Sorella Women's Wellness

Ever since my first appointment at Sorella, I have been nothing but impressed with their knowledge, professionalism and service.
First - the physio. I was skeptic at first, but Kesha made me feel at ease and was able to explain both the exercises and the science behind my issues clearly and directly. I had been on medication for several years and had a couple invasive procedures. A few months with Kesha and I think I can say my issue has nearly cleared up. Its been a couple weeks now since I've had any flare ups, and I can't believe it took me this long to reach out.
Second - the yoga. Its such a peaceful and comfortable space, I thought I would give the yoga a try. Its been about 10 years since I regularly practiced. Melodie is a wonderful instructor! She is so friendly and welcoming, makes everyone in the room feel capable and powerful, no matter their skill level. She also puts a lot of thoughtful, creative energy into the class.
Third - the massage. Best one I have had in Windsor in a long time. Rukhsana really really knows her stuff. She knows how to listen to the body and slow down and focus on the areas that really need attention, as opposed to just going through a template/routine. The room is quiet and comfortable with very little background noise (as opposed to some of the pricier spas).
Fourth - Reception! Cassidy is always friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The icing on the cake.:)

I am so glad I reached out and found Sorella. Its a wonderful place for women, and I will be a client for a long time.

Kesha was incredible. I went into Sorella Women’s Wellness looking for physiotherapy for a tight pelvic floor. After just 1 treatment I noticed a difference! She taught me so many techniques to help relax and calm my body and I would 10/10 recommend going here for any physiotherapy needs!
