Amazing receptionists (especially Bonnie) and I love that they send text reminders for upcoming appointments! Also, great dental clinic for children

Excellent staff.
Reception is always following up and reminding you of future appointments in case you fear forgetting.
Hygienist today Kim was great as answering all questions with evidence based answers and providing practical advice.
Dr. Hameed is my usual dentist and his dental assistant are always friendly, answering questions and making you feel comfortable.

Overall 5/5 service.

Very good patient care, just took my braces off today and couldn’t have felt better. Dr. Shalaby and his great assistant offered nothing but kindness and good care. Would highly recommend getting braces there.

Love the dental hygienist here named Dana, she’s the best ️ I always try to see her whenever possible, she’s very good at what she does and so kind. The dentists and receptionists here are also great at what they do and very professional.

AMAZING DENTAL OFFICE- Right from Tracy at reception to the dentist. My spouse lost a filling in the front tooth and being new to the city had not established a dentist yet. I contacted them yesterday and BOOM in this morning and fixed in record time. An amazing experience overall. Would highly recommend. This will be our new dental office and again I would recommend to anyone looking.

I have a significant phobia of dental stuff - the staff here at this office is absolutely wonderful in helping me relax and feel comfortable- the front desk are always top notch - hygienist Kim Amazing! It’s been over 10 years since I was to a dentist, have high anxiety over getting needles in mouth but they are great. Awesome place everyone is very patient, friendly and all around great. Won’t go anywhere else

Got invisalign completed through Southwest Dental and could not be happier with the results. Dr. Yiyi and the whole team were knowledgeable and professional. They answered all of my questions and walked me through every step of the way. I am so happy with my end results and would highly recommend!

After an accidental spill by our toddler, our immediate concern was regarding a front tooth that appeared to be loose and potentially at-risk in terms of more severe damage. Dr. Pinchin and Dr. Trisna were able to provide us with a rapid consultation to diagnose the injury, inform us on what to monitor, and any recourse available should things get worse. We appreciated the timely response and expertise and are happy to report it wound up just being an accident that required nothing more than a box of Smarties.

Today was my first visit and it was a really pleasant and smooth experience, the staff is very friendly and they use all types of high technology equipments.
I definitely recommend this place!

I switched to this office in 2016 and it was the BEST decision I've made! I used to fear going to the dentist and now, not only is that fear gone, I look forward to going. I have Dr. Pinchin as my Dentist and he is outstanding! He is so knowledgeable, he's kind and he takes the time to always explain what he's doing. He always has the best interest for you as a patient and you can certainly trust his opinions. As well as being a regular patient there, I also did my Invisalign with this office and it was the best experience (see my picture for results).

It doesn't stop with how great Dr. Pinchin is, the whole office staff is amazing. From the Receptionists to the Hygienists (Danielle is also amazing!), I honestly have never met such a great group of kind and caring staff.

For anyone looking for a new Dentist, rest assured you will be beyond pleased to switch over to this office.

I wanted to have my teeth straightened so I had Southwest Dental fit me with Invisalign Braces in November. It was so easy to get them fitted, and it has been great so far wearing them. I will be finished with perfect teeth by April. I would recommend them to anyone that feels they have always wanted to correct their smile. Southwest Dental is a first class Dental Office.thank you!

I have never been so happy to go to the dentist. I have really bad anxiety and every time I have gone there, they have been very accommodating. I actually willingly make appointments now to see the dentist.

I had extreme anxiety regarding a possible root canal on a front tooth. The fear of the numbing needle in the front and the possible cost of the procedure was allayed because of the explanations, kind nature, and professional manner in which it was all handled. I am extremely impressed with the staff in this Office. I will recommend this place for anyone looking for a new dentist.

The staff at Southwest Dental were fantastic - super friendly and very accommodating. I accidentally only booked for a check-up but needed a cleaning as well, and they were able to move some staff and patients around to help fit in a cleaning for me. The cleaning was thorough and painless, and my dentist Cheryl was lovely and answered all my questions. Would recommend!

I love the Team at southwest dental, they always take their time to make sure your comfortable and understand everything thats going to happen. They also make sure to try and get my daughter in asap when she pops a bracket on her braces. Finally southwest has been amazing at easing my my major anxiety attacks I use to have for visits to the dentist. Amazing job keep it up

Im 51 years old hate the dentist but 18 years ago Dr Perkins convinced me to have my front tooth looked at during an appointment with my daughter. I have never missed a check up or appointment since wish he was still there but i understand why not. Michelle is the best hygienist in the world im sure. I love the way she takes care of me. I wish I could give more stars! I've always had troubles at the dentist, whether its my dental anxiety or social anxiety making me automatically feel uncomfortable with new people. As soon as the staff greeted me, I felt comfortable. I have met a few staff members and everyone has been so great. They're all very sweet, knowledgeable and caring and that is honestly how it should be everywhere. I've only been there twice and I will recommend them to everyone, have already began telling people about this amazing place!

Even though I still need laughing gas for work, I felt comfortable as soon as I entered the room. The dentist seemed very confident with her abilities which helped a lot. In the exam they go into full details and are very gentle. I've been to many dentists in the past trying to find a right match for me and this place is definitely a keeper! Highly recommend!

The staff at South West are incredible. They are always friendly and personable. They have given our family the best dental care along with amazing advise on ortho treatment. I would recommend this organization to anyone wanting amazing dental care for both the young and young at heart.
