The girls at the front desk arnt very professional. I returned a couple items and i guess she didnt like that cause i got the cold shoulder and evil stare since. Said thanks have a nice day and got nothing but back. Even went back an hour later to purchase some more stuff. Same thing, said thanks have a nice day but nothing in return. Either they need some customer service training or try hiring some older more muture people. Why all the young girls anways?

It’s been 13 weeks since placing a $14k deposit on windows for our house. We were given a 6-8 week lead time. It’s now been 13 weeks. The sales rep doesn’t respond to emails or voice messages (the last time he responded with an update was weeks ago after we escalated the issue to the Assistant Manager).
This is the second time we’ve contracted SooMill (after a significant kitchen reno a few years ago) and both times, communication and customer service was lacking.

Great service from the paint desk, order desk, all the way to the gate house and lot guys.
