Sole Power did all the sound and production for our wedding venue in 2023 and it went off without a flaw. Our DJ Andre and our tech Ryan were fantastic and personable, and we loved having them work our event.

We had the absolute best experience working with Sole Power for our wedding! They were so knowledgeable in recommending what kind of lighting and AV would best suit our venue, and executed everything perfectly on the day. We also had an incredible string duo who were so, so talented, and the BEST DJ (Kyle), who worked with us to make sure he knew exactly the vibe we were going for. They all did the most incredible job, and we lost count of how many guests asked us if we could send them a playlist of everything that was played throughout the evening. Truly couldn't have asked for a better experience, and can't recommend Sole Power enough!

Sole Power was amazing to work with! They were professional, accommodating and kind. DJ Fontez and the two musicians did a spectacular job at our wedding. Solepower made everything so flawless from booking, preforming and their amazing communication from start to finish (even a follow up after the wedding). Zach was our DJ and he is amazing! Prior to the wedding we spoke many times to ensure everything was perfect and it was. He reviewed playlists that we made and cut down many songs at our request to ensure they fit in perfectly (dances with parents). What an Epic night! Thank you so much to Edan and his team for making sure my daughter’s bat mitzvah party was a night to remember! We had Mitch DJ our wedding and he was absolutely incredible. He took the time to get all the details ahead of time on our music preferences, song choices, demographics of our crowd, etc, and he put together the absolute perfect music for the evening. This past summer we hired Sole Power Productions for an event for our family. The entire process was very easy thanks to Matt and Abby. Before the event, DJ Snax reached out to us to find out what type of music and party style we wanted. Start to finish, SolePower was incredibly thorough and professional. We hired them for all production and performance aspects of our wedding ceremony and reception.

Everyone was such a delight to partner with. Sales/tech guru Edan, Barbara and Karen in billing, our fabulous band (The Digs) and DJ, plus each wonderful person in between. It was a pleasure.

Two weeks before the big day, we asked to incorporate a non-traveling family member as our virtual officiant. Another company may have scoffed or told us the vision was impossible. But SolePower rose to the occasion, and turned this lovely idea into a reality with complete ease.

We used Sole Power DJ's for our wedding at the Guild Inn. Bryan was our DJ and he did an excellent job. My wife and I have a very eclectic taste in music (pop, oldies, disco, early 2000's, euro.) our guests ranged in age from teenagers to seniors and we wanted some 60's & 70's Italian pop music played during dinner.

Bryan nailed it! I provided him a playlist of Italian music that he assembled to play during the dinner and I also gave him some guidelines for the type of music we wanted to hear once the party started. He kept the party going all night long, changing the vibe when needed, while also sticking to the guidelines and he even took requests from the guests, again keeping things flowing and finding the right time to sneak in the requests.

Consider yourselves lucky if Bryan is around for your wedding too!

Booked them for our wedding based on word of mouth from a close friend. They were absolutely incredible and worth every penny. Female lead sounded like Mariah Carey. Abby was also very professional and answered all my questions literally within minutes. Already let them know I’m booking them again for another bash!

Alex was our wedding DJ at The Eglinton Grand. He provided us with a great consultation prior to the event, with some fantastic suggestions that we used on the night of. Sole Power never disappoints. My (now) wife and I had seen them perform at a friends wedding and were blown away by the professionalism and the repertoire of modern and classic music - including many of our own favourites. The singers were beyond impressive and had people talking about the band long after they left the stage. It was easy working with Sole Power as they worked directly with the venue to create the best acoustic and visual set up, even through COVID they were very accommodating and worked with us as the regulations continued to change. After the band signed towards the end of the night, they transitioned smoothly into a DJ set that got people on the dance floor. Abby and team did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a top notch musical performance.

We loved working with Alex F for our September 26 wedding. Going into the wedding we weren't sure how many guests would make use of the dance floor and we were so happy to see so many of our guests loving the music and closing out the night with us. Our wedding party had quite a few song requests for Alex and he was very accommodating with entertaining all their requests.

We had the absolute worst experience dealing with Edan and Sole Power for our wedding. We paid them a deposit pre COVID, and then COVID happened and we had to postpone our wedding. They did not want to work with us to move our deposit towards a contract that was aligned with the COVID related legal requirements. They we’re very aggressive and unreasonable and said the postponement and the changes needed to our contract was not COVID related but instead our choice. They are absolute scammers and took advantage of the situation and kept our thousands of dollars of deposit which they legally did not earn as they did not deliver the service.

Couldn't be happier with my experience working with Solepower! As an event coordinator in a challenging venue, I am always concerned with bringing in new vendors, but I can't speak highly enough about both the band (The Digs) and the DJ. They arrived early and worked with our AV team to ensure everything was done early and absolutely KILLED it during the event. They were phenomenal! Working with Matt on this event was also super great. He made the process super easy and was always available to answer questions and recommended a DJ he knew would be a great fit for the event. Sole Power Productions did an incredible job for my son’s party. These guys are amazing to deal with and put on a great show. They really try to understand what you like and incorporate it into the music, dancing etc. Our MC, Benji, was absolutely outstanding — he got the whole crowd up and dancing all night.
