We had our upstairs windows replaced by Southfield windows and doors.
The job was done quickly and efficiently by the courteous staff, I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again when we have our downstairs windows replaced.

We ordered 4 windows for the upper level of our house. Once they were in the install team had them installed in our house in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. They also noticed we were missing a little piece of siding on the front of our house and put a piece on for us so we wouldn't have any leak issues.

I need to start by saying that the entire experience I had with Southfield Windows and Doors was excellent- from beginning to end. The quoting process and installation service we received was extremely professional.

Hardy was an excellent account executive to deal with. He gave us his honest opinion on everything related to window installation, and what would look best in each room.

We had originally asked for our windows to be installed in late-August to early-September. However, we re-evaluated and found out that we could move the install date up to late-May to early-June. Hardy and Jason were able to pull some strings and work within that timeline. Our windows were installed way earlier than we originally scheduled.

The install team was extremely professional, on time, and finished the install as quickly as possible. One of our bay window frames was not square at all. The install team was able to custom make a window fitting for us on-site within two hours. The finished product looks absolutely spectacular- the rooms look bigger, and we are already seeing the savings on our heating and cooling bill. Hardy even stopped by during the install to check on the crew, and how the installation was going- just to make sure that everyone would be happy with the final product.

We are already quoting the replacement of our front and back doors with Southfield. Call us customers for life. As long as we are in the area and need window or door work performed, we will be calling Southfield.

Five stars for a decent and honest company. I had Southfield come out to do a quote on all my basements windows. I was prepared to spend a lot to get everything upgraded. After they examined everything thing, they asked me, "why are you changing these, they are in pretty good shape? " I told them about the rotted wood exterior frames and they said they could easily be aluminum capped or replaced by a carpenter but the Poly-windows themselves were fine. Wow. Such honesty and integrity. I was very impressed. Hardy and Jason were real professionals and wonderful to meet. This is a company I would highly recommend.
