This is the best dental office I have ever been to! It was my first time ever going to Solar Dental and I felt extremely cared for and heard regarding any concerns I was having! Thank you to Solar dental staff for making this a very pleasant visit!

I was a patient at this location for many years. I had a cleaning done that was a very painful experience and I was later to find out that because of my experience they would allow me a free cleaning next time I came in.
When I tried to book that complimentary cleaning, I was told there was an expiry period to it and I had passed that period and so it was no longer complimentary. Of course this wasn’t told to me at the time of the painful experience. Poor customer service all around!

Solar Dental has an amazing team and I'm very appreciative to their dedicated care. Would recommend.

After posting a good review 4 years ago I am retracting that and in a nutshell, I had 4 impacted wisdom teeth I was told should come out 12 years ago by a dental surgeon not affiliated, I am a dental chicken and developed a bad cavity in the molar in front of one of those wisdom teeth.the dentist knew I had severe anxiety, told me a root canal and extraction of 1 wisdom plus 3 other procedures would save that tooth, I went for the root canal.knowing my anxiety he after 40 min had trouble freezing in the area, kept leaving for other patients and I said forget i.going forward he was supposed to call me with another plan never did, I had all 5,4 wisdom severely impacted plus that molar removed by a prominent surgeon he said that molar couldn't be saves and I was being duped. This surgeon could have tried to sell me implants etc he was honest and didn't

Friendly and courteous staff. Whether it's billing, insurance coverage, or procedures, everyone takes the time to answer your questions in detail.

I have such a horrible time scheduling an appointment with this place. It's easier for me to email than it is to call as I work full time and after work I'm busy picking up my son, preparing dinner etc. It's just easier for me to email, but that doesn't mean I should get pushed to the back burner. I'll receive an email back, reply almost immediately then crickets. I have had to follow up 3 times now. Might look for a new place; someone who cares about my needs.

The receptionists Joanna and Rachel are extremely friendly, super helpful and always willing to resolve any questions you have immediately. Dr Chris at the clinic is amazing and all the other Drs I have dealt with are great as well, helpful and treat you like you’re a real human and not just another pay day. My hygienist Crystal that I have been dealing with are also super amazing and very personable.

I would highly recommend solar dental if you have had issues with Dentists and Hygienists before, they take their time and walk you through all the process and actually make you feel comfortable

Solar dental on fairway has the friendliest staff and the wait times are not long. I took my son here and they were very understanding for my sons fear of the dentist and Paula helped him through the whole time, she was great with him. We left happy and my son has less fear of going to the dentist because of the staff at solar dental. I would highly recommend.

Okay, so I know people are afraid to go to dentists, but this place is my favourite. That staff are lovely and so knowledgable. Dr. Mozeg is the kindest and most patient dentist. He always explains treatments, why they are necessary, and always follows up with "do you have any questions? ". Honestly, if I had a "best dentist" award to give out, he would get it, hands down. If you've been putting off booking a cleaning or filling, or consult, do it. This place isn't like any other dental office out there.

Firstly the place is filthy. They do not conduct proper procedures. To be honest they don't even deserve a 1 star Review. The girls working the counter have attitude problems. They charge ridiculous amounts for Dentist who hardly speak any English and to top it off the supervisor is a older cranky lady with a attitude so I know where the girls working the counter get it. I went there as an emergency with a serious tooth ache and the dentist ended up working on the wrong tooth. I asked for the old x-rays and new x-rays to compare and I had to go to another dentist to get my teeth taken care of. I would let even go there if my dental coverage paid 100% of the bill. Not worth it. Be careful. Thank you

Dr. Neal and the staff is awesome. I also get my Botox done for my masseter muscle and my clenching/grinding and pain has decreased significantly. Very patient and listens to what you need.

I was extremely impressed with our dental hygienist Angela today, with how she handled my daughter and involved her in the entire process of our cleanings, she was extremely friendly and informative! She made the whole process a breeze, and we all know things like that with kids aren't always easy! Very happy!

Terrible terrible customer service I have been going here for years I had not been in for a long time I got my appointment times mixed up I had two the first one I was 10 minutes late for and I was on time for mine. She immediately told me she will have to see if they have time for the appointments because I was late. I apologized and let her know I mixed up the times. I told her I will do one appointment because I do not want to push them back. She said they will most likely be able to do both. So to me I don't understand why try to make me feel negative about it in the first place then if not to intentionally make me feel uncomfortable or an inconvenience. I came with new insurance and there was a mix up on the insurance companies end not their fault or mine and I was embarrassed in front of other customers publically when I needed to run home and return to make the payment since I did not have my wallet on me she made the whole process ridiculous and on top of that I needed two separate receipts and she tried to accuse me of insurance fraud shen she has no idea why I needed two separate receipts will NOT BE RETURNING ever do not recommend their receptionist Lauren is so rude she ruined this whole experience for me and I will be looking for a new dentist. Everyone else is great. Literally go anywhere else. I used to submit insurance claims for my patients so I know that the service I was getting was not even bare minimum.

Dr. Baweja is amazing, he has totally changed my smile and I am so happy! Lauren helped me through the entire insurance process and was able to work out payments that suited my situation. The whole process was seamless and would recommend to all my friends

I am one of those people who was absolutely terrified of the dentist! (Kid to adult). But I had to eventually come in due to pain: (. My first experience walking into this establishment was a BREATH OF FRESH AIR, Paula & Kristen are THE most down to earth, adoring & amazing ladies I have ever met. LITERAL angels of reassurance! & The dentists (Dr.) that assisted my needs were professional, kind & very quick! HIGHLY RECOMMEND (they do direct billing btw) please give these people the recognition they deserve! 10 stars! I am no longer fearful of the dentist!

I was referred to Solar Dental through a friend. I had a pleasant experience with Neal B and I've seen him a few times now, which in turn made him my regular go to. Highly recommended on this location and Neal himself.

First time customer at this place, I needed a root canal. I was in severe pain. They got me in quickly, treated me very well.the doctor was quick, painless and very professional. The only thing I would have liked was to be told what he was doing while he was doing it. But I suppose it's better he's concentrating on what hes doing, rather than talking to me. Lol.
I can see why this place has 3 years in a row of Top Choice Awards. I'll be using them for now on as my dentist.

My entire family went to our annual check/teeth cleaning, my daughter went in first and my son and I came 15 minutes after. I told the receptionist I worked in the hospital but never around COVID positive patients and with proper PPE. The manager was then informed, and told me that my son and I could not be taken in for our appointments. The manager then proceeded to stop my daughter's appointment mid cleaning and she came out of the room in pain, bleeding with swollen lips and gums. She asked me to rebook our appointments but basically said I would need to be away from work 2 weeks prior to pass screening questions. I clarified I did pass the screening questions and the manager disagreed and told me that I would not even pass the screening questions for my kids to attend school. To which I informed her was ridiculous and would mean that any nurse/hospital staff would not be able to send their child to school or go to the grocery store, which is clearly not accurate. We left, I called public health for clarification and was told that I DID pass screening questions (shocker), especially because we wear proper PPE and because I have been vaccinated. I called the office back to inform them of this, and they said they would speak to the manager and get back to me, and I never heard back from them. On top of not calling back they tried to bill my insurance company for my daughters cleaning, which never actually happened. Terrible customer service with ill informed management. I was especially turned off my her statement that I should not be sending my children (age 17 and 12) to school. If I could give no stars I would.

Had a very bad experience. Receptionists not very helpful, and seemed very unqualified. Made my experience very uncomfortable seeing as I am on CRB right now and they had no idea that public health was suppose to pay for my dental work. Would not recommend this place because the employees of Solar Dental have bad communication skills, and are not sympathetic of this crisis were in.

The NEW lady that has done my tooth (root canal) had no clue what she was doing! I shouldn’t even be giving a one star that is how bad it was! I’m very upset had to be in the room for over 3 hrs 220-515 then she gave me a Prescription with HER name on it where mine is supposed to be! I didn’t even need a prescription never had one before for root canals.
I’m very upset. Oh and mind you never was able to get a break, kept on making me get x-rays of my tooth about 7 times. The ladies at the front desk were very nice though!

Good atmosphere, trained staff, very hygienic and well kept. Look forward to making this my first choice with every single hygienic aspect of my visit taken care of.
My every need was met with prompt service and an amazingly high quality.
Thank you very much for the help with everything going on in the world it’s nice to know there are real people here taking care of others in such a crazy stressful global pandemic.

I'm very unhappy with the one dentist there. He once extracted a tooth for me which was just great but! When it came time to have fillings done he was talking to his.little assistant about how he's doing so good with his other practice and the dinner parties and new car etc.like I wasn't even there! The WORST bed side manner ever. Today I went for a broken molar and he told me to sit in the chair 4x within 30 seconds! I was trying to find a place to put my attache case down that wouldn't be in his way and tell what happened to my tooth. He didn't give a s**t about me and I knew for sure when he was grinding off the sharp edges of my broken tooth. He said it wouldn't hurt except he over heated my tooth badly when trying to get this done as fast as possible. He COULD've pulled the tooth right then and there but he had to make that extra $25 for removing the sharp edges (which took maaybe 30 seconds.and he didn't even check it to see if it was still sharp) and book me in for an extraction.which, by the way, he said would only take 10 minutes. This guy does NOT care about you or how you feel.it's all about him. I'm never going back.

This dentist office is amazing next to the Cambridge one. Super accommodating and they make you feel comfortable when you arrive and even during your appointment. Would definitely recommend this office to everyone I know!

If you or a family member need dentures, avoid this place. They took haphazard measurements and sent them to a lab to get the dentures made, which required several modifications, yet were still useless, did not fit properly and looked absolutely ridiculous on. This was last year. A complete waste of money and reduced quality of life. Condescending dentist.

Didn't feel safe among covid. 5 people waiting at the same time and 3 staff. When asked if another patient who was coughing vigorously was ok. They revolted saying" what do you want, to kick her out. "
Everyone has the right to be in a safe place.
The lady who was coughing had the right for treatment too. You have to make a separate appointment for her. Found another place where they handle only one patient at a time.

Nowhere was open due to covid. They took me in as an emergency. The staff was so friendly and professional. I would totally recommend this clinic to everyone.

I am very DISAPPOINTED with the filling was done by Dr Chow, I used to get very mild sensitiveness once in a blue moon when I went for cleaning my teeth I was told I had alittle cavity on my left side and I agreed to do the filling to avoid FUTURE pain but after filling I cant eat anything on my left side I feel pain and very sensitive I wish I never had done the filling it looks like instead of avoiding FUTURE PAIN she ruined my teeth and now I cant eat on that side and my right side I dont have teeth to eat I am very hurt and disappointed I wish I had read the review here before going there I trusted the wrong dental clinic. I went to different dental clinics I was told the filling was too much and I had to remove some of it and they told me I have to remove the filling and do it again cuz it wasnt done right this is very inconvenient and unprofessional I dont understand why these clinics hire "dentist" who doesnt know their work. Now I have to pay again and go throw the pain again.

The place looks nice but they are only there for money. I went in to get one thing fixed and they told me 12 things were wrong. They shaved the wrong tooth down and messed up the shape of the tooth, then talked to me using the dentist terms like I'd understand to tell then where it should be shaved. They just had to put their finger over it to know which one needed it and they didn't even do that. I've never been nervous to be in a dentist chair but this made me angry and anxious. Because I'm younger I feel like they tried to take advantage of that. The one main dentist I saw twice doesn't care about the patient just the money and you can tell. Dont go here.

Do NOT go here for bonding! I now have a hole in my front tooth and the bonding fell out in less than a week. My front tooth is shaved down to nothing and is chipping a part. Don't tell a client you can do something and then ruin their teeth! Im pretty sure half the 5 star reviews are fake too. BEWARE!

My daughter saw Dr Neal Baweja to have a took pulled, he is simply amazing. She was very nervous, he took the time to calm her down. The procedure went so well. Definitely recommend going to this place!

Love this place! I went in with a broken molar. I didn't get an appointment until a few days after. BUT it was was quick for Christmas time. / New Years. AND the AMAZING visit made up for it. I am dealthy afraid of dentists, and taking care of myself (due to anxiety!) Hence why I was at the dentist for another (ugh!) emergency.
The assistant and dentist I saw were so dang friendly and supportive. I just wanted to hug them tight for being super patient and awesome with me and my anxiety disorder.
Going back soon to get things started in my mouff. Definetly reccommend.

The staff at Solar Dental are great! The professionalism and attention to detail makes the experience one that is five star. I will only let the dental hygienist (blonde one) clean my teeth. She is very personable and makes the trip to the dentist a breeze! So gentle and knowledgeable.
