Great experience I had in this location. From the customer service team up to management team, all very professional, patient and knowledgeable. I bought a Wrangler 4XE High Altitude from here about 2 months ago. A very positive experience overall. Jeep has been running great with zero issues, touchwood!

I had a great experience until I drove home with a warning light on and then the realization that I bought a car with no a/c. I know I should have noticed but i test drove the car on a cool day and I haven’t been in a car without a/c in 20 years. I thought it was standard in all cars. I would have hoped the dealership would have told me. I have reached out about my options to many of the staff at the dealership in a variety of ways and have had no response. I guess I now no why. They knowingly withheld information for me.

Bought my Dodge Grand Caravan in June of 2018. In the 5 years I had the car I have only had one problem just recently. The actuator to unlock the drivers side sliding door failed. This is a 4 hour job to repair and it was all covered under the exrtended warranty. Cost me zero dollars. I find it convenient to get regular service done there. I usually wait and thy have it completed within an hour.

Honestly I've had a bit of an annoying experience with this dealership. I agreed to purchase a used Ford Escape from them. During the test drive we noticed the AC wasn't working. The sales dept.agreed to sell the car at the advertised price contingent upon the AC issue being a minor fix. It turned out to require an expensive repair and so both sides pulled back from the deal - no issues with my experience up to this point.

However, I put a small refundable deposit down ($1k) on the vehicle and have had to follow-up multiple times on getting it refunded. 3 times I've had to follow-up in a 12 day span and each time I've gotten a similar story about it being processed within the next 1-2 days. Not the end of the world but frustrating that I'm having to waste my time chasing them down.

This could very well be a one-off situation/experience but I thought I'd share this feedback.

Have been dealing with South Oakville for many years and my service experience has always been good. Like all dealerships they have their recommendations for for further work that "should" be done but they don't force the issue. All and all a good place to have my Jeep repaired

Great work from Brad and Mike- there was a little confusion with the offer I made on a used 2021 Ram Rebel but was quickly resolved over the phone. Once I got to the dealership, both Brad and Mike were efficient in getting me on my way with my new 2021 Ram Rebel! I would definitely recommend shopping here! Thanks again!

I wouldnt buy from them. I found a really resonable car with a resonable price. When i paid them the downpayment the car was at 24 k, after a couple of days they they gave back the downpayment saying that then online price was a mistake and asked me pay 28 k for the same car. Highly suspicious and unprofessional behaviour.

This dealer shop sales person good they find what you looking for but finance manager don’t know what they are doing I sign up for 2023 wrangler for lease left deposit $500 as per finance manager mike to approve but next day he call us say didn’t approve for the lease which I have good credit score and income also I’m own a home I ask him he doesn’t have proper answer or solution which I can make some down payment or co-sign he very route I never recommend any one purchase a vehicle from this dealer if you going to very disappointed waste your time I drove 1.5Hr driving time to buy a car from them they don’t treat me as value customer service bad call contact to manager no answer several phone call and email no one answer

We went there on Saturday to meet Krystal and see the car we liked. After chatting for 30 minutes, we decided to buy the car and we met Mike, the finance guy. I am just surprised how fast the transaction was. They said come sign the papers and take the car on Tuesday! When we got there, it was probably not even 20 minutes, and we drove away with the car we love so much. They made our experience very quickly and efficiently.

I just bought my third car at South Oakville Chrysler and the more I do business with them the more I am satisfied. This time I had to drive 150 Km to get the car since I moved that distance far from the dealer. The entire experience was good starting with the sales guy Ghazwan which helped me to find the perfect car and the deal that could fit my expectation. I recommend South Oakville Chrysler.

I purchased a beautiful blue Challenger GT from Eric Galvez, who was extremely professional, thoughtful and thorough with all the questions I had about the vehicle. It was such a pleasure to make a purchase here because there was no aggressive haggling, and true customer service from Eric and all the employees in the showroom. Moreover, following the sale, the financial services manager, Mark Diab was such a pleasure to work with: Kind, friendly, and very customer driven, the purchase went smoothly and delivery was so quick, efficient, and professional. I bought a 2022 Jeep Wrangler from South Oakville Chrysler Dodge in early March of 2022. I knew there would be supply chain issues so was willing to be patient. The only catch was that I had to sell my current vehicle and needed a couple weeks lead time to make sure I could get rid of it before picking up my new car. My sales associate Rich was initially helpful but then went radio silent for weeks and did not return texts or calls. Frustrated I had to visit the dealership myself to check up on the progress. To my surprise a manager told me that my car had arrived the day before. No warning at all and no lead time. I had to immediately put selling my current car into high gear. To make matters worse, the manager lowballed
me hard on the trade in value of my car, not willing to be even remotely flexible considering the situation the dealership had put me in. I had to rush sell my vehicle and probably lost money on the deal.
The Jeep itself is a great car and in the end I’m pleased with buying it, I just wish I had picked another dealership.

I wish I could give less than 0 star. Worst experience ever had with dealership. Deal was finalized on saturday, only loan approval was need for lease. Monday they were supposed to follow up (ofc, they didn't) i called them and asked what's the status, replied you were not approved for 10,000 lease because of less credit experience. Well I have 7 years of credit experience with 800+ plus credit score and above average pay grade. Waste of time, money and energy. Guys I highly recommend try some other dealership but do not waste your time here. Definitely time waster and gives stupid hopes.

Also, must mention Logan (sales manager) was extremely rude and arrogant throughout conversation contrary Zhaq was very helpful.

Absolutely will not recommend to anyone!

Adios! Not coming back ever.

My experience here was good, they helped and customer service was great. I would have given 5 stars but they didn't have the shuttle service anymore, I had to take a cab home, this is a big down fall for me. But all in all very happy thus far, no shuttle service, will have to think long and hard before next service.

I bought a car for my daughter three months back, they offered my 27k cash price, I asked for finance and unfortunately I did the math wrongfully and offered them a certain payment on bi-weekly, they pretended that it’s too hard but they will try, after two day they called and they said finance approved and the deal went ok.
A couple of days back, I checked the finance contract and found out that they put the initial amount for finance which is the car price is 30k.
Bottom line: they are not honest nor trustworthy m, I can’t do now anything but paying every month extra $25 because they are greedy.

So very disappointed on the whole process of purchasing a $42,000.00 used Acura from a Chrysler dealership.   Not given the opportunity to negotiate on price or on any warranty, just a NO. They were quick to take our money and the sales manager even mocked/insulted us by offering us a $40.00 gas card "out of his own pocket". Really! We get home with the vehicle and noticed we were missing a key fob, called four times to inquire and did not receive a call back.   Called the fifth time and the salesmen gave me an excuse that his voice-mail is not working. Well he promised to inquire and call me back the next day, he also told me that it was clearly marked in the sales contract.   I told him that there was nothing to reflect what he was saying.   So the next day came and went, guess what no call back.   I called the next day and he told me they were "too" busy to call and quickly transferred me to the sales manager.   What a mistake his condescending manner and putting me off for another four days to see if they can get us a new fob.   I tried to explain why would continue to make this my issue and help? He kept making excuses. I reminded him that it has been two weeks now and why no resolution, again he continued with his condescending manner, I could not handle it anymore, I told him I will call Acura and see if they can help. I called Acura and OMG, what amazing service and I did not buy the car from them.   It is ordered and ready in two days. Wow

Top notch service. This was a first time experience as we had never been to SouthOakville Chrysler. Adam was our first point of contact, he went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. This place was one of the most welcoming places we have been, usually when we have looked at other places we are met with pressure sales. That is far from the case here these guys did everything they could to accommodate us and made every step of the process simple, easy and knowledgeable. This will be our first stop when we want another vehicle! Thanks to the whole family at SouthOakville Chrysler you guys are A+!

The 1 star is for the service department, which is fantastic. Great service, great work and they’re quick. The sales side of things loses the other 4 stars.

Unfortunately the sales department operates in way that doesn’t really care about return business. I bought a 60,000$ vehicle here which didn’t come with all of the keys that it was supposed to come with. Not a huge deal, but still annoying. Car was picked up in April at which time the extra key was mentioned. Called back in May where the sales rep promised to call back. He didn’t. Called again in July when the sales rep promised again to call back and didn’t. I called again in September, same thing. Called again 2 weeks after that to speak to a manager and again didn’t get a call back.

I feel like that is a lot of chances to give people to just call you back for an explanation. I’ll probably just buy a key from another dealership along with the next car that I need.

Really upset with crysler i am a community health care worker and nonstop working through the pandemic just month before lockdown last year i got his2019 jeep choroekee was used 4700 km and eight year lone 10% intrerest rate, because i am a single mother, widow, and paying rent more than 60% from my pay chq. So i got this thought very relierble and safe paying $297 by weekly $219 insurance,
I was with one of my patient driving her to the life lab all of a sudden my jeep stopped on the road i started again took closes garage to get check he checkwd told me it was a computer problem but i can fix it will be over $2000 you must have a worrenty for this only 87thousend km so take it to the dealership.i took it he said if computers problems not included in worrenty and will charge to diagnose the problem i said i already did that from the garage i paid to them it should be under worrenty, he said no we have to charge. I was ubering to my patients and spending unnecessarily and payin to this car my son got me a charger to charge and go then two days
My whole car was dead, i couldnt do anything no money and no car but i didnt wanna loose my job some how i manage to rent a car from enterprise foe three days took car again to dealership tell them try to do under worrenty, this time wave the diagnosed money, and usually can get a battery from canadian tire unde $200 they charged me $380 + labour $619, just to put battery did say nothing wrong how over charge and hope mt car is safe and run.
I payed $670 forbthe rental $619 for the dealership from rental to dealership uber $19 just change the battery i spent about $1400.
Iam really frustrated and upset with whole situation, very heartless people hope they enjoy their live.

I've been to this location multiple times and each time is worse than the previous. My most recent visit (which will also be my last) I brought my vehicle in regarding an ongoing issue with the door. This was the third visit regarding this issue because it's never been resolved. The staff gave me a hard time and told me not to come back to the dealership because it's not their issue and I have to go to the manufacturer (despite my vehicle still being under warranty). If anything, the dealership should be the one to get in contact with them. Very disappointed in their lack of service and customer care and would never recommend going here.

I’ve always had a great experience and a great relationship with South Oakville Dodge. I’m treated with respect and the staff are friendly and I treat them the same way. I’ve been dealing with the Dealership over ten years. I bought my present vehicle from the dealership and I still have it and that is almost nine years ago Over the years I’ve met some great people. Last Friday I needed a new battery. I had a lot of running around to do before I could get my vehicle to the dealership and Ray took care of me. He explained everything to me. I got my vehicle back on Monday. No problems. Thank you Ray and South Oakville Dodge.

Not a person who leaves bad reviews but unfortunately I have to do these one. We had really good experience with Sales Rep Adam and we were about to finish up our deal and Sales Supervisor confirmed that the car was sold to us, both sides were agreed on numbers, somebody else came up, after us, saying they have financing, and Sales Supervisor (can’t remember name) just left us sitting there, went to them for a minute, and was back to us saying that he will let us know another day and just return our credit card back. Which means, if financing goes trough (which he would actually like) then they will sell the car to them. If not then he will call us back. I mean, really? Is that how you deal with costumers? Do you really need that? I don’t mind if we didn’t agree, or he didn’t confirmed it very clearly, but in these case everything was done.
And Mr. Manager, you don’t have to email me or call back any more about these case because I won’t be back there never in my life. Be careful if you ever dealing with them.

I worked with Steve from sales and Mike from finance. They Help me buy a brand new ram 1500! The boys killed it, I love my truck, I’ve known Steve for a while and trusted him right from the beginning. Mike was knowledgable and Took care of business. Service Engine light appeared on my Ram.
Diagnosis was a low battery (nothing to do with the engine).
Was told it was my fault because I did not drive the vehicle enough!
Charged $100 for this, looks like a dealer cash grab.
Service advisor yelled at me, refused to name the dealer principal, but their name is on the front of the building.
Worst service experience EVER!
