South St. Burger

We ordered later in the night but weren't expecting to have such a horrible experience with our order. Basically every burger had something missing from Jalapeños, to cheese (you pay extra for), guacamole, Lettuce, crispy onions. The poutine had uncooked fries smothered in sauce that tasted burnt. Why am I paying for overpriced mediocre burgers when they can't even get the ingredients right. If it was the end of the night and there were no more ingredients left just cancel the order. Never ordering here again.

Here's the story, 2 people dine-in for over $30. The only option they have is a variation of burger & fries so they both make their own. The custom sauce options are tasteless, the toppings are at the end of their tubs, and the server doesn't even know that they have ground pepper as an option. In the end they're served burnt sweet potato fries, small patties and fountain drinks somewhere between a medium and a small. On top of it all they sit down onto a sticky unclean table with a wobble after being unable to wash their hands because both soaps are out of soap.

At least the service was quick and painless, otherwise I would have had to give this a one star. The bread was of decent quality and that's probably the only positive I can say. If you're desperate for a burger it's still edible.

Food was decent enough for the price (used a coupon). I believe the fries could've been better but I wasn't gonna complain. Customer Service was alright; nothing bad or special about it. Everyone who was there and the state of the place seemed fine, didn't see any big issues.

This burger place exceeded my expectations. The burgers were delicious, and the fries were crispy. The staff was friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be coming back for more!

Served with burnt sweet potatoes fries and when asked for replacement, I was told they are well done and that's how they are supposed to be. The drink was without fizz and the person at the counter was kind enough to ask me to take it home with me as it's no good to them.
After delivering my burger he told me to take whatever condiments I want from the counter at the back as they won't let in after as it's time for their closing.
Will not recommend visiting the store with this staff in.

Eating here is always disappointing: Theyre ALWAYS out of toppings. Staff isn’t very friendly.

They charge extra for one slice of bacon when they had two cooked for un reasonable prices

Came here once before on a wednesday. It was good, but very expensive for what you get. Saw specials on mondays and tuesdays for 9.99 build your own burger combos. What a deal, so I decided to come back.

Buyer beware, I was informed by the employee working there that it was 9.99 for the burger, and the rest was still an addon. Wouldve been 17 bucks after tax for a burger, fries and pop.

Went for lunch today at noon.
No one came out to greet us for at least 5 minutes.
One girl all alone in the place, takes our order then proceeds to tell us after we paid that it will be 20 minutes
2 others ahead of us and many after us
Food was sub par at best would not waste your time or money going here.
