The dispatcher is rude and disrespectful do not waste your hard earned money on things terrible company eventually they will go bankrupt! Do not use these scum bags you try and complain they take the dispatchers side and will just band you from calling

We have used this company the two times we needed a taxi in this area. The drivers were always kind and got us to where we needed to go. We recently had guests coming from India with their dog and the driver helped them unload, which wasn't required or expected.

The rates always seemed reasonable for the distance. We run an Airbnb and they have been kind to our new guests. Even waiting to make sure they have access to the house before leaving, which was really appreciated.

Really pathetic company and rates! They charge 20$ from the Sault Area Hospital to Superior Heights. That is 3.3 Kilometers I hope this company fails and is ashamed of itself. Download the Uride App! I question the intellect of anyone giving this company above a 1 star review.

Being new to the city I don't know the cab companies but when I looked this one up it actually had open on its website. They were extremely helpful when I was at the college and lost. Both drivers were amazing and the people answering phones were amazing I am definitely making this the only cab company I will use.

$60 straight airport rate when I live within 5 minutes of the airport and they have someone always waiting at the airport. I shouldnt have to do yellow cabs job for my air bnb customers so that they dont feel ripped off for boking close to the airport.

I called Tuesday evening and arranged for an early Thursday morning cab ride to a VERY important chiropractor appointment. Come Thursday morning they don't show and after I call I'm NOT IN THE SYSTEM? AND THEY HAVE NO WAY TO GET ME THERE. THANKS FOR THAT! Such disgraceful service - and costly for me. Get it together. No wonder services like uride are becoming more popular.

Paid $42.50 for a 20 minute round trip total of 9km. Seriously overpriced I will never use this company again.

Drivers were very chill, gave us lots of information, and were on time with pick ups.

My phone had slipped out of my pocket tonight in one of their cabs, and they got it back to me the same evening. THANK YOU SO MUCH SAULT YELLOW CAB! You've always been pretty good on the time windows with me, and have always be very pleasant to ride with.so thank you again. 5 Stars from me.

Didn't even show up waited 2 hrs with groceries and my daughter kept calling back they would say yeah 5 minutes.then never came at all and then wouldn't even answer the phone had to walk with a shopping cart and my child

I have not gotten in the cab yet but my review is on dispatch today. I spoke to a women who was very nice gentle toned and understanding I called even to get the ETA on the can as it had been slightly longer then expected she explained why and apologized which she didnt need to do as it was not her fault nor the drivers. I have had many issues with dispatchers before but this one is a keeper! Wish I had gotten her name for a proper acknowledgement.
