Southgate Shopping Centre

Parking is a bit tight near the mall; as though it was deliberately designed for small cars only. If you don't mind parking on the out skirts of the parking lot you will have no problems.

It's a great mall, with everything you need, from a Metro, to a shoppers, to a Dollarama, to a Shoppers Drug Mart, to a Subway, and much more! Also very conveniently located for residents of Sawmill Creek!

It's nice not to crowded ️ but keep your eyes on some cashier sometimes double scan trying to keep the difference in there pocket if they do this mistake the costumer service will reimburse you just make sure to keep the receipt

Can be overpacked not a lot of parking poor selection of stores. Dollarama and pizza pizza and Tim Hortons are about the only good things here. Metro is overpriced for a grocery store.

Great place to grab groceries. Go to the bank, get your prescriptions and the Dollar store if needed

This is a great location their meat section is very properly maintained clean great produce nice staff very friendly

You can shop for groceries, enjoy lunch/dinner (Shawarma, Wendy's, pizza, coffee etc) at this centre.

It is my closest grocery along with Wallmart &Loblaws and Independant. A bit more expensive than others but some good deal, nice peoples working there that makes you feel home.

Shoppers Drug Mart. Mother in law got blush and lipstick, Not too much in the way of groceries, no butter or bread.

Disappointed that they didn't have what was advertised until Tuesday so I went to another Metro and they had what I wanted

Has a few essential services close to each other, groceries and medication. Near a few retirement homes, so residences can come and go easily enough.

Construction parking limited at this time but good choices of stores beer store lcbo MR sub good food

It's the nearest shopping centre to my home.like this plaza very much.i'll visit there almost every day before the pandemic.now i'm still going to visit it quite often.the metro is one of my most favirite groceries.before i came to ottawa one year ago, i lived in charlottetown, price edward island.there are a sobeys very close to my home.i loved that store.sobeys and metro belong to the same group.they are quite similar.i like the fresh vegitables and friuts here.shoppers is another store i like.i also go to the dollarama very often.at the other end of the centre, there is a timmy, my favorite cafe.

A nice place for groceries. My first choice for birthday cakes and fried chicken. Easily accessible by bus, free parking, and close to many other shopping outlets making it one of my best location to shop any time of day

There is no Metro self check out so a quick trip to grab something can have you waiting through lotto ticket sales and line ups. The parking lot is also weird and full of stop signs.

Amenities are pretty standard for a strip mall but The parking lot is set up so poorly.
The dollar store is a gong show. Only visit if you absolutely have to.

Convenient location with multiple entrances and exits from/to Bank and Hunt Club. Includes a variety of different stores and food places and lots of parking space. The only downside is that the parking lot design is honestly just bad and needs a complete overhaul. Otherwise, have everything you need from a plaza.

Very busy location with lots of parking. Good selection of stores and services! At a main hub with a busy intersection.

This is a surprising very busy shopping centre! We have restaurants, Metro super market, shopperdrugmart, Dollarama, first choice hair salon, Scotia Bank, Pet store, Rogers, wine store and much more, Wow!

Had all kinds of businesses and the meteo there has the best prices on organic coconut milk in the area however, if you are a bad driver stay away as the parking situation isnt for bad drivers.

It's been a while since I've been in this mall. They have lots of stores. We went to the dollar store, the wine store and shoppers drug mart. They also have a large grocery story. The biggest problem with this mall is the parking. It's strange how they have it laid out into multiple rows that are separated by concrete dividers. But you can always find a spot if you don't mind the walk. Anyway, I was able to find what I was looking for.
