Sound Interiors

Please beware of this store. Last summer while I was in the parry sound area I purchased some furniture pieces, which I thought were beautiful. After a week of purchasing my one furniture piece completely fell apart when I tried to return or exchange, I received nothing but a negative response from the owner of this business. She told me it was my fault for the furniture falling apart. After explaining it was not my fault she proceeded to tell me I am no longer welcome in her store. I believe that she is purchasing items from yard sales, or china; marking it up and hosing her customers. What a disgrace and disappointment I totally feel like I was taken advantage of. Her negative attitude and the way she handled things really put a bad taste in my mouth. I wish the Red canoe store was still around. They were at least friendly!
