Changing my review. I did like the staff, but in general I wouldn’t say I had a lot of good experiences there.

Excellent experience my 1st visit! Not only are the reception staff amazing but Dr Rode is a very caring and willing to help! 6/5 Stars!

Dr Hisham el Mahdi was very unprofessional by raising his voice at me when I stated I didn’t take the medication because I wanted professional help instead of constantly taking drugs that don’t work. The doctor also refused to explain to me why my medical report was declined. The front desk staff used very rude mannerism with me and they refused to help me with my medical needs.

Dr Hisham el Mahdi is great and helpful and takes time to listen to your health issues, even he is recently stated there but it’s great starting ، and Drs before him were Rey nice and helpful as well, the staff and Dr al Mahdi staff is soooo nice and wonderful and caring especially Jessy, she very wonderful with clients with a big smile always

Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Also, the staff is very friendly and professional. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes when I arrive on time for an appointment.

Dr. Khumidbayev is amazing and really takes the time to listen and care for his patients. However, it’s completely impossible to get through to the office. Phone calls are NEVER answered during their ours of phone operation, I feel like it might be beneficial to implement an online booking system to cut down on the demand of the phone line. Please consider this as an option for the future… I have been trying to book an appointment for the last few weeks (on and off) and have only gotten through 1 time with the offer of ONE appointment that didn’t work for me.

As a patient going to a a doctor's office, more than 50% of your medical interactions is with front staff.
Now if the front staff or reception keep giving you a hard time and or disrespecting you respectfully, then they only deserve a 0 star.

One of the front staff at clinic needs to be mentally assessed herself.

Tried several times to contact and had to listen to recording: busy or another call. Appears to be an excuse not to speak to a client. The second part of Southdale bookings @ is not clear at all. On your write up the email address is missing. Pl.re record your email address and SPELL IT OUT.
Your answering services deserves improvement. Thanks for the opportunity.

I would not recommend this clinic to anyone ONLY because of the staff. Specifically someone by the name of Jessika. The staff do not communicate with the doctors, and can't do the one job they are paid to do. Which is answering phones, booking appointments, and giving the doctors messages. The front desk staff take no accountability for their mistakes and shifts the blame on the doctors. Do yourself a favor and find another clinic.

Changing my review as I do like the staff and my doctor, I just feel communication between patients regarding appointments and forms should be improved upon

Dr Ayat Hashi is my mother's family doctor. She's a great doctor. She's always kind, compassionate and patient. She added her into her busy schedule and really took the time to listen to our concerns. She also did a good job at explaining everything to us and what the next steps moving forward would be. She didn't rush us but made us feel like we were heard. She didn't limit us to just 10 minutes or one issue. Highly recommend her to everyone I know.

The worst office to deal with. Like how long an office assistant will be away from desk or on an another call according to voice mail, what's the point of having a phone that never gets answered. I have been calling this office since this mornings from 9am to untill 10: 15am and I called more than 130 times and still did not have anyone pick up this is just ridiculous. No one calls the doctor for fun.

Literally the worst office to deal with. I'm better off just going to a walk-in clinic for everything. What's the point of having a phone that never gets answered. I have been calling this office for the past week and no answer. I call at least 5-10 times a day and I still did not have anyone pick up this is just ridiculous.

Good Doctors, horrible office staff. You have to call 15 times to get someone to pick up the phone. The answering machine states in the message they don't listen or respond to messages. When you email them you get an automatic reply saying they don't respond to emails. Very hard to make an appointment. My guess is they do this intentionally to keep the workload down, being a doctor after all is only a part time job.

The last time I was in there I watched the receptionist text on her phone while the phone rang and went to answering machine. The office staff use to have a plaque up state "I'm the boss here, " which is a very true. The doctors let two receptionist with some online degree from Medix College run the place like they were the boss of not only the doctors but every other poor soul in society who has the misfortuntune of going to this office.

I would recommend going there just to witness the level of entitlement in the office staff, its unreal! You should feel grateful just to be in there presence.

It’s not the doctors that make this clinic rated poor it’s the fact that it’s inconvenient

1) they don’t answer their phones so patients are not able to book appointments

2) they close at the most random times 12-1pm it’s closed

3) doctors seem to always be gone or away on vacation

4) they always send you to walk in clinics

5) the wait time.the appointment range anywhere from 2 weeks-1 month

6) the staff and management do not care that they disappoint the patients

My doctor is there and doctor rollings is great at what she does very well and cars about her patients and always on time and great when she does home calls

The doctor's are very caring. The staff, are just the best! I always feel very comfortable, when there for an appointment.

I've been calling for 20 minutes straight. There is obviously reception there because they answered and hung up right away. How can I make an appointment when you don't answer? !

My wife, two daughters and I absolutely love our family physician Dr Sofia Anthireya. Our experiences have always been really great. It seems we have found the perfect fit for our growing family. Thank you so much

This is not a walk in clinic. Went there only to be told that this has not been a walk in clinic since 2012.
