I've taken my dog here ever since he was a puppy and the staff here are extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable:)

My dog is a pretty anxious one and the staff are really patient with him and they make him feel more comfortable and safe.

Great place and great staff. My boy Finn loves coming here and they take great care of him and answer all of our questions

I have only the most complimentary things to say about this clinic (Dr. Warren is our vet as so was Dr. Wallace previously). They have provided and continue to provide exceptional care for our chinchillas for over 15 years now (one of our chins is currently 18+ years old). They have been with us through the good times and the sad times and we cannot imagine more compassionate and kind veterinary office to support humans through the loss of their pets. We live in Toronto and drive to see this vet in Mississauga - because no one comes even close to their level of care.
We have recently had a young dog join our family and we take him to the same clinic for care - he is well taken care of and treated with compassion and genuine care. We hope Dr. Warren continues to care for our furry family members for long long time still!

Very sweet and quick assistance by the staff. Clean clinic and lots of information of your pets via posters or brochures. Doctor is very kind and knowledgeable as well. Gentle while examination. Will highly recommend.

We switched to this clinic during lockdown because our dog had become reactive with our previous vet. Southdown animal clinic has been incredible! Our dog is now so much calmer at visits. Most recently, our cat got a really bad injury on her leg and they cared for her with immense compassion and patience. They preformed a necessary amputation and Pearl is doing so much better.

A very bad experience in this animal clinic! A stool examination cost $118. A physical examination plus 2vaccine 150, feel cheated, Don’t recommend!

Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and answer any questions you may have. The team is very caring towards the patients of their clinic.

This clinic is really the best. Very patient, kind and smart vets. Very helpful and friendly administrative staff. I had to put my bunny down suddenly and they handled it with such care, even taking time to counsel me with the grief a few days later. Highly recommend.

These people love animals. They are kind, patient and most of all really knowledgeable. We have been bringing our furry family members here for over 30 years.

The staff at Southdown Animal Clinic are genuinely some of the most amazing people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I've been here quite a few times for my two cats and you can tell that they care about what they do and the animals they work with.
My job consists of working with people of many walks of life, and it is a breath of fresh air to still be reminded that genuine, kind and caring people still exist out there. Even when one of my cat's was going through a major diagnosis, they were there to answer all of my questions, provide any support that was required, and I always end up leaving the clinic knowing that I, and my pets, are in good hands.
I remember being referred to this clinic years back, and I'm honestly really glad I was. I just wish my family doctor was as good as my vet.

This is one of best clinics I've ever been at with our little birdie.they actually care about your pet and provide you with top quality service. All stuffs and doctors are super professional and anything have to be done they solve it super fast.we had our bird super sick and he needed wing amputation, the doctor was calling us almost every day and asking us how we doing and how's recovery process going, unfortunately our little guy passed out few weeks ago and I called them to close his file, receptionist was super nice. Last night I was surprised find in my mail box card from them with all stuffs signatures in it.that almost made me cry. I'm so much appreciated for all what they've done for us and definitely those small details are making hudge difference which makes them stand out from other clinics I've been at.again, thank you alot for your care and for support u provided us in this hard times. I'd highly recommend this clinic out of any others, also when we get any new furry family member this place will deffinatelly be our one and only choice! With love Tina?

I’m always very happy with the service provided at this clinic. The staff is really friendly, you can tell that everyone who works there genuinely cares about your pet.

I brought my rabbit here to get spayed and she was well taken care of, I was calling the clinic almost every day to keep them updated on my rabbit’s situation and they were always so patient and understanding.

After an exhaustive interview on the phone and sending over full medical records, they decided to repeat the process on the phone while I waited in the lot with a very sick dog. Full covid policy/paranoia in effect here. Shameful.

Highly recommend Emily is such a pleasant person to book appointments with ease, she gives consice information quickly and seems like someone who loves her job with animals. I hadn't seen Dr. Warren but from what I've heard and experienced his staff I know any animal who comes here would be safe and I can trust there medical advice and protocol.

Got my first cat and was referred to Southdown Animal Clinic and they are amazing! They take great care of my kitty, and the vets there and all the staff are wonderful! They've also adapted well to the pandemic. There has been no gap in care.

Stuff are friendly, took well care of my fuzzy friends. Did not spot the tumor during the annually check.

My family and I have been taking vets to this facility for as long as I can remember. I swear by them. When I moved to another place in the city I still bring my dog there for all her appointments. Never had an issue. Always open, honest and friendly.

My family has been using Southdown for our dogs for about 20 years now. Dr. Warren and Dr. Jankovics have been great and we fully endorse them to anyone who asks.

Drs. Warren and Letic took great care of our adopted schowzer doodle when he needed an operation for the bone cancer in his foot. 2 weeks after the operation he was like new. Great staff at Southdown Animal Clinic.

The staff are very knowledgeable in rabbits and were more then helpful in finding the proper treatment for my bunny. If you are looking for a savvy small animal vet this is definitely the one. Unfortunately they do not provide vaccinations for rabbits however I will ask for a referral and can possibly get it done at OVC Small Animal Clinic.

My bunnies have seen Dr. Warren, Dr. Letic, and Dr. Jankovics. All of them are very knowledgeable with rabbits. They went above and beyond when treating my bunnies and suggested what is necessary to ensure the health of them. They offer blood test for bunnies which is so far the most well-structured/ more database compare to other clinics. Other clinics I have asked are very surprised when I inquire about blood test because they barely do them. The blood test, pre op exam, and stool test are all mandatory before spay/ neuter surgery to ensure they are healthy enough for the surgery. Based on this, I would choose to do spay/neuter surgery with them. The only downside I would say is that the price is a bit high. Anyhow, I will continue to take my bunnies to them for their professionalism and care. Thanks Southdown Animal Clinic!

Doctor Pocha and the rest of the Staff at Southdown Animal Clinic have been so amazing with our new Puppy! They have gone above& beyond for us. I would recommend this Clinic to anyone in the area. They are super helpful, they respond to queries right away and are just great people to work with. We look forward to further building our relationship with this Clinic!

The vet was very kind, treated my cat well, and gave us some medicine. She then called back a few days later to check how he was doing, which was much appreciated.

We brought our bunnies to SDV for spaying.
The team was absolutely amazing! We are so pleased with the health of our girls. This clinic is very fair with their prices. Such a knowledgeable group and they definitely love what they do.

Great vet.very caring and compassionate. Dr Warren and his staff have been taking care of our pets for 29 years.we wouldn't go anywhere else.

"What do you like about this business? " If there was an "everything" button that's what i would click on! Recently I have gotten a kitten and needed a lot of help to give my kitten the best care I possibly can, and I swear these guys- every.single.one.of.them.have been and still are there for me at the second that i have reached out for help. The staff here are nothing but friendly and truly compassionate to take care of your little fur baby and will do anything and everything to make sure he's healthy and properly taken care of. I honestly cannot recommend any other clinic but this one. If you really want to have a peace of mind knowing that your fur baby is taken care of in the best way possible; then you should look no further and just come straight here.

Always a great experience when visiting Southdown Animal Clinic! All of the veterinarians and staff are truly amazing people who go above and beyond for their clients and patients. My family and our cats had been going to this vet for 18 years. Unfortunately, when my cat got very sick he clearly was in alot of pain and discomfort. Due to these unprecedented times I did not have the finances to have my cat be put to rest so I had contacted the veterinarian right away and had asked if there was any kind of financial assistance that could be provided for myself especially during this difficult time. They had said that they did not supply that kind of financial assistance and directed me to another vet which also directed me back to my original veterinarian office and they had said that my vet should be able to assist me. Not only again did they inform me that they could not help without insurance but they also sent me to another vet. I understand that times are tough, for businesses and families, but my family member was suffering and I had been going to this vet for 2 decades. I never had any previous issues paying my bill and had always liked to bring my family members to this location because they were friendly and helpful. Now, I just am so disappointed and unfortunately will never ever bring my future pets back there again. It gives me great sadness to have to write this, and I never ever go on reviews and have my say. But I feel so disgusted by this experience that I feel I need to write this review. I hope no one else suffers the way my cat did because of financial hardships. May all of you and your families have nothing but peace and happiness in the coming days.

Everyone at Southdown Animal Clinic is so caring and loves our animals almost as much as we do!

We have a two month bunny who has received various treatments from the team. Each member of the clinic has been exceptional and compassionate. I can't say enough about the team as we called a number of hospitals, realizing a few selected clinics in Mississauga take care of rabbits. Highly recommended!

Love this clinic! Dr Jankovic’s is very informative, kind, and helpful. She has been my vet for over 2 years, and always has provided us excellent service. Thank you, Dr Warren and staff for always giving us peace of mind.

I have been taking my pets to Southdown for over 20 years. They are an amazing group of people who really care. They helped me with my first cat who had diabetes (and he lived to be 17!). What cat wouldn't love to come to see "his girls" who fawned over him every time we visited. Now I have another senior cat and they are as helpful as always. Highly recommend!

Dr. Warren went above and beyond to treat our pup when she became unusually ill and showed a genuine concern for her health and recovery. All of the staff are always very friendly and helpful. Would certainly recommend to any pet owner.

I first saw Dr Warren in 2003. Even though I once moved 2hrs away, I would try to go to him. Due to lack of time however, I have tried several other vets closer to me. I've had 9 dogs since my first visit there, so I have a ton of experience with vets. I had a few years where I spent $10k+. There are some awful vets out there. After a few botched operations and misdiagnosis at other vets, I will stick with him. If he doesn't know something, he will say so and refer to experts. His "fees" are higher than most other vets I've been to (many), but I trust him the most. Dr. Pocha is my alternate vet there, and she's great. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable themselves, especially Mary.

They are so amazing and friendly. The best service you can hope for when it comes to your pet. They are located close to where I live and one of few vets that serve exotic pets.
