I’ve been going to this dentist along with my entire family since I was around 7 and I’m 21 now. This place was great before it was sold to another owner. But an incident happened with my mother last week where they ended up freezing the wrong side of her mouth and drilling the wrong tooth for a filling and crown and then after apologizing for their mistake continued to make another mistake after giving my mother assurance that they would fix the problem, they ended up ontop of already drilling and freezing the wrong side of her mouth to drill the right side but they did not freeze that side and ended up drilling it. My mother of course started crying from the pain and immediately left and cancelled all our appointments here as we will not be returning, they continued to charge her even after committing all those errors. Strongly do not recommend this place and this is coming from me who’s been going for over 15 years along with my siblings and both my parents that have been going there as well. Very unprofessional and frightening that they can make an error like that when we put our trust in them. They are lucky my Mother chose not to pursue legal action.

I had an appointment with Source Dental today in Oshawa and I was extremely impressed with how professional and personable the staff were.
I was a little bit anxious about my appointment today but within a few minutes of talking with Dr. Gold while he was preparing for my procedure we talked about a few simple things and my mindset changed from being very anxious to extremely relaxed and very laid back. The two ladies who worked together on my teeth were fantastic also, they were very confident in their work and were very gentle while working on my teeth. With no pain at all…
To finish off my appointment as I was getting ready to leave the three receptionist at the front desk were definitely a happy bunch with beautiful smiles

I arrived at this dental office in complete and utter dispair. My front tooth had broken off and I was beside myself. I had reseached all the dentists in my area and then something reminded me of the dentist in the mall upstairs, and something just told me to call them. When I say I walked in there feeling so low and and ugly and humiliated and within 24 hrs I walked out smiling is a total understatement. I had quite the fear and A Lot of anxiety of dentists from previous experiences, and Dr. Gold and his Team, I'm looking at you Lisa, took AMAZING care of me. I have never felt so immediately comfortable and reassured that everything was going to be ok. This team truly went out of their way to help me. I can now smile again and actually feel confident! I will never go anywhere else and I will recommend them to anyone who will listen.

Hello there. My name is George and I have been a client at Dr Gold's Source Dental for almost 25 years. As I was leaving the dental office today after my cleaning appointment the lady at reception asked me if I would like to leave a review and it's my pleasure to do so. The facility is absolutely state of the art with all the latest high tech equipment and technology available in the dental field. We have the best Hollywood high end dental office available to us right here in Oshawa. All the staff here in every department are absolutely amazing and at the top of their field in every way. Professional highly trained people with the warmest welcoming kindest personality to all their clients. Over 20 years ago Dr Gold replaced all my old silver fillings with the new white technology fillings and every tooth repaired is still mint in perfect condition and solid as can be. Good as gold and no pun intended. Dr Gold is such a classy, intelligent, highly skilled professional gentleman and his experience unmatched by anyone in the field. Anybody in the dental industry who can reach second place to our most amazing Dr Gold should be very proud. I am very happy that almost 25 years ago I was reading my local newspaper and I seen Dr Gold's weekly news article and immediately I recognized Dr Gold's intelligence, professionalism and skill and that is how I found my most amazing state of the art dental office. First of all let me say i hate going to the dentist, in fact I didn't go for over 10 years. Needless to say I needed a lot of work done. I had bad anxiety about visiting a dentist, but from the first call with Lisa they were put to rest. I had to have some serious work done so i had my first visit with Dr. Sussman. She walked me through the entire process and made the proper recommendations for what would work the best for me and not just what was the most expensive procedure. I then had 10 teeth removed and it was a process. I didn't feel any pain and Dr Sussman and Kylee were amazing, making sure i was ok and not in any pain during. Dr Sussman recommended a partial denture and with my work I am away a lot for long periods of time. Dr Sussman and her team made sure I could get in and get the fitting then asked the lab to rush for me to allow me to continue to work.
My benefits didn't cover a lot of the procedures and Lisa sat with me to work out a payment plan to allow me to pay in installments but didn't stop any work from getting done.

If you have any anxiety or fears about going to the dentist PLEASE go see Lisa and Dr Sussman and her team. They will make you feel at ease and make the dental process so simple and easy. I highly recommend Source Dental I can once again smile with confidence.

Great place would recommend to anyone, park with ease, didnt have to wait very long was on schedule for appointment time. Had Donna as a dental hygienist and could not ask for anyone better.

Went in for a general intake and checkup since I'm a new patient! All the staff were extreamly nice and patient! Dr. Singh was amazing and throughly explained the procedures he was doing! The clinic had high tech that I wasn't super used to but found super cool. Everyone at the clinic seemed passionate about their job and made me confident that I was in good hands.

I would recommend going here if you're looking for a new dentist. A fun fact to add, they have different specialty dentists here such as surgeons, etc.

Recently, I had an appointment with Dr. Sussman, who is very patient, kind, and is a very good listener as I was having continued pain in my back molar. She diagnosed me with needing a root canal. I was booked in with Dr. Roth who is an endodontist with the practice. She is amazing! Lovely side chair manner.
Before, and during the procedure, she put me at ease as she talked me through what every step would be, and what to expect. At the end of the appointment, she took the time to go over everything on the x-ray. It was truly fascinating! Now, no more pain!

I am always blown away by her professionalism and attention to detail. The experience goes beyond just an average teeth cleaning, it is filled with warm welcomes, ongoing comfortability and ease. I highly recommend seeing Donna for a friendly and very comforting clinic environment.

I have been patient of Gold Source Dental for over 15yrs and had benefits the majority of that time. Unfortunately I no longer have benefits and I am currently out of work.
I called today to see how much a filling would roughly cost out of pocket and they couldn’t give me an estimate, they did however tell me the examination fee & X-rays would cost me $300 and I should just come in and they will let me know how much afterwards. Ummm I’m out of freaking work! As I said multiple times and asked again for even a rough estimate since it’s based on scales and she refused to tell me and kept encouraging me to come in to pay the absolute outrageous cost of $300 for the exam & X-Rays.

I will never step foot in this dental office again and they have lost myself & kids as their clients since clearly the only thing they care about is money.

I ended up going to Amberlee Dental in Pickering as they had no problem telling me how much I would possibly be looking at and their exam & X-rays were $150 and because I didn’t have coverage they gave me a 15% discount, I am sitting here with a frozen mouth and have absolutely nothing but respect for this dental office and my wallet also isn’t hurting either.

Gold source on the other hand… like I said I will never be back there again.

A true amazing experience. Front desk receptionists are very helpful. The dentists and hygienists showing great care and help for our whole family. The best care we have always been getting for the last 8 years. Thank you everyone for making it always the best trip to the dentist.

I had a review of 5 star that I did over a year ago. I am now changing it. Myself and my family have been going here for over 25 years. I have now changed dentists as I find the service has really changed there. My hygienist left (and don’t know why or where she has gone) and have tried 2 different hygienists and both were not personable and were rough. In all the years going there, I had no issues with payments being processed thru my insurance and the past year things are being declined and I have to pay out of pocket. My insurance has not changed nor has my treatments, so I can only assume different codes are being used then before. Either way, I no longer feel like I am a person/family when attending but more like a source of money. So many new people that don’t have the same ethics/bed side manner as the previous staff. Such a shame

I'm so happy with the work they did on my teeth. I have not stopped smiling. If you need work done. I strongly say use SOURSE dental office. Amazing dentists and awesome results!

The hygienist that did my cleaning today was 10/10. She was very personable and polite. She gave me tips that I found very helpful. Overall great experience!
