Taxes done quickly. Taxes done right! Akram was very helpful making sure all possible deductions were addressed. Very knowledgeable and a great demeanor. If your stressed out doing your taxes, go see Akram. He will ease your mind and put a smile on your face.

People giving 5 stars to this place have probably been: losing money, having their tax return filed incorrectly, and overpaying for the service.

Their communication skills, and lack of transparency are abysmal!

Issue #1: I asked last year if I would be able to claim a refund on their fees, to which they said "yes, on the next year". This year they told me I can't unless is for business.

Issue #2: I sent them an email extremely detailed with all my information and asked them what they needed from me. They didn't answer any of my questions and replied saying they'd get started on my return right away. I asked again what they needed from me in terms of documentation, and they said they didn't need anything. They filed my tax return INCORRECTLY. Turns out they did need me to send them documents as they didn't have access to everything they needed.

Issue #3: Started doing my return without letting me know the price for the service and overcharged me for everything. Not to mention they did it incorrectly. Luckily I didn't pay in advance and asked them to clear the return they submitted. I'll do it myself.

I can go on and on, but all in all I strongly advise stay away from this place.

Exceptional service. Akram did tax filing for self employment and he was extremely patience, took his time to answer all my questions with explanations. I would strongly recommend anyone to file their tax with Akram, especially if your tax is a bit complicated and requires detailed work. He would go through every details to make sure that you don't miss anything out.
