Awesome tub guys! I love that it lite and easy to move around. Plugs into a normal outlet and easy to maintain and operate. I do wish there was an option for another seat but not a big deal. The quality shows in your craftsmanship!

Tub was ready quickly. We picked up the tub from head office.everything was ready and well packed. This 300 model Softtub is replacing our 20 year old 4 person softtub. Not that it stopped working but because we needed a more roomy tub.

We purchased our soft tube in June and love it, we use it on very hot days as a cooling pond and cool days as a hot tube. We use it most days twice, once in the morning and then again after our evening walk.we are very satisfied with the service we received and delighted with the product.

Absolutely LOVE our Softub. Scored the lottery when we got one second hand. Have since changed out the mother board and recently had the liner replaced and works just like new. More comfortable that any hot tub I’ve ever sat in! Repairs were also very reasonably priced.

I had great accurate service from Softub. My tub arrived on time and I quickly installed it on the back deck. So easy to handle and move it. Plugged it in, filled it.voila in 24 hrs it will be ready to use as water has to heat up. I love the softubs because although they are very soft and pleasant to the touch.they are solid and not flimsy. I love the fact it does not need a heater because it is heated via **the motor***. Very intelligent design! Very economical to run and keep heated 365 days per year! I have owned 2 hot tubs over the years and loved em both immensely!

I recently had my Hydromate serviced to repair the dial (for the jets) which had detached from the unit. It was such a minor fix, that Softub decided to repair it for free. WOW! What a pleasant surprise. Thank you Softub (Sudbury). This company has integrity as well as an excellent product.

I needed to order some chemicals for my softub for the firstbtime and found them on this website at very reasonable prices and got delivered promptly.

I would not recommend a soft tub to anyone after only 8 months of having the soft tub it started to leak after I sent it away for repair got it back 1 week later half the jets stopped working I called soft tub Canada and they told me they had issues with seals and torque problems during manufacturing so they sent me some stuff to deal with that since then the light stopped working then the pump stopped working soon after that they tried blaming water imbalance but I no how to run a tub and test water lol soft tub Canada is the waste time and money do not buy this product unless you want to spend a lot of money on way over priced junk parts either way my tubs under warranty still and I won’t bring it back to pay for warranty again it’s a joke they should be out of business their products do not stand up to how they clam it does either way iam going to burn it and make some great you tube videos in the process should be exciting to watch the soft tub burn because what else can I do with it lol

As a rig driver I found this place pretty friendly. They are quick with loading unloading. Use door 3 for pickup and delivery. Thanks
