Absolutely the best place! Would give ten stars if I could. The staff and doctor are so caring and know how exactly how to make you feel comfortable while addressing sensitive issues. I always feel relieved when I have my appointments at this clinic because I know that I am in very competent hands every step of the way. Bookings are super fast and they don't forget about the follow up. The staff are always cheerful and the doctor might even crack a joke if you're up for it.

Other than a brief delay with the IV, everything went quickly and smoothly. Didn't even realize anything had happened.
Overall not nearly as bad as anticipated and I truly didn't think it would be that bad to begin with.

Overall not a bad experience. Not the most friendly people in the world but then again that is not their job (to be your friend). Tara at the desk was very helpful and Chris the nurse in recovery were very friendly and personable. The Anesthesiologist was unaware of why I would not want Fentanyl given that I have addiction issues - I thought that rather odd. To end on a positive note, I went to sleep, they did what they had to do, I woke up and it was done - I went home.

Radial nerve in my wrist was damaged while staff inserted an IV, only thing they were interested in saying was that it was highly unlikely they did it, and had zero compassion for the fact that I was injured and out of pocket for physio and recovery for something they caused.
