Sophie's Professional Hair Design and Hair Salon

My sister got her haircut from Sophie and she is really happy with the results. Sophie was very patient and understood exactly what she wanted. It looked exactly like the reference picture in the end. The salon was very clean and professional

Update: i called up the salon and Sophie called me in to see my hair in person. After seeing my hair and discussing my old results and results of her other clients, we figured that this product doesn't work for my hair for some reason. She was quite reasonable.

It's very rare that one gets a full refund on a failed treatment, but thank you Sophie for understanding.

I wish we didn't have to go through this experience.

I've done keratin before. It has always left my hair feeling healthy and fizz free. This time however is different. Washed my hair today with a keratin safe shampoo and my hair turned out to be fizzy.
I even had tangles, very few but still i had tangles so soon (2 days) after the treatment. Not happy. Never going back here for keratin. Sophie and the girl who did keratin for me are very friendly but it's a hard pass from me for keratin here next time.

Thanks for your offer but it really only means spending more money buying products from you which i already own. Also, I will never ever come back. You are sweet and friendly but i felt you could not be bothered to check my hair during the process, if you did you'd have seen the product applied was not enough. I brought it up to your assistant but i was informed that the cream you use was a superior quality. I believed you guys:) as a result I'm 300 odd bucks out and those 2 hours of my life aren't coming back. But things happen and you live and learn.

Thanks for the advise, I'll apply a mask when i wash my hair next.

My first visit with Sophie was a great experience! She cut my hair exactly how I wanted, she was quick and confident, and the vibes in the salon were amazing!

She is the sweetest and wonderful at her job. Even when I was freaking out for cutting my hair short, she dealt with me so nicely and I end up loving it.

Good with dark hair but please don't go there if you have lighter hair. Also, the place is overcrowded (she does it out of her garage) and overpriced. She ruined my hair (embarrassed to even go outside) and offered no apologies or any refunds. Never going back!

Very unprofessional hairstylist I should say. She booked 3 people all together and rest is history. Did my haircut and blow dry in less 18 MINUTES. Like seriously? I can’t even tell I got my hair done. It looks the same. I wanted a change but unfortunately chose a wrong person. I would not recommend her at all. Very disappointed.

Even after having the appointment she made me wait for 15-20 minutes and then end up giving me a haircut just within 5-8 minutes! Thats it.i got bangs but she did it so quickly and it was not to the point! There was no finishing in that. Never going back!
