Brought Rav4 for oil chg. It also made a noisy rumbling sound when accelerating. Waited 2.5 hrs to have front wheel bearing replaced at reasonable cost. Thx Sam

I did my breaks at this shop about a month ago. The service is fantastic. No overcharging, and no one pushes to get something replaced that does not need to be replaced.
Sam is a very professional guy. I got the estimate. I got the advice. And as I said, nobody tried to make me fix something extra that I didn't need.

One more moment is customer service. Sam provided updates. The car was fixed on time, as promised. And even on the next day, Sam followed up to see if everything was ok.

The shop is cleaner than some dealerships.

Bottom line: I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I used Sam's business to have put my winter tires on and a oil change. He was very professional, his team was quick, and I got to sit down and watch a World Cup game in their waiting room. I'm going back to SOS for any more of my cars needs. This is one of the best places I've found within the GTA, close to Brampton.

I have a 2011 Toyota Tundra, my Toyota dealership could not figure out why my truck could not start and put in 2 new fuel pumps which the first didn’t work and the second didn’t work, a friend recommended SOS cause I gave up on my dealership, Sam looked at my truck and said” it’s your fuel pump “ I said get me the best fuel pump that isn’t aToyota product, So he ordered a Delphi fuel pump, after 4 months of calling CAA to get my truck towed, And almost giving up and selling my 190km Tundra, SOS solved my Truck issues that Toyota couldn’t, that says a lot about SOS, I’m lucky a friend referred me to Sam and the SOS crew, life is good again, thank you SOS. I love my truck again.

Best mechanic I’ve ever dealt with. Incredibly honest and straightforward, actually took the trouble to show me exactly where the issue is on my car.

Dealership wanted to charge $1200 + tax to replace 2 control arms and alignment, they charged me about half of that. I’m incredibly grateful and highly recommend them if you want an honest mechanic.

Brought my 2013 Ford Mustang in as an emergency 10 minutes before they were due to close. The owner took my car, immediately identified the problem and had it good as new within 2 days - and this was on a weekend. I think I've found my new mechanic.

So far going to this shop since 2018. Great experience every time, as Sam the owner was able to diagnose correctly couple of issues I had with my car through the years. Also, does not force you to get it fixed at his shop even after a diagnose and a estimate.

From my experience, its pricy and expensive place.the job is done in other place opposite to sos charged me lesser than sos.

I highly recommend SOS, we went there for a Honda Civic tires change, oil change and brakes repair. Sam is very honest, knowledgable and patient. He briefed us on the job, then we waited in a nice waiting area with spacious seats, A/C and complimentary drinks. Thanks a lot Sam for the great experience and best wishes!

I love this place because the owner Sam is really nice, respectful and friendly and also the mechanics that work there they're very skilled and when you go there ask for archie he is the best mechanic there he have lots of knowledge about interior and exterior of the car inside and out of the car you name it and when you go to this place you won't get disappointed and also they accept cash and when you pay cash there is no tax added. If I could give more stars, I would! SOS Auto Repair offers exceptional, quality service, and most importantly, HONEST, reliable expertise.

The fender skirt on my passenger side fell off when my car went over the curb. I went in to SOS, without an appointment, and Sam assisted me without me having to wait at all. Luckily, I had picked up the fender skirt off the road when my car hit the curb and showed Sam. He said that a new fender skirt would cost $95 + labor cost, about $200. He took the car to look at it and within as little as a half hour, the fender skirt was fixed and I went to the cashier to pay. Much to my surprise, the total was $90. Sam was able to salvage the fender skirt that fell off. He saved me about 100 bucks!

There are 3 professions where honest reliable people are a rare find: Mechanics, doctors, and lawyers. I am blessed to check mechanic off this list!

Honestly just amazing service. I had an urgent issue nearing the closing time, but they rushed around for me and got it all sorted out.
Even if they hadn't fixed my issue, because, to be honest I drive a terrible old van, I would still give them 5 stars. I will be coming here for any and all things I may need in the future!

I am so lucky to write the 100 review for SOS Auto Repair & Tire, Sam is a very knowledgeable guy with true care of your car. I went there because my car has vibration on the right side, I had hit a curb really hard before and has replaced most components at other shops, did wheel balance and wheel aliment multiple times, yet the car still have vibration on the right side. He immediately pointed out that it might be the CV axle causing it so I went to dealer and bought a re manufactured CV axle and went back to get it replaced here. You know what, the vibration is gone afterwards, they even topped up the transmission fluid during the process because there will be some fluid loss from removing the axle. After that, my car has been driving more quietly especially at idle, which make me think that the transmission fluid might be low before. I remember to call here is a bit tricky, you have to wait or make a choice from voice service. Anyways, I highly recommend this place and the price here is very reasonable. Get a quote and you won’t regret. Cheers!
