They don’t care emergency

I came to your hospital and said my tooth hurts, but they said we are not available to do any procedures today.

My recent visit to the clinic was amazing. Dr Khaled abdel-gawad has been my dentist for years and my experience is golden. He is very caring, attentive and very experienced. Always goes the extra mile.

I've been a patient for nearly 10 years - Dr Kwan was my doctor for a great amount of that time and today I met my new dentist Dr. Singh. BOTH are fantastic - attentive and very caring about me as a patient.

My personal experience with them has been nothing short of golden service - attentive patient care and both have gone the extra mile EACH time I've been there.

The Hygienists are also wonderful people - the current one is fantastic - excellent personal level talk, yet VERY efficient and attentive as well as caring.

I cannot imagine why they must post signs in their office warning patients to not be abusive. I just cannot understand what people are thinking.

They have always been SUPER polite and helpful.

They will be my dentists/hygienists for another ten years easily.

When I first moved to London, I did not have a dentist. I broke my front tooth late on a Friday afternoon and called around trying to get it fixed before the weekend. Southdale Dental got me in right away and fixed the tooth perfectly! I have been going back ever since. They are always friendly and professional, and able to see me in a timely manner that is convenient with my schedule. I am a very satisfied patient:)

Dr. Khaled Abdel-Gawad is awesome! Very quick filling and pain free. I've had other dentists where I had to come back to get fillings redone but I haven't had to with Dr. Khaled. And my teeth are very sensitive so I prefer pain free procedures.

I have always had an insane phobia about dentists. I found a dentist with an amazing staff of kind, amazing and warm welcoming heart who understood my fear.
They are extremely patient and made me feel extremely relaxed.

The team at Southdale Dental is unmatched! Their quality of service and making a comfortable environment is like no other dental office in the city. Dr. Khaled Abdel-Gawad is incredibly professional. He made my dental appointment easy and I was very comfortable in his chair. His injection was pain free which made my anxiety disappear. Dental offices are a dime a dozen in London but Southdale is my only choice for the best treatment and experience.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Khaled Abdel-Gawad. He is the best! I have been seeing him since 2016, my experiences have always been positive. He is very professional, takes his time to explain procedures and makes sure his patients are comfortable. He has treated my 10 year old son as well who has had great experiences with his fillings…No tears or complaints and didn’t even feel the injections! Great office, highly recommend!

I would Give this Dental Clinic a 5 Star as my family had been going to this Clinic for almost 20 years. 5 Star for Dr. Ali the nicest and most compassionate Dentist I have ever been to but 3 Star (generous) for Dr. Khaled. Reason I give Dr. Khaled <3 Star was in relation to the first and will be the last work he has done for me, my bridging done August 2022. I was in so much pain while he was doing the procedure. My mouth is small and he was forcing me to open my mouth wide. I tried so hard to keep it wide open not even realizing that it was closing a bit while he was working. He kept telling me to keep it still in a very frustrated voice. I said I'm sorry, I am trying so hard here. I could hear him breathing to control his anger, eventually, he decided to take a few minutes break. I tried to compose myself and decided to keep quiet as I was mad myself but I kept it inside. I am sharing this experience in hopes others will find it helpful!
