Dr. Tai and Nurse Katherina has made the jaw surgery very smooth. It is amazing how the nurse took care of me during the recovery room. My jaw surgery took 3.5 hours and Dr. Tai got it done in 3 hours. I like how the front desk called me to follow up in term of my pain level and if I need anything from them. Today, I got my wire and elastics remove and I did not feel any pain. I am very happy with my result and everyone is very welcoming and treat everyone as a VVIP. I will highly recommend my friends or family for any treatment.

Getting all 4 of my impacted wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Tai was a surprisingly smooth process. He and the staff are friendly and professional, and not once did I feel stressed about the procedure or consultation. I have almost fully recovered not even a week later so he must have done something right.

My non verbal autistic son had his four impacted wisdom teeth surgery by Dr Tai in the hospital over a week ago. From the consult up-to actual surgery, the services we received were excellent. He just had his post surgery follow up appointment and everything is looking good. The advice we got from Dr Tai and staff post surgery were very helpful to ensure recovery.
We told them beforehand about my son’s difficult with swallowing pills, and they gave us liquid medication as an alternative.

Excellent customer experience from consultation to surgery. I had my my bottom and top wisdom teeth removed separately but all with Dr. Tai. His staff are professional and took great care of me especially because I’m on the nervous end when it comes to any oral work. I opted for GA both times and have yet to experience any complications. I was prescribed medication after my extractions. Highly recommend Dr. Tai and his staff for anyone who’s finicky about taking their wisdom teeth out and value great customer service. Extraction of a wisdom tooth isn’t the most pleasant experience, yet Dr. Tai and his assistant did an excellent job by putting me at ease and made me relaxed throughout the procedure.
His whole staff are extremely polite, helpful and thoroughly professional. They all know their jobs and work like a well oiled machine. From booking my appointment, submitting the insurance paperwork to taking care of post extraction instructions including a follow up call the next day to make sure all was okay.

This was my first visit for consultation for dental implants.after being referred by my family dentist of 30+ years. An initial video explaining the procedures and inherent risks were presented then followed with in-person questions and answers with Dr. Tai and his assistant. Just had my wisdom teeth pulled out today and the whole thing was quick and simple. Everything expected was explained to me beforehand, and instructions/prescriptions printed clearly post surgery. All nurses and staff were courteous and kind, though I do not actually remember seeing the doctor since I was under the whole time. Don't remember anything till the ride home either haha. Highly recommend having a trusted person take care of you if you're going for general anesthesia.

This is my second time visiting South Unionville for my mystery tooth! I had my wisdom tooth removal as well. Both were done by Dr Tai. Highly recommend Dr Tai. His client service is not only professional but the surgery procedure was so gentle. The staff really care about you, and it's not just a service being done. I got more than 2 calls from the staff asking how I am feeling and what to take to feel better. Instantly got a check in visit to get my x ray done and immediately got a close appointment to my convenience. Having been in the medical profession before the appearance of ubiquitous instant reviews on all matters, I disagree with posting reviews on the medical profession in general, as most do not understand the complexity of medical issues, and post inane and superficial comments. However, after the first stage of my dental implants, the proficiency, knowledge and character of Dr. Tai impressed me so immensely, from the view points of both a colleague and a patient, that I am writing a review and recommending him without reservation.

Great experience. Dr Tai was well versed and gave the pro's and cons. The extraction was painless and very little after issue. I appreciated the followup a few days later to make sure I was doing well.

Got my wisdom teeth out here. They did an excellent job and kept me calm before the procedure even though I was very nervous. I’m pretty sure I was super annoying when I woke up as I unfortunately have video evidence but the staff still took excellent care of me and laughed along. Left with a list of tips and a syringe to clean out the site. Came back a bit later for a check up and they were super helpful when I asked more questions. Anesthesiologist was incredibly nice but unfortunately I cannot remember her name after the surgery: (

An amazing surgeon with proper etiquette, he will explain patiently if you have any questions or concerns, nice and friendly, my son had few teeth removed and it was a fantastic experience, he will be our dental surgeon forever if we have anymore dental issues.

Dr. Prichert was very friendly and knowledgable. I definitely would recommend going to see her. I went there for a consult about TMJ and she provided me with two prescriptions hopefully they help.

The entire team including receptionist, nurse and Dr. Tai are very friendly. Everything was well explained. Dr. Tai is extraordinary and he is more than professional. He is a doctor with loving heart. My implant was very successful, I had no pain, no continuous bleeding. I didn't even have to take any typernol. It makes a big difference if you meet a very professional doctor, especially for something liked tooth implant. I strongly recommend people to go to this clinic if they need the tooth implant.

Had my tooth extracted by Dr. Marina Prichert. She is a wonderful oral surgeon. The experience was relatively painless and quick. Dr. Prichert walked me through every step of the process and made the experience very smooth and calming. I highly recommend her and the office.

Went in for wisdom teeth extraction today and Dr Tai and his staff were very helpful, caring and supportive. His assistant went over everything before the procedure started and explained what the steps would be once extraction was complete and recovery began. Also throughout the procedure Dr Tai insured me that everything was going to be okay and gave me heads up throughout the procedure about what was happening and what steps they were on. I barely write reviews for places but I had such a wonderful/relaxing experience here. The nurses are so caring and made me feel really comfortable to calm me down. I went for lower wisdom teeth extraction just this morning (both impacted) through general anesthesia. When I woke up for which seemed like 2 mins, the surgery was complete! There was minimal bleeding and unavoidable slight pain for which painkiller helped immensely. Thank you so so much Dr. Tai and the team for making this so easy.

My 14 year old daughter had all 4 wisdom teeth removed here last week. Very clean and extra cautious with the new covid “rules”. Procedure went well. The surgeon and anesthesiologist were so attentive! She even got wheel chaired to the car! The next day follow up call from the nurse was amazing! She was experiencing quite a bit of pain and we got it under control immediately after that call. They just went above and beyond, and continue to monitor her healing.which is going very well. My daughter has underbite problem, orthodontist told me that to be able to get it fixed she got to go through a surgery. I got recommended that Dr Tai is the best, and because he is the one you can rely on so it take longer to wait for the surgery date. Now it worth it for waiting, we got the best result, and the recovery for jaws surgery is an amazing with minimum of pain after, and no infection. Now we had been through 7 weeks and my daughter can eat. Thanks you so much to all staffs for the support. All staffs did every step careful, they are a great team working together to assure patient's need.

My mother was referred by her family dentist to see Dr. Tai for an extraction, she normally hates having any kind of dental work done and was very nervous, but the staff and Dr. Tai were very professional, she was relatively calm. Great experience at the clinic. I was very nervous about the extraction procedure (2 wisdom teeth), Dr. Prichert was very gentle, and explained to me very detail how the procedure is done and reassuring me that everything would be fine. On the day of the procedure, (I choose general anesthesia), the nurse created a small talk with me and the next thing I know, I am done! Especially thanks to one of the nurse Sonia, which takes time to comfort me and called/msg me twice after my visit!

Dr Tai was educated with his knowledge of the risk factors associated my mother’s case. She presented with heavy bleeding from an abscess and was seen promptly after a quick referral from family dentist.

A shoutout to the professional front desk as well as the nurses, with a special mention to Tara who took the time to show that she knew the nuances of the case and didn’t just go through the motions of assisting with the tooth extraction.

I had general anesthesia so I don't remember the process, but beforehand the nurse was super nice and created small talk to relieve some nerves. It has been almost a week since the procedure (4 wisdom teeth out) and other than the inevitable uncomfortableness, I feel great and am eating regularly again.
