After speaking with someone in the office, I made an appointment. When I arrived shortly before the appointed time, no one was in the office. About 10 minutes after the appointed time, I called and left a message saying that I was here and to please call when they arrive. I left for home at 1/2 hour after the appointed time and NEVER received a phone call.

Karen filed my returns 2 weeks ago and I just received my notice of assessments. She is meticulous, kind and professional. Karen really took her time to answer every single questions I had. I highly recommend this firm and will be going back next year! Thank you Karen & Keep up the good work

She was so friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I always feel dumb when people explain tax stuff to me but her explanation made everything look so easy to understand. She was once an international student so she also dropped some life wisdom for me!

The other accountants present were also super nice and very professional too but Karen is my love and she will do my taxes till I die.
