After needing to go back to Source Flooring for a warranty claim, both Candice and Hank (from the flooring company) were no nonsense throughout the entire process. I found both of them to be extremely friendly and reasonable. For that reason I'll continue to use Source Flooring.

As a contractor this is my go to spot for flooring. Their service is fantastic and their products never let me down! They have an amazing selection and prices that make them an easy win!

Around 3 weeks ago, my mom and I came here to buy flooring.
We looked around for approximately 15 minutes when we asked someone for help. The store associate told us my mom needed to put on a mask on. We let him know my mom has a medical exemption, she's 69 and has underlying conditions, also can visibly see she has a hard time breathing. He then went to the store owner and this owner told us it's store policy, and to shop here she needs to wear a mask. We felt extremely uncomfortable and very discriminated against.
We eventually just left the store so it didn't escalate. We purchased flooring, and tiles for the bathroom just down the street at a competitor with a way better value.

Had a great experience picking out the tile selection for our bathroom with Candence. She listened to our concerns and provided feedback from her personal experience!

The manager was very unsympathetic and not interested in correcting the problem with our flooring that started cracking within the first month of installation. Would never step foot in this store again. We have now gone to a better franchise and bought replacement flooring. All they are interested in are sales with very poor customer service.

The manager, so condescending. They are the experts or supposed to be. Unfortunately we did not have a lot of knowledge in flooring, or transition strips, we knew the sq ft required and that was it. The manager though, he should be fired. He was smirking at us and laughing because we did not know the difference between laminate and vinyl. Such an odd interaction. He treated us like complete idiots when we asked questions or need more clarification. I don't recommend this store.

After we left, I spoke to the person installing my flooring (a family friend) and they said they would have never recommended them either. They recommend USave flooring, 2-3 stores down.

A truly wonderful experience at Source flooring this past week. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. My husband and I had to make a few changes to our order and everyone especially Karen was most accommodating to our needs. They weren’t pushy and encouraged us to take our time, even helping to carry samples which was most appreciated by us “seniors”.

Stopped in today with a few floor samples we need to work with. The sales team were really helpful with selecting water resistant flooring solutions and their best selling colours. Left with 11 boxes, and soon decided we would be redoing the floor in our bedroom and closet/laundry so we will be back for more!

Good place to buy your flooring. I was helped by Candice guided the right direction to my flooring needs. When it was time to load the truck to young men came out and made it look easy. As I didn't have them at home and took 10 times as long. Just wanted to say thanks again.

We picked out tiles for our bathroom. The salesperson answered all of our questions. She suggested consulting with our contractor wrto the amount needed. No pressure and a wide variety in items of all prices.

Got almost a full roll of carpet runner. Got it cut on site in a few minutes. Decent price for a beautiful high quality product.

I have seen a few other posts here similar. Be very very very sure you know what you want before you pay. This is a ruthless retailer that lacks any disregard for the customer or any sense of service.

We asked how we get a sample to check colour and look with the renovation. We were told you have to purchase a complete box! No single samples allowed, even for purchase. Then if it doesn't fit, no returns. They have a sample board for each tile that you cannot borrow either. PURCHASE a whole box as your samples is what they said.

Then when you try to return the box because it doesn't match, NO returns whatsoever! 30 lb paper weight for you. The kicker is, no one there is friendly or helpful whatsoever aside from the older gentleman.

Absolutely excellent service and experience! We made our purchase online which was very quickly processed and ready for pickup the next day. We picked our order up a few days later and the staff was extremely knowledge and kind. We didn't have to wait long at all for the tiles and the overall process was smooth. The service, quality and pice is incomparable! Would recommend and will be back!

Best place to buy carpet in Kitchener waterloo area.terry sales guy helped me to find the Mystic carpet given me no tax for the price quoted.saved me over $200.

I bought and paid for my tile but was called on install day to tell me they made a mistake and couldn’t get it. No warning and a lame apology with no solution offered. Totally disappointed. They also offer a 10% discount for leaving them a good review at the cash register. I’m assuming most good reviews were embellished for the discount.

Made some wrong calculations and ended up buying double amount of laminate - these guys absolutely refused to take anything back! And their prices are not anything special. Beware.

I could not be happier! The young fellas that loaded everything in my truck were polite and friendly! The sales staff went above and beyond! I would give 10 stars if I could.

We bought our flooring and my husband installed it (like he does with his work).
It’s been down for 6 months, and this “durable, water-resistant” flooring is breaking, buckling, and the corners are chipping. Worst product ever! I would give it a -5 if I could.

Very unhelpful staff. Went in with an old piece of flooring and he just looked at me and said “no we don’t have it”. No offer to even check, no offer to try and match it, not even an attempt to upswell me to something current. Won’t be back to this store for any future purchases.

We had a very pleasant experience with this place. We were searching for a store to purchase floors to aid in our renovation of our kitchen and dining area, and decided on Source Flooring Distributions due to our past positive experiences with this place. The area was very clean, and after having a look around, we decided on the colour of our laminate. We were instantly greeted by Brenden, who was very kind and knowledgable about floors. He calculated the price, and gave feedback on the colour of our stairs. Overall, our experience was very smooth, quick and hassle-free.

The staff are very helpful and there was a lot of choice. They even provided a guarantee if any tiles were broken they would replace them.

Selection is large, great product. Less than helpful staff. Will not allow returns for overages or variance in the product.
Value for money is there on the product just do your research and know your specifics before you shop. They do provide kicks or trims to match the flooring so becareful that you can match what you pick.
