Southwood Dental Studio - Southdale (Jalna)

I’ve had two fillings and a root canal done with these guys. To say I’m not satisfied is an understatement, not only have my fillings disintegrated, but they didn’t even finish doing a filling on my one tooth and just put a temporary cap thing in it. I brush my teeth and floss regularly and have had fillings last almost ten years. I don’t know if they are just bad at what they do or if they cut corners to make things work. I will not be going back to them ever. I do not recommend wasting your money with them.

Great experience! Dr. Banan and assistant Suzanne are truly amazing. Thankyou for the top notch talent in fixing my broken tooth. Hygienists and Dee at front desk are fantastic. Would highly recommend.

I really liked this clinic, dr charanjeet does a great job. What I liked most is that they care a lot about dental emergencies, the dentist assistant Suzan also does a good job calming you.

Always an amazing experience at this location. Dr. Banan is by far the greatest dentist I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a few. I’ve always had issues with my teeth and getting work done had been problematic in the past. Since coming to this location I’ve not had a single negative thing to say. Great, friendly staff. Incredible dental work. The receptionist Deepali goes out of her way to make sure things are booked and covered by insurance. She even remembers your preferences and family members. Dr. Banan ensures your bite is always better than when you first came! 10 out of 5 stars!

I went there for an extraction of my wisdom tooth as the doctor put a lot of local anesthesia that she damaged the nerves on my tongue it has been two years and I still don’t feel half of my tongue when I went there to get some help the doctor said to me that some times things like that can happen and that I signed up for it… now I don’t even go to any dentist and I know I won’t feel my tongue never again!

The staff at Southwood Dental always go the extra mile to make you feel welcomed and appreciated. Great atmosphere.
Stephanie is so welcoming and personable, and does a fantastic job with my cleaning. I always leave feeling clean and refreshed.

Dr. Mao and his assistant Milky are a wonderful. I had a gap filled between my front teeth~looks so natural. Anna on reception is very helpful. BIG smiles!

Had a restoration and tooth removed today by amazing dentist and assistant. Firstly Southwood took me in right away, next day. The dentist was assuring, gentle, and efficient. Best of all, both female which made me feel even more comfortable. I highly recommend them.

Usually I don't write reviews, but they deserve it, Receptionists mam was quite cheerful, Dr Kwon was very calming and professional. Moreover, Mrs. Dhara was pretty diligent and caring, was there for me until the end being attentive, process was of nearly 3 hours but time flew away fast. Felt like home. Thanks to Dr. Kwon and specially Mrs. Dhara for being there.

Southwood dental is the best dental clinic. It was my first visit ever to a dental clinic so I was nervous about it but Dr. Kwon her assistant Dhara and receptionist Anna were all so friendly and polite which made it easier. Especially Dhara, the assistant calmed me a lot during the treatment which made it lot more easier to go through it. Dr. Kwon did so great with the treatment it was all comfy during the treatment and I love my teeth now. Thanks to all of them and southwood dental studio. Keep up the good work.

I got 5 fillings done today and just wanted to say I was so nervous before I came in and when I got there.there was nothing to be nervous about.the dentist Dr banan and her assistant I believe her name was Chara did so well with me and got me through my nerves by being patient and so kind with me.thanks for all your help today! Everyone at soutwood dental were very professional and very friendly. As a new patient, they did a thorough examination and took their time to make sure everything was done correctly. They even gave me a complimentary electric toothbrush as a new patient. I would 100% recommend them!

I am giving this dental office 5 stars! I had not been to the dentist in a long time. I was very nervous on my first visit but the staff made me feel so comfortable. Dr Kwan is excellent and very professional. The ladies at the reception are very helpful and cheerful! Thanks Kim and Stephanie for the excellent service today!

Dr Banan and her assistant Dara did a great job to me, they’re both very knowledgeable and they know what they are doing so they are trust worthy, I highly recommend them for anyone looking to fix their teeth in a clean, safe, and great environment.

Naomi was so kind she explained everything to me. She is the best hygenist. I only want her to clean my teeth ans my family. Kim the receptionist really helped me with my insurance inquries. She was very friendly and answered all my questions. Dr kwon was super knowledgeable and explained to me my options. I recommend this place to everyone. The Southwood Dental Studio at Jalna has such a beautiful interior and along with their 5 star staff that any trip to the dentist is exciting. The Dentist and staff work with their most professional manner, with respect and answer any questions as clear possible. It is truly and enjoyable experience.

What an exceptional experience from the welcome to the Goodbye. Went to Southwood Dental studio a week ago for the first time and was a bit skeptical. As soon as I walked in, the staff greeted me with a smile and a nice welcome. I may have waited one minute tops until my hygienist welcomed me. She was friendly and understanding regarding not using the machine to clean the teeth. So she ended up hand cleaning which I prefer. Left with a great clean and a very sweet good bye. I would highly recommend Southwood Dental to any of my clients or anyone that is looking for a fantastic dental studio.

My 3 children have been going to Southwood for many when we first started going there the service was great the staff were friendly in the last 2 years the staff have all changed and are very rude the new receptionist talks down to you and is very condescending. I wouldn’t recommend going here especially if you are taking your children. I will be finding a new dentist ASAP

I had a tooth that was a concern, but did not seem to be an immediate need. A day later, the tooth fell out. That evening I was scheduled to speak at an important function. Needless to say, I was stressed and filled with anxiety. I did not think it was possible to get in right away. Dr Agerwal took me right away as an emergency, gave me some antibiotics and a temporary crown, and I was able to speak without an issue. He made me feel comfortable going to the dentist. He also explains what he's doing every step of the way and why he's doing it. He's very straightforward, highly experienced, thorough and honest. Dr. Agerwal is not just a great dentist, but he actually cares about his patients and puts you at ease the moment you get there. It's refreshing to have someone who cares, is extremely competent, and you can trust. Everything was explained to me completely, including costs, no surprises. His staff is very helpful and professional. Excellent service I would recommend to anyone and everyone!

Very satisfying experience to meet an expert dentist in a professional and clean environment. Courteous staff and very convenient location. Very reassuring and secured feeling to be examined by dentists using advanced dental technologies. It’s an icing on the cake to see my kid being utmost comfortable and not showing any signs of anxiety while being assessed by the dentists at Southwood dentals. All results and procedures are explained in detail with a lot of patience. The assistant staff is very supportive and ensures smooth transactions and documentations.
