Horrible service! Dr Earle called to say our cat needed more vet care, but when we called for an appt, we were told we had to speak with the Vet Tech first. We left 4 messages and no return call. Our cat was very sick. We then left a message for Dr. Earle, who told us to "sit tight" as the clinic was very busy. It was a long weekend coming and our kitty would not have had vet care for at least 5 days. But if that wasn't good enough.he told us to contact the emergency clinic as he was to busy, and we had to wait for a Vet Tech to call us. 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for a Vet Tech to call. Our cat was dreadlfully ill, and we unfortunately in the end needed to put her to sleep. We subsequently found another Vet who we found to be exceptional and truly cares for your pets!

My 10 year old dog recently took ill and had to be euthanized. John and the staff were all so very caring during this hard time for us. John is not just a great vet he is a great person! Thank you!
