South St. Burger

It's my favorite burger restaurant.but, this branch was very neglected and the self-service area was very dirty. The girl who ran the place was on the phone the entire time I was there. (1 hour and a half).
And I didn't have the option to pay by card, something very strange.: (

Terrible customer service
Every time I enter staff has attitude and they barely communicate

It’s like giving me a favour to make my order

Couldn't really try the food because the lady behind the counter refused to let me pay with cash because "I just counted the cash".

Quite a short interaction with quite a rude lady.

Just got email spammed by whatever company you hired to help with your reviews. Received 13 emails thanking me for leaving a review when I've never been here.

I felt racially profiled and I hate to use the term. I walked in and was waiting for 10 minutes and not one greeting. Another person walked in and was greeted as soon as they entered. I felt so embarrassed I left the store.

Received 14 emails between midnight and 4 am asking me to review my experience. I’ve never been to this burger location so how they got my email I don’t know, but receiving 14 emails in the middle of the night is unacceptable.

So you asked for a review, here it is. Fox your system, don’t send review notices at night, especially 14.

I have never even been in the area let alone ordered from here, yet last night between midnight and 4: 30 am i received over 20 emails asking me to leave a review.
So here it is.

Great food and friendly staff wasnt too busy when I went in, had a BOGO Bday coupon so i got 2 delicous burgers, and with so.many toppings to choose from! Cheese, lettiuce, tomatoes, onion, pickels I could go on! The combinations are limitless! And the price is not to bad either about medium avarage for a basic burger and combo was about $18 CAD which included fries and a drink everything is fresh and hot I defintly recamend going here for a great burger I know i will defintly be returning in the near future! Thank for a very good experiance!

I used to come here in my lunch breaks but service is slow and no one even says hello when you walk up. Orders take over 10 minutes sometimes and if someone else is in front of you, you’ll end up waiting 15 mins or more

I went to south street burger with my friend and we ordered double cheeseburger the vegetarian one and it was delicious. It was a combo with sweet potato fries and pop. You can order regular fries or poutine with the burger as well as a side dish. For the double cheeseburger they have plant based and soy one too. So choose accordingly

Got 2 burgers, onion rings and fries. All together was around 35$. The food has good quality and the is not over salty. Plus one of the burgers we ordered was for our toddler. And we got a simple burger with cheese, meat, cucumber, salad and tomato just as we asked for her! Good service and our kid liked it!

1st time here. Burger was delicious and sumptuous! The only reason I am giving it a 3 star is because the staff at the counter who prepares the fillings for the burger was very hesitant to include all the toppings even though I said I want 'all' the toppings.she kept saying 'anything else' each time she placed a filling even though there were many fillings to choose from.it was the filling which made the burger stand out from other regular burgers. I was quite annoyed towards the end of the order that I had to keep answering her question with the same response (atleast 6 times) and point her towards rest of the toppings each time.

Simply executed, with flavorful results. When searching the place, I didn't know it was part of a food court. The quality of products used were of excellent quality.
