Spa at Four Seasons Toronto

Awesome experience. Stayed at the hotel 2 nights, used the pool and facilities 2 twice daily, never crowded at all. Always peaceful. Had a massage (60 min), was just perfect in all ways. Special thank you to my RMT Hanna. Will visit again for sure.

Went to the spa for a facial and was hoping for a relaxing day at their pools and hot tub. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case with kids running around being quite loud. Other guests were disturbed as well. Facial was great but was definitely not the relaxing day I was looking for.

Beautiful spa, excellent treatment. Five star. My criticism of this beautiful spa experience is the food and beverage service offered for lunch or snacks. I almost think they shouldn't bother, because it taints an otherwise wonderful experience.
I knew that it would take a while for the food to arrive, so it wasn't that. It was their complete lack of awareness regarding food allergies and how to substitute or work with them. I even notified them ahead of time about the allergies and also advised the Concierge, yet the staff and kitchen seemed to be almost caught off guard when I mentioned it. For instance, because the dressing contained something I couldn't have (sesame), they sent three lime wedges instead of a sending a different dressing. For a Four Seasons, that was a disappointing substitution. I then asked for a dressing of some sort and she returned with a small bottle of olive oil. I was not impressed.
Because we had a negative experience several months prior that they were made aware of when I booked this day, I expected this visit to make up for that, and it fell short of expectation. Definitely not a Four Seasons experience.
My advice to the Management is either improve your foodservice training and educate the kitchen and wait staff or don't bother offering meals at all. Both times, the meal has ruined our otherwise enjoyable and relaxing spa experience.

My 3rd time here. I was disappointed at the snacks selection no variety. They also now have a menu I got the Cesar salad, which was dry and chicken breast, which was also dry and served on the side instead of with salad. Pressed fresh juice was good but all meny items over priced for quality. Massage was great but the overall experience at spa was not worth what I spent.

My first spa experience and it was super amazing! Staff was very professional and helping during the whole visit.

Very cold welcome. Staff used the change room like a clubhouse, with very loud conversations. Staff very loud when showing new clients around. I wouldn't recommend going to use the facility before your treatment, it wasn't relaxing.

The space feels luxurious and the staff are nice. I got the aromatherapy massage and found it to be relaxing and thorough. The pool and hot tub areas also offered a soothing atmosphere, and the steam bath was clean.

The biggest critique is that, during my visit, one of the other clients was either very drunk or coming down from something they took. It ended my experience on an uncomfortable note, and diffused any of the comfort I previously felt. I know this is something that staff can’t control, but I hoped that someone would intervene and check in on the client.

Arguably the best spa in Toronto. Attentive staff, excellent treatments, beautiful surroundings. Can’t be beat!

Expensive, but worth it. The pools, the lounge area, the food, the services. All top notch.
