South Carriage Place by Drewlo Holdings

I just moved to 250 S. Carriage Place a month ago, and I wanted to express my gratitude to Linda for making my move to my new apartment an easy and efficient process. Bob keeps the building very clean, safe and well-maintained. My view is amazing.and the underground parking makes my day-to-day travels so much easier.

This is a quite, clean, comfy place to live, the building manager (Linda) is the best I've ever met in my life, always responds to phone calls and fix all the problems and she is always ready to help

Regardless of the narrative of good reviews this place has (yes or no, most of the reviews are collected when this building first up as part of the promotion), it has been an unpleasant living experience for me because of the building managers (Linda & Bob).
Also just wanted to add, from a management aspect, lots of good buildings failed because of management, this really shows why it is important to have two separate personnel instead of one, or this case, a couple; because it’s difficult to be aware of how our own economic, ethnicity, religion and social class impacts our views and perspective; even when someone is aware, they can become so bound to the privilege of that identity that they take a defensive position.

I have lived in South Carriage Place since December 2019. I absolutely love my unit. It is quiet, clean, and includes top of the line amenities and finishes. Linda and Bob are very responsive to any questions and/or concerns that I've had and are so pleasant to deal with!

Linda the building manager and the maintenance team such a great people to deal with, so friendly and kind.

Lived here since September. Friendly landlords, no major issues, clean, nice neighborhood with great views.

This is a very lovely building.my family and I love living here. It is clean and safe. Linda and Bob are both hard working and friendly. I only wish I know how to keep the cold out from my balcony door. Either way I love living here.

I have been living here for almost a year now. I call my apartment my Oasis. I love my apartment! This building is well kept and very quiet. Linda and Bob (building managers) are great! Linda was super helpful when I was looking for an apartment to rent.super friendly. Bob is always on top of things - keepig this place clean. It will be nice once the underground parking gets cleaned to get rid of all the dust! Other than that.great place!

We have lived 8 months at this apartment and have completely enjoyed the apartment. Linda and Rob (building managers) have been excellent throughout the renting process and with any things that we were concerned about the building. They have made this a safe and comfortable home for us!

I relocated back to London for work. I moved into my apartment in August 2020. I am absolutely thrilled with this place. It is very clean, spacious and quiet. Bob and Linda are so accommodating, professional, and always available to assist you with any questions I may have.

I moved to 250 south carriage road September 2020 our family is very happy here. Linda and Rob are doing a very good job, anything we have requested it has been done in a fast manner. This is a great place to live, very clean, spacious and safe. Bob and Linda are very accommodating to any questions or concerns you may have. They take great pride in taking care of the building. Clean foyer and hallways, garbage room, sidewalks clear from snow and ice. They are very friendly which is always good for communication. We are very lucky to have them as managers of this building

Extremely peaceful building. The building managers Linda and Bob are absolutely amazing. They are always eager to help with any needs and are quick to solve problems.

Lovely place to live that is clean, quiet, and only a couple of years old. The high ceilings and huge bay windows make for a very bright and spacious feel as do the white kitchens with white stone countertops. Hot/cold water whole building circulation system for heat and AC means electricity bills are surprisingly low.

I moved into South Carriage October 1st from Tobermory after several great, informative conversations with both Bob and Linda. They were very welcoming and accommodating when it came to having furniture delivered. Any questions I had about apartment were answered as soon as I called and when I "blew a fuse". I just called Linda and Bob came immediately to fix it and then also took the time to explain to me what to do next time. This is a very quiet, well managed building and I am very happy to live here. My unit it awesome, tons of space and very bright and clean. Linda and Bob are ALWAYS available to answer questions or help. Yay.

I have lived at 250 South Carriage Place for 3 months now. The building is very conveniently located just off of Hyde Park road. My unit is in between the elevator and the garbage chute room, but despite this my unit is still fairly quiet and peaceful. The interior of the apartment is tastefully decorated and everything is brand new. Both of the building managers, Linda and Robert are very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The only negative thing I could say is that the underground parking garage is quite dusty, but apparently this is going to be cleaned up soon. I would definitely recommend this apartment building to anyone who is looking for a pleasant place to live in London.

I moved to London exactly 1 year ago and moved into my apt.which I am thrilled with. Bob and Linda were so helpful and kind, no matter what I needed help with there were there for me. Bob keeps the building very clean and Linda is always there to answer any questions I have. I Love my apt, very quiet and safe. I will be happy when the underground parking can be cleaned, but I do understand with covid it cannot be done right now. It would be nice if the floor was painted which would help with the dust. Again I want to say that I am very happy Linda and Bob are here
you could not ask for friendlier or kinder people, taking care of this building.

We moved in to our apartmant in July. Linda and Bob were very accomadating with all the arrangements we had to make in such a short time. We have found our apartment very comfortable and spacious enough even though we have downsized. Our view to the North is wondeful and we enjoyed our balcony very much this past summer and fall.
Bob keeps the hallways, elevators and common areas very clean and is always wiping down areas which is so important in this time of Covid-19.
Linda is always available to answer any questions we may have and is always in a great humour no matter how busy she is.
We are very fortunate to have found this place and appreciate all the hours that Bob and Linda spend looking after this great apartment building. My only disappointment is that the pool etc.is not available yet as it was something I was really looking forward to.

This is a very nice and modern new building. The building is close to main shopping areas on Hyde Park and Oxford/Sarnia. I live in a 1+ den apartment and I 'm very happy with it. The apartment layout is very nice with open space concept, large doors, tall ceilings and bay windows. The building manager Linda and her husband work very hard to keep the building in top shape and they are a very nice couple. The neighbors are a variety of young professionals, some families with young children and also seniors, all very nice people, no problem there. I would recommend this building for renting purposes.

Bob and Linda were very helpful and accommodating with our needs.
We love our apartment. The view is spectacular.
Bob takes great care to make sure all area's of the building are cleaned and maintained.
Linda is always available to answer any questions we may have.
Bob and Linda are absolutely wonderful.
Due to COVID 19, I have been forced to work from home. The design/layout of our apartment has made it possible to work comfortably
and without distractions.
The only disappointments are: Temperature control/the indoor garage needs to be maintained much better (the dust is awful) /disappointed that the pool etc.is not available yet, as it is something we were both looking forward to.

This is a new building with OLD finishes/designs, and zero conviniency. If it was possible, i'd give the building itself zero stars. The only positive here is that the couple who manage the building are pleasant to deal with.
1. For a new building, there is too much carpetting (this is an infection control issue, especially if you are living in the space after another tenant).
2. Temperature control is a problem. The thermostat only goes to 23 degrees celcius, and during the flactuating temparatures you have no option to turn on the heat or AC. Its one or the other. Temparature does not distribute equally in all the rooms.
3. The indoor car garage is FILTHY. Your car will be covered in dust after a couple days of parking here, and its impossible to keep it clean inside since the dust comes in on your shoes from walking to the car.
4. The noise. If you rent a unit here, be ready to live in a construction zone for a while. You will be told the "building is new and has good insulation and noise is not an issue". This is not true. Working from home is impossible. There is drilling and machinery of different kinds going on all day. There is a new building yet to go up just opposite this building, and a bunch of townhouses being built.
Summary: the monthly rent amouth is not worth it. Find yourself a better place.

We are an active retired couple who moved in last June. This building is so well designed & built for seniors and working adults that it’s a must see if you are looking to downsize. Coming home to our comfortable, secure, quiet place that does not feel at all like an apartment is much appreciated. Linda & Rob keep things well organized and very clean while paying excellent attention to detail for our residents. The beautiful view is much appreciated as is our underground parking during these winter months.
