From that meeting, they were able to find the right gemstone for us (tsavorite) and the design was nothing short of perfection. Alex is a true artist and craftsman - he took our vague thoughts and descriptions and came up with a photorealistic rendering of the ring of our dreams. Within a few weeks, we had our ring and it is exquisite. The price was incredibly reasonable given the quality and artistry.

I visited Alex Armen to get custom rings made twice. He not only fulfilled my vision, but took my ideas to a level I could not of pictured. Full of passion and originality, great prices and a friendly atmosphere.

A great shop ran by great people. I walked into the first meeting hoping to have some stones put into a pearl necklace clasp for me but unfortunately the material was too thin. Alex was kind enough to create a brand new custom design for me free of charge to consider while he went to confirm there was no possibility working with the original clasp. The final product is a unique and secure clasp of the utmost quality. I also more recently was looking to acquire a suite of very rare stones to be put into a bracelet. I had spent nearly a month looking for these stones by myself and then within a 24 hour notice Arbi sent me an email telling me he can get them for me. Between the in house design and creation and the network of resources available from Solitaire & ALEX ARMEN, let alone the customer service, there's nothing to expect short of a genuine and approachable bespoke jewelry experience.

Concept art translated to the actual ring and it looks amazing. I had ambitious ideas for my ring and they were able to make it a reality well on budget, amazingly quick and all through covid. I could not be more pleased.

The ring is stunning! There’s no other way to describe it.

This is a one carat round centre stone surrounded by 16 diamonds, with 10 diamonds on each side of the band: I have never seen a ring that sparkles as this one does.

Additionally, the date we celebrate was casted inside the ring with an emerald for the month of May. This attention to detail makes the ring unique and impossibly special.

We came in with a stone and few patterns in mind. Alex managed to come up with this gorgeous design that makes this ring out of this world. He also made sure that the ring will be comfortable to ware by suggesting a thinner band, and he was right! A little notch was put in on the side to make sure the ring will stay in place with the stone always facing up. We also asked him to put different patterns on the two sides of the stone but still showing the sides of the stone, and he delivered the changes in the next day. The design was very well thought-out in terms of the practicality and comfort. I am very impressed by the details of their work, and they were able to deliver this ring two weeks before the agreed time. We received excellent care from Arbi and Alex from the consultations to the delivery of the final product.
We got our wedding band at Tiffany before considering making an engagement ring, which was a terrible idea now if I think about it. The pricing for our engagement ring is much better than what Tiffany offered. Considering the craftsmanship, pricing, and customer service, we look forward for future designs with them!
