My first time going there after reading earlier
Comments exceeded my expectations will definitely recommend

Scolded for coming here. Would not listen to concerns told to go elsewhere to another Dr. Would not direct me what clinic I'm supposed to go to. Dr just got up and left.

Please do not waste your time here! And go straight to Saint Joe's urgent care I was there three days ago and was in and out within two hours… I've been here since 1 o'clock. I'm just leaving now at 5: 15.
Staff is rude and they also make you pay a dollar for a mask even though it's not mandatory to wear masks in medical offices anymore and they also don't tell you on the phone when you call to bring one… It seems like they're wanting to make money for the pharmacy. Refused to give me a referral for an allergy specialists. But I've been having a severe allergic reaction for the past three days… the doctor wouldn't even listen to me when I was trying to explain what was going on told me that my severe allergic reaction is common, which is incorrect… And also told me to take four pills instead of one from the medication Saint Joe's prescribed me also refused, prescribe me medication even though over-the-counter allergy meds aren't strong enough to help me. Which I stated, but again wasn't listened to do not waste your time here go straight to Saint Joe's urgent care on Richmond an Oxford.

Took my elderly mom in after a deep cut on her chin from a fall. On arrival, it was confusing as you are given a number, but must register and then they call your name. Unfortunately dr does not do stitches, only staples, which she didn't want, so he ended up putting 3 steri-strips on her chin, which fortunately did the trick. Grateful not to have to go to the hospital on a Saturday. In and out in 2 hours.
Note: masks still required. If you don't bring one, have to purchase at the pharmacy in building.

The worst clinic in London Ontario, before I go there I called them and talked to them that my son has a high fever and they told me to bring him, but when I arrived at the clinic they told me the capacity of patients is completed and the doctor can not see the patient. This is a bad experience that I have.

I hope staff there get hour break or so.it's never ending for them.if they are short fused, it's because they are over worked.and that lady who hitched and complained about wearing a mask.wearing the fking mask or go find another urgent care.they don't make up the rule.stop being Karen!

Brutal service. So inconsistent. Doctor's don't care about mental health there. Just an absolute malpractice and disregard for human beings. I will be contacting the regulating body.

I would give less than 1 star if I could. I took in my two boys for ear infections. The dr barely looked inside my 6 month olds ear and said they don’t get ear infections under a year. I said he had one about a month ago and he didn’t believe me. We left and the next morning woke up to him having fluid come out of his ear! Never returning to this walk in. I do not recommend!

One of the WORST clinics, if I could, I would give it 0 stars, after explaining my symptoms to the dr. (very specific as well) and also, telling her that I have tried to go to all the specialists that my health insurance allows me to find an answer or calm the intense pain, and after 4 hours waiting there, her response is "I don't know what to say" and "going to so many specialists is like having a lot of people in the kitchen". What kind of response is that from a "health professional"? I would have gone to LCBO better, surely I would have received a more appropriate and empathetic response there. ZERO empathy and they are NOT interested in the well-being of the people who come there, they just feel that they are shearing sheep, one after another, without a real interest in investigating what ails people.

Went here this morning to get my knee checked after a fall. I was in quickly (4th in the building), but when I was brought back into the exam room I was immediately uncomfortable. The room was disgusting, a tear in the sitting table, no paper on the seat (the roll was sitting on the floor) and the table base was rusty and had BLOOD on it. I had to leave, and brought the blood to the nurses attention and just got a "oh, well I guess I didn't clean it". This is not sanitary and not acceptable from a clinic that sick people rely on.

This walk in clinic by far is the worst place I’ve ever been to in my life. Staff is horrible. No manners treat patients like they are garbage. I will never be back to this clinic again. Staff are unprofessional, if you don’t like your job quit.

The worst bedside manner I've ever experienced. Couldn't get a word in edgewater and was told I should feel lucky I got a referral out of him. Don't go to this location if you want any empathy from a Dr.

The doctor that I met on Saturday February 11,2023 at around 12pm was great and knowledgeable. However the staff, specially the one that greets and registers as patients come by was rude to say the least. I had a horrible experience where she basically was screaming at me while talking on the phone and snatched my driver's license because she confused my address with other black patient. Her fake apology was even worse. This clinic and the great doctor deserves better
not racist or incompetent staff.

Been calling for 2 weeks still can't get an answer. Somtimes it will ring but never picks up. Today iv been calling since 9 its now 10: 16 iv called over 60 times. Ridiculous

Not too bad…I could live with it!
Prior to reviewing, this clinic is NOT an Urgent care centre…the only true Urgent care centre is at St. Joseph’s Hospital. This place is actually a walk-in clinic. I learned this after contracting my family doctor.
Went there first thing and was seen by the doctor about an hour later (there were 3 patients ahead of me). The nurse and doctor were good and gave an Rx + requisitions for an X-ray and ultrasound. Not crazy about the meds (side effects & not compatible with my meds…thank goodness for my pharmacist for support on that one!) Oh, make sure you ask for a general requisition form if you need an ultrasound or any other diagnostics so you have a choice on where you go for that as you might have to wait for more than a month! London X-ray is in the same building so that’s handy. They take walk-ins and patients by appointment so you may need to wait.
The people in reception were grumpy and condescending though, so I can see why there were negative reviews. They were not exactly patient or kind to people who walked in and snippy on the phone as well. Despite it being first thing on a Tuesday, the reception staff were harried (likely it’s not an easy job so, I can cut them a wee bit of slack). They call people up to the reception window by number and the cards were these Dollarstore flash cards for kids. Needless to say they were grubby and gross and unhygienic…
The facilities aren’t the cleanest and the equipment looked like hospital surplus (or a dumpster dive find). In my exam room, the examination table was ripped along the seam and rusty, and the table tray for med “tools” was also old, rusty and and didn’t look clean. No doubt they operate on a shoestring budget! Still, ICK!
They ONLY TAKE CASH for things like doctor’s notes ($20) and air casts. Apparently there’s an ATM across that busy road with a median, lol.
I wish I had taken pics, but when or if you go, this is what you get if you don’t head down to St. Joe’s (and sadly, wait for hours). The people who live in the south end of London deserve better! Again, this is NOT an urgent care centre, it’s a walk-in clinic!

Don't even bother. They keep their phone line on busy, so no one calls. Later on they will accept calls but say please call next morning because we are booked. Someone needs to fire the staff.

most the nurses are very rude, specifically the ones at the front,
the doctors seem like they don't care either.

Some of the doctors talk over you, and you can't explain yourself properly, and they just push the bills right away. Except for a few of them just to be honest.

If you're dying, they are still gonna be rude to you and will not help you respectfully.

I was sent over by a pharmacist this morning because she insisted I seek medical treatment. I didn't know you needed an appt.first at this location. - (So, please call first thing if possible.) I called repeatedly while waiting for the clinic to open and the receptionists were amazing and were able to squeeze me in. It's not an easy job and there were a lot of people who were frustrated and complaining. I have to give it to the team and doctor's, their patience is amazing and they were nothing but professional and kind. Thank you!

Wont answer the phone, yet when I spend money to cab there (and back because I'm deathly ill) and go in person it says on the door you have to call to book an appt first. How can one do that when you dont answer the phone! Literally wasted my time and money going here for NOTHING. Get it together!

Explain to me how nobody’s taking my calls when they opened up half an hour ago and I need to see a doctor not go to the hospital

Been calling 4 days in a row from the moment they open and line is always busy. Seems like they have the phone off the receiver. They only answer later in the day and by then they are “fully booked. ”

Zedkar is the rudest, most unprofessional person in that clinic. Stay away from that dr. I think humiliating patient in front of other people is his masterpiece.

How are we suppose to book an appointment if calling many times, and says it's not available!

If I could give a lower review, I most certainly would. I dealt with this clinic today over the phone and the girl who answered the phone was really rude and condescending. There was no professionalism or the willingness to assist. She should definitely obtain some additional training in order to learn how to interact with people or get another job that's not customer facing. The worst experience I have ever had with a medical office.

Londons first urgent care walk in. Just kidding its by appointment, and when you try to call, the line is busy and you can't get though, because they have 1 phone and are still living in the 80s with no call waiting or the ability to leave a message. Absolute garbage.

Due to COVID the visits are appointment based; totally ruins the purpose of being an Urgent Care. Moreover, if one calls for appointment, it always says”user is busy”. Since this pandemic, I’ve never been able to get a service at this place. No regrets as we were able to get appointments and services much faster at other healthcare facilities within the city!

I had a very positive experience using this clinic. You must call ahead to make an appointment. I prefer this vs.a walk-in clinic as I can arrive right on time for my appointment instead of sitting in a waiting room for an unknown period of time. I was let in right on time, seen by the nurse, then doctor, then back out of the clinic in probably five minutes. The facility does appear a little run down and seems to be run like an assembly line. Though staff were a little cold and rushed, they were very polite and did pause to answer questions that I had. Though this could be uncomfortable for some patients who need a bit more attention, it's probably the most effective way for them to provide care to as many people as possible within today's healthcare environment.

They keep their lines busy from 9: 05 until 3 pm they pick up and tell you its too late and appointments are all taken
Thats unfortunate and has been a rough week were they don't answer theres no way the lines are busy yet not many people are getting appointments

The receptionists were very kind even though they were very busy, and the doctor was amazing! He was the best experience I've had with a doctor in years!

Everytime I call No one answer the phone, I’m so sick and I need to talk to the dr and they don’t answer, the stuff are so rude

This place is a joke. They are very rude, the doctors seem like they don't car. They are not thorough, save one Indian Dr. They literally talk about you and think you and other people in the waiting room can't hear you.most of their docs are nothing but pill pushers.
They don't accept walk-ins anymore and you have to call to book, line is ALWAYS busy. They will only book same day. Called today and asked if i could make an ppt.for my daughter for the next day and she literally said "we don't prebook, we are URGENT". Do you not hear the words coming from your mouth? Go to St. Joe's, but be there for 8am. They are the best. This place is garbage.

Can't ever get through the phone system anymore. "Customer is unavailable please call back later".

If I can give less than a star, I would do so. My sister called today to get an appointment, she kept trying for 22 times and then they said it is fully booked and that was not even 9: 30 in the morning. They were good before COVID but not anymore. The staff is very rude and they don't give the patient a chance to talk. They said fully booked and hanged up on her. It is an urgent care clinic, get back to normal and stop the on phone appointments, COVID is not
an excuse anymore shame on you

I like the system the clinic has now of booking appointments. It’s nice not sitting in a room full of sick people.
I’m always happy when we get Dr. Rajevsky (? Spelling) he’s very knowledgeable and listens to our concerns. I also find front desk & the nurses there are kind.

I attended this clinic on Sunday October 2,2022. My cat had bitten me the night before. You do have to call and make an appointment. I couldn’t get through when they opened so drove there. The appointment was required so I called again and got right through. Waited about 2 hours for the next appointment which I thought was a reasonable wait time. The staff were all super friendly and I was in and out quickly. The pharmacy in the same building was open.

The secret of busyline when calling is that when someone calls they deliberately keep him or her on hold for hours and asking to hold again and again so that if some one wants to call, he will not be able to call and will find line busy.

My previous visit at this clinic was great, I dealt with a female doctor and she even followed up with me the week after to make sure the prescription was working and to give me lab results.

After dealing with the doctor I did today that denied my mental health and would rather give me pills than to listen to what I have to say. I’m disgusted in his mannerisms and how he treated me, I’m not a workhorse if I need a break then please give me it. This is very concerning as this would just send someone into a further depression and could prove to be fatal in some cases.

When calling the number, says the customer is not available. How are you to make an apt if there number doesnt work.hours are listed as today 9am to 3pm. Have tried 15x since 9am

Honestly never had a problem here, I have been coming here since I was a teenager, now grown with kids this is a great alternative to when we can't get in to our family doctor. Thank you for being somewhere we can go and don't ever forget that what you guys are doing, matters. Thank you!
