Guys were awesome. There was mould in the basement because of an excessive moisture. They prioritized the situation due to a health concern and did amazing job clearing it. Thanks to

Worst management for building 4001& 5000 Steeles ace west elevators are too slow, No proper cleaning, zero security and garage ceiling paint is falling out, we man at many requests to fix these issues via email and via phone But they don’t care

Worst experience buying a new build through Sorbara. They are highly unorganized. They don’t answer phone calls and emails. Mainly none of the site managers have answers to your questions. The customer care department is incredibly unhelpful, especially Yolanda. We have been waiting over 2 years for them to complete the grading and sod in our backyard. Which has lead us to have zero access to our yards, build fences and essentially enjoy our home. Trailways in Stouffville is an endless construction site, with the blind leading the blind. They have made several promises but have delivered none! Stay away. Don’t Buy a home for this company.

My dad lives at 5000 Jane Street and the apartment is failing. Too many bugs, dirty, wind drafts from windows, elevators are gross and so slow, temperature is bad mostly.

Working with the service team at Sorbara Group for our new home has been a wonderful experience. From the moment we started discussing, Leo’s team was attentive, professional, and highly skilled. The communication was outstanding as they always kept us informed and involved. They guided us throughout the process and if I had any questions or concerns, they were always there to answer and ensure us. Thank you Leo, Jeremy, Gino, Krys, Evan, Justin, Lucy, Ashlea, Steve, Andrew, and Joe in the service team for making it a smooth and amazing experience. Each one of you took the time to help us and we are very grateful for the dedication and hard work. They have gone above and beyond, and I would highly recommend their service team!

We must, by way of relief and gratitude, begin this review of Sobara Homes with the most sincerest regard and highest recommendation! The quality of our home is stellar and the total team from customer service to Leo (Service Supervisor) to service technicians couldnt have been more professional, personable and clean during work done in our home. Leo had unlimited patience and delivers on his word. Sobaras Integrity & professionalism marked their style and additonal staff and crew we dealt with.
They delivered an excellent product and went above and beyond to satisfy our families needs with our home. Before you purchase be sure to check them out. They are the complete "easy" button in our eyes, Get a 5 star product with zero worries on the customers end.
Words cannot begin to express how happy we are with our home built by the incredible team at Sobabra Homes!

In future endeavors, we definitely will recommend Sobara built homes to family and friends. From quality, style and at times more importantly the staff we deal with as home owners, will easily tip the scales into choosing Sobara.

Sorbara's customer service team has been absolutely amazing! I purchased a home from them in 2021 and they have consistently gone above and beyond to deliver top notch service. Leo and his team always took the time to listen to my concerns and effectively communicated win-win solutions to help me resolve them. I've worked with many builders and have not come across one that treats their customers as well as Sorbara does. Hats off to Justin as well for his responsiveness, professionalism and going the extra mile to ensuring a positive customer experience. Great job Sorbara!

We moved into our new home and naturally, there were some issues that needed to be addressed. We went through our normal PDI and listed the corrections that needed to be made. Naturally when you move into a new home you expect everything to be finished and turn key, but that was not the case and we were disappointed. We were contacted by the Sorbara service team to remedy any issues that we found and they were quick to respond. Once they understood that we were on a time crunch as we were expecting, they quickly moved to work around our schedule. Gino, Krys, Kevin, Leo, Justin, Gary, Andrew, Joe and Jeremy were all courteous, professional, and treated our new home as if it were theirs. This service team is top notch in my books. Thank you guys!

The worst management company ever, we’ve experiencing theft here in 4001, in September was my car and yesterday was my package, I had to call the management but they couldn’t do anything regarding seeing who was it, despite Giving them the exact time and date! They are not helpful at all, they can’t even print awareness about package thefts and put it in main entrance or in every floor so people know they are been watched by the camera, other services are terrible as well

I would highly advise against purchasing a home by this builder.although the designs and layouts are beautiful, the execution of the build is extremely disappointing for the price you pay for one of their new builds.we purchased a new build in fergus, ontario in 2020 and are very upset with the care and quality of workmanship put into the build.we are still discovering deficiencies two years later that we can no longer report (things like paint from the trim on the tiles, stains on the stairs not matching, imperfections in the installation of kitchen cabinets, measurements being off). Not only does the builder lack quality in workmanship, but trying to get a hold of anyone to come fix ongoing issues is nearly impossible.the customer service is embarrassing.whenever you are able to get through to someone to come fix (for the third time) a deficiency from two years ago, the repair is done just as poorly as it was originally - just the cheapest and quickest fixes to get out of the house.the floors in our house were very poorly installed (after paying to upgrade the flooring) - granted, this is subbed out to another company.even after the flooring company came in and assessed the flooring, sorbara refused to pay to have the floors entirely reinstalled and instead, the flooring company did the quickest fix possible and we are still dealing with gaps in the flooring.we actually had a sorbara employee come into the house and see the large gaps in the flooring and he was floored (no pun intended) and said that, in all the years that he has been working with the trades, he has never before seen this.the original gaps between the pieces of flooring ranged from 1 inch to 10 inches and this was justified as “normal” by the final sorbara employee who came for inspection and we were told that the humidity in the house wasn’t correct (even after having a humidifier installed and following the direction of the flooring company on humidity levels).
we are very disappointed in what we planned on being our forever home.it just seems to be ongoing projects and more money being dumped into the house to correct the poor workmanship of the builders.we will never purchase another home built by sorbara.

I and my husband requested some changes in our purchase which was quite reasonable as per building code after signing the pre-construction deal and we are willing to pay reasonable cost against it but Sorbara Group denied all and we feels like they don’t care about their clients. They straight said take it or leave it but we don’t care. Let’s see what future hold till and after closing in form of decor and quality.
