Just bought a vehicle here and I’m very pleased with the entire process.communications about delivery dates and the the steps to finalize ownership were very clear. Upon delivery, the car was thoroughly checked to ensure it was in good working order for me. A polite and knowledgeable sales rep walked me through some of the features of the car before I drove off. My whole experience was seamless and positive, thanks to the very knowledgeable and attentive staff

The team was very friendly and they did an incredible job on my truck (which to be honest I had sort of let go. It was a total disaster). I got it back better than it was when I bought it. Thanks a lot you guys!

To keep it short, my appointment was scheduled for 9: 45, and I only received my vehicle back at 15: 15. (Give it take a few minutes. The work was done, but I only needed an oil change and my winter tires put on. (already on rims) Had I known I wouldn't have waited that long and simply gone to a drive through service. The appointment time seemed to be irrelevant.

My recent visit at Southbank Dodge had an excellent ending. Despite a difficult situation, I received an excellent service: courteous and professional.

Bad service do not go. They changed my truck oil and they did not even reset it, plus the process took around one hour where the garage was empty. I want to mention here that the charged me about $300 for oil change only!

I paid $5 for parkin at the Capitol Fair and recieved a free detail.
The entire car was cleaned from top to bottom. Inside and out, it looks fabulous. Only complaint, every detail was covered except the salt. They didn’t even attempt to remove the salt lol maybe it’z a different package My car does look pretty sweet though

Who ever serviced my car on July 17 left my steering wheel dirty, scuff marks from his boots all over my door step and greasy finger prints all over my door and window.

If I was asked 2 weeks ago to rate this dealership (mostly service department) they would have gotten less then a star, due the service Manager never returning my repeated calls or acknowledging my repeated requests. I had given up and was ready to go in but gave it a last try and called. Joey answered and before transferring he said " I realised you've called many times, anything I can help with? " I explained my situation, regarding the newly bought dodge caravan I bought and what was promised from the service manager. Joey listened then said he'll call me back.honestly at that point i thought "Ya right! ". But he did, emailed me first with his name so i know who I was dealing with and then he got us an appointment, a rental and all that exeptional service with a smile and compassion! He really went above and beyond and worked with my hectic schedule! So Joey, Thank you! You saved this dealership from a failing review! Great service. I booked the appointment through the service department. When I arrived everything was ready and my car went straight in to get serviced. It was ready and waiting when I went to get it. Paperwork was done and ready along with the keys. All I had to do was pay. No stress whatsoever or waiting.

I have had a lot of issues with Southbank’s service department in the past with rude employees, which prompted me to ask the service team give me my oil and filter to take home to do myself, after paying for a service contract or services like brake flush and oil changes billed but not touched. I have submitted proof of work not done, and they have admitted on one of these occasions the tech didn’t do the work I paid for so now I check everything and I suggest everyone does the same.

Going forward, although I don’t agree with this dealerships policy which doesn’t allow for an appointment for oil changes, this time it was done in a little over an hour. I checked the oil and filter and it was done.

Whatever this team did with their recent management replacement worked. The environment was more friendly, professional and timely.

Very impressed with the assistance we received from Chris, Madeleine and Dan. Chris got us a great deal on Cooper winter tires. Madeleine was able to get us an early appointment for installation and Dan took great care of us while we waited, even to having our Grand Cherokee in the service area for two old ladies to easily access it when finished? We will definitely recommend South Bank Dodge to our friends and family

I would like to sher something about south bank dodge my son was working there for almost a year he had a big dream of becoming a Technician and work very hard was at work every day and did a very good job and management would tell him that all the time but they have a manager in the place called Tyler Parker and he likes to take technicians and put them on multiple jobs at the same time wish resulted in someone’s vehicle getting very poor service when the costumer complete about it my son was fired bye upper management and Tyler Parker was sent home for the day just thought the public should know about this and how they take care of there employees and customers

Dont go here to sell your vehicles, there offers are dirt. I was shocked by what they offered, sales person implied a safety check would cost thousands on my 2018 no accident Jeep LOL

Went in for a simple oil change and side marker lights changed for after market ones, staff was extremely helpful. Did the work fast and proper, I've actually been there quite a few times for various reasons and I'm always very happy when I leave.

Terrible customer service, half done job. Shouldn't take 2 days to have my vehicle detailed and then have to go over it and notice missed spots.

My Jeep was towed to this location on a Sunday when the dealership was closed and was left overnight for servicing. By Monday morning at 8AM, I had already received a phone call from Aaron to ask about the issues with my car and they looked into it immediately. The quality of service and customer care from Aaron was exceptional. He was kind, provided clear communication and prompt service. An Uber was even offered to me when my car was was ready for pickup. Purchased a used minivan from John Aladin and the Southbank Dodge folks this week. It was an excellent experience. They managed to get me almost $2000 more for my trade-in than a competitor. Late in the process, when they realized they missed explaining a Carfax report (an honest and understandable mistake in this case - it was minimal damage caused by the previous owner), the manager spoke with me, explained the situation, and told me that if I wanted to walk away at this point, it was totally my choice; no pressure. He ended up removing off the licencing costs to make up for it. I was very happy with entire experience.i

Sales person was good, but managers very poor quality service. Didn’t offer any insentives prior or throug the proses of buying our new car.
I decided to finish the business because my wife fall inlove with the car. Other ways I was thinking on stopping all the transaction and go somewhere else.
Other dealers have good insentives for customers when buying a car, but with you south bank dealer, we didn’t see or recrive nothing, and there were sings on the windows about having a sale events.
Really, really desappointed.

Took my Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT to Southbank Dodge and dealt with Chris Desjardins. I have never recieved such good customer service from a dealership service manager - he was extremely knowledgable about my vehicle and told me straight what I needed and didn't need to do regarding servicing and maintenance. He was also patient in answering all my questions. Was even able to get me a better price after some brake work was completed. I was previously taking my two Jeeps to Metro Orleans dealership for servicing but the quality of service at Southbank is night and day. The courtesy car service during COVID is also greatly appreciated for those coming from out of town. Great job guys.
