Horrible experience. Owner refusal to assist in cell phone repair catastrophe. Don’t trust this guy with your iPhones.

I had an SOS today and SOS Computer Systems came to my rescue! As a small business owner, who lives hours from Mississauga, I accidentally left my laptop power cord back home. I need to be in Mississauga for the next 3 days to meet with clients. I was so grateful to SOS when I called them and they said they would help me.and they did! They had the appropriate power cord and ensured it charged my laptop before selling it to me at a very reasonable price. The owner was extremely pleasant and helpful on the phone when I called and he had the same pleasant demeaner in the store. Thank you SOS!

Excellent service, excellent price and very fast to solve the problem.

Obaid was really nice and knowledgable. Other stores were quoting anywhere from 200-400 and a week+ to repair, meanwhile he was able to diagnose it in 5 minutes and do the repair for 65. I'd really recommend Obaid for any laptop repairs.
