Just had the most amazing facial with Leanne! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Best facial, I can’t wait to go back!

I’ve been here many times over the years but recently I’ve been going for the lymphatic drainage massage with Brianne. She’s very friendly and great at her job. I always leave feeling relaxed and clearer as soon as I get off the table. I will be back again.

First and foremost, Katy was Amazing, Friendly, Talented, and did an exceptional service with my Facial, Manicure and Pedicure! Thank you so much Katy on making me feel great.
I had the pleasure on sharing this beautiful experience with my daughter, "Mommy and Me Package" so worth it!

Had a wonderful massage with Brianne, it was relaxing & rejuvenating- exactly what I needed for a stressful day. Also enjoyed a stimulating head massage. Highly recommend both! Clean, lovely space with friendly staff.

Great atmosphere, staff were very friendly. Had a Swedish massage with Kate and she had a great touch!

I don’t recommend the signature facial with extraction. I went there today for the first time and I got a facial and arms massage, the products smell good, but the extraction was the worst, the lady touch for some seconds my nose and that’s what they call extraction. I came home with the same blackheads I went there with. I paid $145 for the worst cleasing ever.

I've been coming to this spa for electrolysis with Beverly for over a year now and I have had nothing but great experiences every time. Beverly is so sweet and does a great job at removing hair in unwanted places. I also had a relaxing facial before and it was amazing! Highly recommend this spa

I was able to get my facial appointment just a day before. Lala used the products that suits my face and gave nice relaxing facial, including massage to arms and legs. Definitely going again for relaxing facial

I was very nervous about getting a facial … I thought my skin was going to breakout. I saw Carina and expressed my concerns and she was nothing but nice and reassured that it wouldn’t happen and nothing did! I love going to see her once a month. She’s so funny and kind - beautiful soul. All the staff are friendly and polite!

Today I had the best facial so far with Carina. Her vibe and energy was beyond what I expected. I work on a high paced environment and she gave me just what I needed to relax! She was nice enough to also massage my hands and arms which were very sore but now I feel like a new woman. Thank you SO much!

My husband and I booked the Indulge Day for Two spa package and it was heavenly! Sara and Brianne did an absolutely phenomenal job with our massages, facials, and pedicures. We felt completely pampered and left feeling extremely relaxed and rejuvenated. It was my husbands first time getting any type of spa treatment and he felt comfortable and relaxed. Would highly recommend Spa in the Village. Bonus that it’s close to amazing shops and restaurants for after!

Spa in the village is a quiet older spa located in downtown Burlington. I had been there previously for the RMT who was off I believe on maternity leave, so I scheduled an appointment with Victoria. I have had many many massages in my life, and found this one to be just okay. She did not know where to apply more pressure or less, and seemed to be either smacking her lips or chewing gum during. Okay fine, not all RMTs are for everyone. But… Towards the end of the massage she was pushing very hard into my skin, I thought with the tip of her fingers by my neck. When she switched sides I could feel her nails digging in to my skin. I was grimacing but figured the massage was essentially over, and thought it was a situation where the nails were not fully breaking the skin- I would never think an RMT would scratch a client’s skin that viciously. However I went to the bathroom after the massage and there was redness/abrasion and scratches on my neck. I have never had this happen with a massage. Obviously I still paid and left, thinking they would fade but the redness only increased and was painful. When I brought this to the spa’s attention with photos their solution was to have the RMT call me and defensively tell me this was normal, the result of muscle stiffness (?) etc. I was very surprised this was the answer to a customer bringing a valid concern forward, and assumed the manager of the spa would probably get in touch. Well she didn’t until I asked again. When she did the response was again this is regular (it’s not) and there was no real apology, it was suggested there was minor irritation, the whole situation was placed on me and I was asked to come in (drive downtown, park, then have a very awkward viewing of my neck?) and somehow prove the scratches in the photos. I have no idea why this would be a response, I would expect a reputable spa would just say “so sorry, that shouldn’t have happened, we are addressing it, thanks” and maybe give a credit for the discomfort and negative experience. The service speaks for itself. This is not the kind of spa I would recommend to anyone I know. There are many other places for RMTs where you will be treated with respect and your comfort and safety will be a priority. I am warning others since we all work hard for our money and when we relax we assume we will be taken care of safely and any concerns will be fairly heard and addressed. That’s not the case here.

A perfect day. Carrina was with me for my full "Indulge Me" package including massage, facial, mani and pedi. She was fun and very talented - creating the perfect atmosphere. It was the greatest relaxing day.

Bought a gift certificate for my sister in law online and was so easy! They sent it directly to her the day of her Birthday. This is her favourite spa and she says it is lovely there.

Had my first facial today with Carina and it was amazing! My skin feels so good and she did a mini massage as well which was so relaxing. Loved it

My husband and I came in today for the couple’s retreat package to celebrate our anniversary. What an incredible experience! We got hot stone massages, facials, pedicures and spent time in the sauna. Every part of our experience was relaxing and enjoyable. Sara and Carina were knowledgable, friendly, kind and professional. Not only did they provide exceptional service, they were also so fun to talk to and made us feel very comfortable. Also, important to note that the spa was very clean and well kept. We will definitely be returning here for other occasions! Would definitely recommend!

1st time going. Had my appointment with Lala, she's amazing. But so was all the staff. Very kind and friendly people. I must say I'll definitely be going back.

Did the couples spa retreat and had an amazing time. Each piece of it was so relaxing, everything was very clean and the vibes were great. Thank you so much Leah and Breanne for making this a magical experience. Will definitely be back for more massages (and that sauna!).

Went here for laser hair removal from a groupon deal I found a couple years ago for my upper lip, most of the time the lady forgot to give me the glasses to protect my eyes until half way through the session. Laser was also set too low and didn’t work unfortunately.

Just had such a great first experience at this spa with the Mother to Be package. Lala was incredible and gave me the most relaxing massage I’ve ever had. I’m 9 months pregnant and rarely comfortable right now but she made me so comfortable with extra support pillows and the perfect massage techniques. I especially loved how she blended the massage with the facial. The package also included a manicure and pedicure and I left feeling so pampered. Every staff member there is so accommodating and friendly. And it’s in the cutest spot in the village square. This is my new favourite spot and I’ll definitely be back soon! I’m telling everyone I know about it.

I got a facial with Beverly recently and it was an amazing experience. It was so relaxing that I actually ended up falling asleep during my facial. Cannot wait to go back!

I’ve already recommended this place too all my friends and family. The staff is the greatest that you will ever meet at any spot, so friendly and pleasant from the second you walk in. The place is very clean and I was so happy with my day at the spa.this is an excellent spa, definitely recommend it.

I went a while before lockdown. The staff are all super friendly and calming. I had a great experience the one time I went. It is also situated in a really cute spot. I will definitely be returning when I get the chance to!

My husband and I came in for massages and pedicures yesterday. The services and facilities were outstanding, we felt pampered, relaxed and well cared for. Everyone was so accommodating, we had a tiny hiccup with the scheduling of our services however, Spa at The Village went over and above to solve the issue quickly and got us in for our scheduled appointment with enough time to make our lunch reservations. Thank you to the receptionist, manager, and the estheticians, you made our day and we were touched by the extra details you provided. We will certainly be back again!

I went here for my birthday with my friend and had the absolute best time! All the girls there were so welcoming and sweet. I was with Leah and she was the best I could ask for! My skin is extremely sensitive and she took the time to not only figure the right products for my face but offered me to buy them and they have helped my skin tremendously! I will definitely be returning for any spa need I have. Thank you so much Leah!

This was my first time getting any sort of spa package or massage and it was amazing. The staff were all very friendly and accomodating. My girlfriend and I had an excellent time and we will definitely being going back soon!

Carina Marcaccio was absolutely incredible! From the get go she made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I have NEVER had a massage like that and from now on I won’t go anywhere else! She was very professional and truly the entire time I felt I was in another world. I would highly recommend her services, 10/10 experience! The spa itself was super clean and beautiful! Staff was amazing and would go again!

The best spa in Toronto. This is the place to go if you want a relaxing afternoon. Clean, quiet, excellent service, amazing amenities, massage therapists know what they are doing.

Frist time I was at this amazing spa I had a facial with Carina. She was so amazing and new her stuff I left feeling so refreshed and my skin was glowing. Then because of the great experience I had I decided for my husband 50th birthday I would book a couple’s massage. I was so happy to see that Carina was going to be one of the ladies doing them. Frist my husband and I had a sauna the we were taken to a beautiful room were we were treated like a king and a queen. Carina and Beverly took amazing care of us and I couldn’t be more happy.
I will definitely be back and I will definitely be asking for Carina.

I've been to Spa in the Village on a few occasions and always very relaxed and happy with the services I receive.
I had a "Dream Day" at the Spa last week with Carina. I highly recommend her! She pampered me with massage oils, excellent massage techniques, a lovely facial, mani & pedicure (this was a gift from my bf)
Carina took her time, was attentive and definitely made me feel relaxed. She did a great job, I enjoyed myself very much!
This Spa has a very relaxing atmosphere and friendly vibe. I think it's great everything they use is environmentally friendly too.

Itially i gave a 5 as there were not any issues. (For about a year)
Beverly is amazing cannot say enough about her!
More recently their customer service has significantly declined
I left the "spa" feeling angry, unheard and taken advantage of!
I brought it to their attention and the situation was not rectified or even "made right". It is because of that I feel it is necessary to leave this amended review
Providing great service to a "new " customer is nice.
But a customer of 2 years who visits regularly and has an established relationship should be treated just as well if not better.

It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. She is quite knowledgeable and recommended some products to start seeing an improvement over the next few months.

The spa was an amazing experience! The treatment made my back feel amazing. Would definitely do it again. Further, Amanda was incredibly accommodating and extremely friendly

The massage therapists are extremely well trained and courteous. There is a lounge to hang out/relax in and there is a little area where you can sit and have coffee, tea.

I do understand that the building itself is older and there are creaky floors and smaller spaces, however it would be beneficial to invest in some kind of sound-proofing as you can hear all of the walking and talking that is happening outside of the rooms. The rooms, at least the one that my fiance and I were in, was very cramped with two massage beds in it. It was difficult to fully relax because every once in a while I would feel the therapists trying to walk through the very tight gap and bumping my arms or the table and causing it to shake.

Cathy and Carina were excellent, they really helped the make our morning unforgettable, overall it was an amazing experience and we will be back again!

My facial was so much more! It was like a mini massage very relaxing experience. Jennifer was very knowledgeable on facial care. I will recommend my friends for this "Signature Facial and Pedicure, Manicure".

Recently I was suffering from stress due to work and home life, I could not for the life of me sleep at night. My mind was always racing. I contacted Tiffany at Let it Heal and asked if Bowen would help with this as meditation, and sleep aids where not helping.
After just one treatment, I was able to sleep all night through. Thank you Tiffany.

Gillian is an EMT there and I see her twice a month. I'm pregnant and have been having some difficulties with movement, tight muscles and a sore back. She has made such a huge difference since going to see her.

The spa itself is beautiful and cosy. The rest of the staff are always friendly and engaging.

I just love coming here. The staff is amazing, the quality of services is above expectations. I've had appointments with Jennifer and Lala, they are both wonderful. I've gone with my fiance for a couples massage, and went myself for a birthday Signature Facial and Swedish massage, so far.
I highly recommend Spa in the Village for your pampering needs!

Our second time going and we enjoyed our selves more then the first time. Showed up early and had 45 minutes in the sauna, nice shower then a 1 hour swedish massage followed by a half hour foot detox.

5 stars sums it up, wouldnt bother going anywhere else in GHA.

This was not a relaxing experience. We booked a couples massage which included sauna and a pedicure. It was very disorganized when we arrived. We were brought to our room for the massage but never given clear instructions. They tried to enter the room, while we were still undressing, without knocking before hand. The massage was not good. We could also hear, employees in the hall talking and laughing. It was very loud and not tranquil.

We were brought to the sauna room after and again given no instructions. We saw a timer on the sauna so we guessed that's how long we had. We were wrong. The employee came back after about 20min while we were still undressed. She seemed insistent that we come out and argued with us when we asked about the timer. This was so unprofessional and bizarre.

The pedicure started out ok but was on a whole not very relaxing. Very loud again. They tried to use a hot wax treatment at the end of the pedicure which I found very uncomfortable as it burned. They argued with me to use it and seemed annoyed that I refused the treatment and removed my foot from the hot wax. It was infuriating.

We left more stressed out and angry at the money we had spent for such a disappointing time. We were also amazed when we were paying as we left to find out that the person looking after us was the spa manager! Would not recommend.

The spa was an amazing experience! I got the hot stone massage from Amanda. She was very friendly, attentive and made great conversation. The treatment made my back feel amazing. Would definitely do it again. Further, Amanda was incredibly accommodating and extremely friendly. She made you feel like a celebrity. Will definitely be back.

It’s very clean, has warm staff and several treats. I received a gift card for green peel and facial. I could see the benefits it has for my skin so I will plan to have this facial as my regular facial from now on.
