Had a wonderful experience here. Knowledgeable doctor. Friendly staff. Very clean and organized. There were many people ahead buy the way the place is managed, everyone goes in at their set appointment time.

We had an awful experience today. You would expect from someone who works with kids to be patient, kind and emphatic. Unfortunately the person who did the hearing test for my 2 years old did not have any of these 3 skills. She clearly wanted to go home asap. My son was crying during the test and she just made some rude comments, was neither empathic nor patient. We were waiting for this appointment almost half a year. What a waste of time.

The receptionist was very helpful and polite. Waiting time is almost nothing, they are
on time. The audiologist, Negar is simply amazing. She is very professional and explained everything clearly and in detail. She is also very kind and know how to work with kids.

Check in machine was annoying. It kept timing out while I was typing, then the pages would refresh & clear all my entries. I had to reenter my info about 3 or 4 times before it took. Otherwise, all else was good.

As usual, a glittering facade and a fancy building in jarring contrast with mediocre services. This is my second visit to the hearing clinic. First appointment took months. Then they forgot to call me back and inform me of the test results.
The second visit:
In the briefest possible sentence the doctor, very coldly, said "There is no solution for this problem. " Apparently the Healthcare system cares about everything other than my health

Excellent Audiologist proficient in working with infants, toddlers, kids, as well as adults. Reception staff are stellar, also! We never have to wait unreasonably long to see Gina Oh, the audiologist. If you're seeing the ENT or other services, they are not with Sound Advice even though they share the same office and work together at times. So if you're waiting very long for appointments, it's not usually for the audiologists.

Had the appointment today with Dr. M Brant, very pleasant and kind doctor. Everything was good but referral has been delayed for month and a few weeks. I realize because of busy clinic where I saw many patients. Waiting time was almost equal zero. Highly recommended!

So i finally made it to my appointment. Staff was great. Late evening appointment to check into my tinnitus (ringing ear)
The audiologist conducted all tests professionally and the Dr.saw me with recommendations and a follow-up appointment. Great work.
