Rude guy jack once he gained a lot of clients he became very rude. You can’t even talk to this guy. I don’t recommend them for nobody and all me and my family members will go elsewhere to do our taxes.

I was thrilled. I called Matt and over 2 or 3 phone chats and exchanges my taxes and my spouses were compete. I never even had to leave my chair at home. We did it all over the phone and I filed easily with Matt at Solidtax managing our tax filings with ease and professional. Got an excellent return, did income splitting which saved us another 2000k.
Very very impressed with this top notch, truly high-end team. Nothing flashy with this group. Down to business and at a reasonable and fair rate. I paid about 120 dollars as opposed to 500$. For 2 tax filings and income splitting.

Solid Tax is a properly run business that provides assistance on tax filing. I had an appointment with Amanda and she was ready by that time. She patiently answered all my questions and if she was not sure, She liasoned with her colleagues and got me the answer. Overall a very positive experience and I was out in 15 mins.

I cant express enough how much I appreciate Zi at Solid tax. Tax season sucks and I find it very stressful (like so many others) but this year it was significantly easier with Zi's help. Again (as done in past years) Jack completed/finalized my families tax returns (5 total). This year was no different and once again, Solid Tax Inc came through and did a superior/outstanding job. Fast, efficient, thorough and a great price. Jack informed me of all my government tax credits (which I did not know) and included them in my the returns. Had I completed these returns myself, the family would have lost out on these benefits and these credits would have been a gain to the Government. Will I go back and see Solid Tax Inc next filing season. ABSOLUTELY.

I worked with Zi over the phone and he was very patient and professional. I had to do my personal income taxes and my small business return. My initial chat with Zi was 30 mins, and from there we communicated via email. Everything was done in two days time, and it was a huge relief to have his help.
