Renuka from Fairview Mall is absolutely fantastic. She is a friendly professional and always so helpful in answering all my questions regarding my taxes. She's able to save me more money than I expected each time I see her. For sure, I'm going back for her tax services in the years to come.

I've been filing mine and my parents tax return at this location for almost 15 years. Renuka is such a kind and knowledgeable lady. She answers my questions and eases my concerns. I usually email her all the documents and she will have it done in no time. She even helped me reply to CRA letters that make me frustrated.

Renuka has been doing my taxes for years and has always been a pleasure to work with. She works quickly and efficiently; she’s responsive, accurate with her numbers and makes sure I get everything done in a timely manner. I definitely recommend Renuka to my friends and family.

They lie and make mistakes!
I had file two older tax returns. I had been there years ago and thought I could get the job done quickly. All documents were accounted for those years. One week after the drop off, the tell me that I owe the Gov money (over 2000). I was in shock and just accepted it, trusting these people. I just stepped out of the office and thought to myself; I have never owed the govnt before and I make the same amount. I took a closer look at the return and noticed that the did not put in m RRSP. I went back in asked why it wasn't done. They couldn't answer me so they called their manager. After waiting and watching them try to figure out between themselves the manager final approached me. She stated that the didn't put it in because they do not know m RRSP limit. A side note: Throughout the years I have never passed or reached the RRSP limit. She told me that they will look at it again and once the taxes go through the govnt will make the changes. Well I got it back and one was corrected by them (The one I first brought up to them in their office, although I did say both years) The second year still had a balance owing. I had to log into CRA and look up my return and noticed that the left it blank. I had to do all the work, Not sure why I paid for something and they made the mistake and didn't even help to correct it. I should of just filed my own tax, clearly they cannot copy and past.

I was charged $220 for filing my tax for the first time in Canada and didn’t give me any clarity on the charges or the benefits or anything for that matter.
I was told the price would be some where around $70 initially and then looted me. I checked with them about the benefits that they said they had applied, didn’t get a clarity on the same as well.

I had made an appointment at this location and when visited the office asked for an approximate rate for my return. I was told that I would be charged a rate of 90-100$ for my tax return. I confirmed by asking would it go beyond 100$ and I was informed no, it will definitely be 100$ or less.
After my return had been completed I was given a bill of around 150$ incl. Tax.
I explained to the representative that I was quoted a lower price and he replied it is because you're married. I told him I informed about it earlier already and also I mentioned that in the form they gave me to fill. Then, he was silent and made another excuse as he didn't have answer to my question.
Its not about money, I didn't like the way they made excuses after I informed about prior conversation, Completely unprofessional and mis-coordination within employees.
Also, when I went to the office 2nd time, they miscalculated the tax returns and didn't follow what I have clearly explained and gave details and filled out the form during 1st visit.
