First time customer and a big burger fan. The menu has a lot of options. I settled for the 5 oz Angus beef burger. The selection of toppings was so vast. I didn't know what to choose. I honestly wanted them all. I also got a side of fries. The fries were overcooked and too hard/crispy. The burger wasn't pretty good. I just think a burger combo should not cost over $15.

The two ladies serving food this lunch hour had so many customers to attend to yet, they held a smile through our the entire lunch service.

I love the unlimited toppings at South Street Burger, and the service is friendly, but the orders take time to materialise. Its not technically fast food, and the wait is worth it. I really enjoyed the taste of the burger and the various toppings I added, like onion rings, mango chutney, fries, and some sauces as well.

Keep in mind that the burgers are made on demand so they take some time, but worth the wait!

Based on reviews by others, we had high hopes for our lunch. Overall food quality seemed quite good, and there were a lot of options on the menu to allow customizing the many choices of burgers.
Upon entering, the noise level from fans or machinery was very high, exacerbated by the hard surfaces everywhere, and complemented by the yelling of the staff, no doubt in order to be heard over the background din.
With no table service we lined up to place and obtain our order. Had to stand in line for about 10 minutes while staff prepped the meals for the two people in front of us and for ourselves.
Finally received the food and retired to a table, where the background noise continued to wash over us. Table and seating was... Unwelcoming, and without any feeling of comfort or privacy. Not obviously cleaned regularly, but passable.
The food (burgers, with fries for me, salad for my wife) seemed of good quality, but my burger was cold. My wife said the salad was fresh and delicious.
No lingering of course, and won't return, but a number of takeout customers were served while we ate, so apparently some people must like this place. Perhaps our experience was not the norm.
Pricey for burgers I thought, at around $37 for two (March 2023), but prices are up everywhere.
Takeout would be my recommendation if you decide to eat here.

Valerie was fantastic! Gave some solid reccs and the food was amazing! Will be returning however for the staff not just the food! Thanks again Val!

Greasy Nasty True North Burger
No flavor nad after taste paper thin bacon slices fake cheddar slices
And brown lettuce
They should buy Burger pattys from walmart.disgusting food

Way way way too expensive for what you get both portion wise and quality of food save yourself 8 bucks and go to wendys
