Love coming here! Summer is great because you can walk through the park but also lovely in the winter when you can go in and play games while you have a yummy healthy meal! The people are so friendly

Food was fresh and packed with flavour. Asked the employee for a suggestion and the spicy chicken panini was great!

Had the bbq chicken panini and turkey bacon avacado. Food was amazing, workers were super nice and polite.

An easy 5-star review this one: the service, place, and food were great.
Parking is free and plenty.
The washroom was really well taken care of.
Service was super friendly. The vibe of the place is great: the place is cozy, bright, clean, and well-lit.
The panini was large and delicious. The tea was tasty. The side salad was of a good size and its dressing pleased me.
They kindly gave me a shot (non-alcoholic) made of lemon and ginger. I liked it very much!
I recommend this place for families, couples, a quick bite, and savory and healthy meals.

I can’t wait to come here again! Our food was fresh and delicious, the service was so friendly and helpful, and the restaurant itself was very fresh and clean. It hit the home run for me. Definitely worth a try if you are looking for healthy options!

Fresh and delicious food! Locally owned and operated. Owners greeted us like we were family. I would definitely recommend having a healthy smoothie or food.

Soulful Delish Healthy Cafe is the latest addition to West 5 and one I eagerly anticipated based on its fresh items.
The interior was bright and vibrant, while the staff was friendly and engaging.
Food items range from protein bowls to paninis/wraps and fresh drinks, but I was intently focused on the super smoothies and thoroughly impressed.
Beyond being visually appealing, each smoothie was flavourful and satisfying.
Smoothies ordered: Pitaya Passion, Acai Mega Berry, Green Machine.
I’m thrilled that Soulful Delish Healthy Cafe has filled a noticeable void in West 5 and they are well worth a visit.

What great little spot! Bright and clean, super friendly staff. The strawberry banana smoothie and green lemonade were delicious and refreshing. I also had the grilled veggie panini which was so tasty. Love the roasted red peppers! Will definitely be back. Vegan options including Beyond Meat and Gardein.

My husband and I had lunch today at Soulful Delish and it was incredible. Food was delicious, staff were very friendly and insightful. We’ll be back again. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Stopped by tonight to check out Soulful Delish and here is what we thought…
Pros - cafe was spotless and welcoming, the staff were friendly as soon as we entered and the food was tasty and fresh. The menu looked like it had many more great options to choose from!
Cons - it took about 15-20 mins to get the order even though they had 3 staff working and no other customers. I can chalk this up to them being a relatively new business and hope that they will find their stride as they get more familiar with the menu (because they’d be in a bit of trouble if it got busy). I had to do a double take on the prices however… $45 for two paninis and two smoothies.
Overall not a bad experience - but not amazing.
