Southbrook Golf & Country Club

I hosted a baby shower at Southbrook this weekend and I can’t say enough good things about the experience we had. Firstly, Jacob is the best. He is so friendly, professional, accommodating and helpful. The space was beautiful and set up exactly how we had pictured it (even better actually). The food was incredible (it always is there) and I had many people rave about it to me throughout the event. Jacob was absolutely on top of everything throughout the event and was never far if I had any questions or needed anything. Plan your next event here - you won’t be disappointed if you do!

The course is well maintained and the food is amazing. Jacob goes above and beyond to make every visit a great one!

It would be five stars but the new par 3 has no yardage signs/sticks/anything. Kinda sucks when a course doesn't give you the info it's supposed to.

Edit; I'm not calling the pro shop to check yardages

Southbrook is a very beautiful course with some pretty challenging holes. The greens are immaculate and roll extremely true. I love the improvements they have made by adding new bunkers as well as the new par 3. I can tell the maintenance crew works hard and this course will come together through the years!

Friendly atmosphere. Team at course is committed to improving the course. If you go to the restaurant your experience is top level.

My review is based on the experience i had for an event held at southbrook golf club.it may be long, but to those considering this venue for your event, i promise this is worth a read.the event was for my mother, a member of southbrook golf club, who passed away in early july this year.her wish was for us to throw a celebration and party in her name, and southbrook golf club was the perfect place for us to achieve this.jacob is the event coordinator and from start to finish, dealing with him made this entire experience stress-free.he's easy to speak with and offers suggestions that make sense to what we were looking for.it really made our lives easier having him help plan this.during a sit down meeting with jacob, another party was wrapping up and i heard multiple guests thanking jacob for the amazing event and speaking to how great the staff was.that right there was extra assurance that our event would turn out great.the day of the celebration of life exceeded our expectations.we had over 250 guests and the entire staff including jacob, oliver, and lukas (apologies for not getting more of the staff's names, everyone was so professional and kind, they should all be recognized) helped the event run smoothly.they were ready to help us with setting up, took care of all of our guests' drinks, food and anything else they needed and were fabulous with clean up at the end of the night as well.there wasn't a single moment where the staff wasn't willing to help and even helping before anyone needed to ask.several of our guests spoke of how amazing the staff was and how beautiful the venue is in general.it's clean and the course is absolutely beautiful.many of which even said they want to have an event of their own there some day.my mother loved southbrook golf club and was very fond of all the staff she had the pleasure of knowing.it was a perfect way to celebrate the fun and generous woman she was.on behalf of my family, i want thank everyone at southbrook golf club for such an incredible event and for being so kind to my mother on multiple occasions.she would've loved the celebration of life.

Very nice course and restaurant. Highly recommend their chicken caesar wrap with shoestring fries. Delicious.

I host events there 8 times/year for a group that I run. The food is always fresh and delicious with options to accommodate my guests with dietary restrictions. The service is amazing and we always have so much fun while we’re there. Booking events with Jacob is an easy process and he’s a delight to work with!

I recently played in a company golf tournament, the course booked us wrong and we started 1.5 hours later then originally planned, then the ranger came around pushing us saying the tees were stacked up behind us, we ended up waiting on the tee block for groups ahead.
We are lucky there are many nice course in the area.
We will be running our next tournament at another course next year

Awsome service from the staff.
Food from the kitchen is served fresh and hot
Draft beer is nice and cold.

Played a 9-hole tournament here which was well organized, friendly staff and the food was fresh and tasty.

Just went to South Brook for dinner. Lukas was our waiter he was very attentive and very helpful with the menus. Can't wait to come back!

Great course, fun to play! Tee decks could use a little more love, as well as the fringe around a lot of greens. I'll definitely play there again.

Love this place! Beautiful course, challenging enough, fair price.
Nice atmosphere in clubhouse.

Fantastic layout and a wide variety of holes. The tee blocks and greens weren't in mid season form yet but they are working on it. I'll definitely be back there again soon. Friendly staff that makes you feel welcome.

Played on May 5,2023 -$45 to walk 18. Greens very slow. All bunkers are just weeds, dirt & rock except the new par 3 hole. How hard is it to order some truck loads of sand? The scorecard is not updated, and has not been for over 1 year? It shows old course setup. Drainage problem still exists on old hole 12. Dig some drain lines and drain to creek? I just saw the course maintenance guys driving around in side by sides and doing no work to improve the conditions.
