their taxes.

Went there last year to file my taxes and there was this asian inexperienced lady helped me out, I don't wanna mention her name because I respect there privacy but she told me that I will get xxx$ amount of money back but I didn't receive at all not gonna go there again.

I waited for some time as I attended on a weekend. However I was then pleased when I had my accountant Pam assist me with my every need, she was knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend to have your taxes done as this location.

Today as every year, l leave Softron Tax with a smile, l am always satisfied with their excellent customer attitude, Pam is a sweet lady and very knowledgeable in her field of work. Guys don't hesitate try Softron Tax, you will be happy you did!

Amita saved my taxes after another company Baxton Harper completely mishandled them. I highly recommend her. I do not recommend Baxton Harper.

Worst company for filing taxes. Would not recommend anyone to come get their taxes done here. Worst customer service.

New Canadian here. Just got my first taxes filed here. I was served by Jyoti, a cheerful lady who answered all of my questions politely.
It took 20 minutes to get the taxes done and I didn't had to wait.
Prices are a bit higher but the service is phenomenal.
I'd recommend this place.

Charged $1500 accounting fee for a self employed text return.after negotiating from his approximation of $2000-$3000. Took several months to have my taxes completed.still they are not done. I feel taken advantage of. I have never paid an accountant that much nor have I had so much of my time waisted.

Highly recommend Pam; she was very helpful as well as knowledgeable and displayed great customer service.

Talk about an amazing experience! Pam not only helped me get an instant refund for my most recent year, but she looked back at past refunds and noticed TWO years that large amounts were left out of previous returns. I took all my taxes I didn’t file since 2015 to 2018- and they blew right through it and got me back a refund I didn’t ever think I would get!
This place is my permanent tax people!
