Sound Diagnosis OBS-Gyn Ultrasound

My husband and I are so happy with our experience at Sound Diagnosis. The Sonographer was kind, patient and professional. I’d recommend this clinic to anyone. Such a memorable experience meeting our baby girl for the first time, and in a comfortable environment.

Had a great experience at the morphology scan at this clinic. Reception was welcoming and friendly. Sylvie was so patient and kind. Even with a slightly uncooperative baby, which I am sure was frustrating, she worked hard to get all the pictures and her bedside manner never wavered. The atmosphere of the clinic is also warm and intimate. I highly recommend this place! I really wish I would have gone here for the first trimester screening. The Women's clinic was much less comforting and very busy compared to this place.

We really liked going here for our ultrasounds - the technicians are experienced and know what they're doing. We really enjoyed working with Sue. The clinic feels private as there are not a lot of ppl in the waiting room and your partner can go with you. You can also see the baby live on the tv, vs. CDN which I wasn't able to. The cost of a photo is 5$, the cost of more photos and a video is 40$ on a usb.

Honestly the technician was rushing us during our ultrasound appointment. She was also rough with the machine and not gentle on the stomach, my wife mentioned. Not going back there again.

Great experience. Friendly and quick, easy to get to by transit or car. Hospital staff was helpful to find the right place.

Let me start by saying everyone here is extremely kind. The receptionist is always so polite and considerate. Today I had Angela as a tech and she is the best ultrasound tech I have ever had! She is so knowledgeable and kind! I had such a great experience with her and I highly recommend her!

Sue, the ultrasound technician, is amazing. She did my ultrasound for my first born and now for my second pregnancy. Always so gentle, caring, patient and thorough. I highly recommend this clinic and especially Sue!

I just called to book for an appointment for my first trimester ultrasound. The lady who answered, Tammy was extremely nice and helpful! She answered in a very polite manner and she gave me all the details I need to prepare for my first ultrasound - complete details as to where their clinic is located, with directions; what I need to bring; and what I need to do before arriving. She has also informed me that I can bring 1 partner in with me while having the ultrasound done and that I can buy printed copies of it as well, which is really great! I've been doing some research in the past few days for a good imaging service that I can go to and from what I've read, there are other places with rude staff and receptionists, and they do not let their partners in nor do they offer printed copies of the ultrasound. So I am extremely lucky to find Sound Diagnosis on Google and I am writing this review here so I can help other people, especially other pregnant women out there make their choice.

The ultrasound technician is perfect and really kind but it's been 2 weeks in a row rhat i called and left message to book an ultrasound appointment but no one answers or reply back to my message.

I have been to a couple different ultrasound clinics but have had the best experiences at Sound Diagnosis and would prefer them any day. I was able to get a last minute appointment with them 5 days sooner than many other clinics I called around the city.
The technician is very nice and is so informative. She provides many more details than other clinics I have been to.

The women at this clinic are wonderful. They save appointment times each day for women needing same-day viability ultrasounds. The experience was efficient, warm, and reassuring from the first phone call. We went in expecting bad news; instead we were instantly reassured by the most calm, caring, and competent professional. She took time to explain what she was seeing and treated us with respect and kindness. While our experiences at other local clinics have been fine, this experience was so much better. I'd strongly recommend this clinic, especially if you think you might need some comfort.
