Vasant is a great level two Teacher with very knowledgeable on the subject & topics we learnt I have enjoyed being in his class. His method of teaching makes easier to understand Tax laws.

The staff at this location are very unprofessional and rude. My wife waited in line for more then 1hr, she called me at home to tell me the cost $211 for common tax file for 2 people. I spoke with the accountant to try to understand why it was so much, she's just say " thas the price pay it or I have other customers" I said we can't pay that much and she hung up before I could say anything else. My wife later told her the accountant just threw the paper at her and told her to leave.

Filed my tax via email through them because of the pandemic. All of my tax documents had my new address except for one. They still submitted my declaration with my old address even though I sent them another email advising to correct my address in the declaration. They called me saying that since the declaration had the old address, CRA will now have my old address. CRA has had my new address since December last year and they still told me that it will be updated back to my old address due to the declaration they submitted. They didn't apologize. Best practice for your staff is to check with your customers if the information you have on file is accurate.

I attended the Softron Tax course in Brampton Ontario In November 2019. I found it very informative and helpful in understanding the Tax rules and the preparation of my T1 return to CRA.

I was in Brampton-Oct 2019 session. My experience was awesome. Mr Basanth is a really knowledgeable person. Used his experience and Tax skills to teach us complex Tax calculations in simplest way possible. He went through a lot of examples and shows us all important steps for Tax preparations.i will surely recommend Mr. Basanth for future Tax courses. Thank you

We had 3 different trainers each with their own style but i found it to be a good experience.
