South St. Burger

The burger patty was juicy, cooked to perfection, and had a good texture. However, the patty was a bit salty for my taste, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the burger. The bun was fresh and soft, which added to the overall taste of the burger.

The fries, unfortunately, were not good at all. They were undercooked and lacked flavor, which was disappointing. The fries did not complement the burger, and I ended up not finishing them.

The meal cost $19 with coke, which was quite costly for a burger and fries, especially considering the quality of the fries. The cost of the meal did not seem to justify the overall dining experience.

Despite the issues with the fries and the high cost of the meal, the service was decent, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was pleasant. The staff was attentive and friendly, which added to the overall dining experience.

The burger was okay but over-priced at $9. The bun was definitely not fresh, and that made a big difference. The patty was okay, but not juicy. Toppings were excellent.

Delicious burgers and fries! I like their food a lot. It’s not like regular junk food burgers, definitely notches on top.

Their patties are quite thick and juicy. Toppings are a good amount and flavourful. Fries are nice and crispy! They even have waffle fries now, which is a nice option in my opinion.

Worth a try! I personally order from here once everyday month.

Good burger joint that will satisfy your burger cravings. You can build your own with a variety of toppings or choose a pre-made burger. I went with their Swiss Mushroom burger, as I was told it was a popular one. It tasted good, and the fries were pretty good as well. However, for a place like this, paying up ~20 dollars for a burger combo seems excessive to me.

I'm from out of town but if your in London down the south end (Masonville Mall) you have got to try South St. Burger! So many options and selections you won't know where to start. Vegan options, food is real, nothing is fake or pressed meats. It's soo good I can't wait to go back and eat there again! Fast service bar and grill atmosphere, craft beer.

This has been one of the tastiest burger joints i have eaten at. Love the variety of toppings, the fries are the bomb and the beef is top quality in size and taste. The restaurant is very well maintained clean and spacious as you also get to see your burger being built right before your eyes. Hands down better than McDonald's, BK or any other burger spot that i have eaten at.

My burger was great and being someone that can't eat much bread I like they have a lettuce wrap option. My only issue is that some burgers can be cooked medium well and they should ask upon ordering your meal your preference for the doneness

I ordered the True North combo with a beer. I couldn't detect any hint of maple and found the burger to be disappointing. The fries on the other hand I found quite tasty and did enjoy the craft beer. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. Perhaps a different burger will be a home run next visit.

Very friendly service, always smiling! They stayed late to make sure we were satisfied and wanted to come back. Very excellent meal.

The staff were very kind so plus one star for that, but I have to say the burgers lacked a little something for me and the fries were only ok (3/5 stars for the food, +1 for the service). The buns were strangely chewy and I don't know if that was a one off or is the norm, and the nacho Burger wasn't anything to get excited about. For my money I'll take five guys over south st, but in a pinch it's fine.

Friendliest staff I have ever met! They stayed late on new years eve to finish our meal after they cleaned up! And they all had smiles on their faces! Beautiful and clean restaurant very good place to get a casual bite to eat!

This location is consistently a let down compared to the location on Commissioners road. Visiting here is always a convenience reason and not because I enjoy it. This North location in London’s quality has been deteriorating and today I had my final visit. A long dark hair was found in my not hot burger.

When I ordered today the ordering had changed from last time (2 weeks ago). I needed to order all my toppings while ordering my burger instead of watching them make it like usual. I was disappointed as now I need to tell them what I like instead of look at the array of toppings and choose from what looked fresh.

I stopped ordering buns a while back because they are always stale. Today with hair imbedded as one of my toppings I am instantly disgusted to not give it another chance.

This location needs to evaluate their health standards and I will make sure to call the city regarding an assessment.

Its very hard to read the menu when it's busy the menu is around the corner and if you're new you have to scramble when you get up front. Burger was okay but read the menu before you go in!

This burger absolutely blows away the burger at Five Guys. I won't even go back to Five Guys again the burger here is far superior tastes flame-broiled and they actually use real cheddar cheese not processed slices which are disgusting

Stopped by SS Burger Richmond St. Loved the veggie burger. Cashier was extremely friendly and assisted me customize my meal. The order was quick as the store was not busy. Redeemed a coupon to buy a combo meal otherwise the prices are a bit high. Will come back again.
