My visit was amazing. The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. I was there for a manicure, which was great, but I had so many questions about other treatments. The staff answered all my questions and even spoke from personal experience. If I lived closer this would be my regular spa.

I want to begin by saying this spa is most relaxing and friendly one I have ever been to. Right when you walk in you are greeted and offered water/coffee. The employees are all in a good mood and it really offers up for a pleasant experience. I did not feel rushed at all even though I was a little late for my appointment. I got the new TED hair treatment done for hair loss/ thinning of the hair. The girl that did the treatment for me (Alicia) really explained it thoroughly and made the experience that much better. I am a person that cares a lot about how I feel at any place I go to more than the treatment I am getting done sometimes and this place is the perfect fit for me. I like when things are explained to me and I’m the type of person to have a lot of questions and Alicia had all the answers and did not seem flustered at all. I definitely will be recommending to friends and family.

Amazing! The services is really good! I get my facials, threading, wax services, nails as well as some Medical services done at Spa Lumina. The ladies here are Amazing! I got recommendations to go here and they all are such Angels, so welcoming the spa itself is super clean and they are all very hygienic. I been going almost 2 years and I couldn’t feel more comfortable, safe and beautiful!

I had my first spa experience today and got a manicure/pedicure/eyebrow wax. Alicia is absolutely amazing. She knows what she’s doing, she’s vibrant, funny, kind, and possesses a great sense of humour. I would come back again just to have a chat with her. I definitely recommend this place it is very clean, aesthetically pleasing, and inviting. Worth every penny. I hope Alicia sees this review! Give her a promotion or raise it’s well deserved.

This is my first review I have ever posted. I feel I should share this information so no one else gets scammed. I did a laser treatment on my legs for spider veins in 2020. I just assumed the treatment didn’t work on me. The treatment was $400. I recently found out after meeting with a doctor that specializes in vein removal that a laser treatment 100% would not work on the spider veins I have on my legs and only injectables would work which this spa doesn’t offer. I saw their “doctor” who should have known this if he had any education on veins. They took my money knowing that this treatment wouldn’t work for me. I would never do any treatments here as they are not honest.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They offer lots of great services. I always enjoy my appointments. Would definitely recommend.

When I considered getting Botox for the first time, there was no doubt in my mind I was going to Spa Lumina. I have been following Dr. Gandhi and his work there for almost 15 years, and knew he was the Doctor I was going to trust with this journey.

The staff were extremely knowledgeable when I called to inquire about booking. That step alone made me feel at ease about booking an appt.

The spa itself is beautiful and serene and a most relaxing environment. I was actually given a tour of their newly renovated spa while I waited for my appt to begin. The staff were warm and welcoming and it was nice of them to take the time to show me around.

Dr. Gandhi is a gentle and calming presence but very articulate and confident in his knowledge about the product and procedure. He was open about answering my questions and I was impressed at how honest he was about the commitment I was making. I didn’t feel pressure to receive the treatment if I wasn’t ready.

The next day I was pleasantly surprised when I received a follow up email from the staff. They were checking in on how I was and were friendly and prompt in answering my questions.

I’m happy with my treatment and saw more results than I thought I would the first time!

I am happy I made the decision to have my medical spa treatments with the experienced and knowledgeable staff at Spa Lumina and highly recommend them!

Had an appointment for the Clarifying facial last night and I can definitely say they did a fantastic job! I went in with a breakout, and I was taking well care of. Everyone from the receptionist, to the esthetician was very kind, and ensured that I had great service done. I definitely recommend, and will be coming back for sure!

Dr Ghandi and his staff are wonderful. They are very professional and yet very warm and welcoming. I find them to be accommodating, informative and helpful. They are down to earth and compassionate. I have always had an exceptional experience at Spa Lumina. I recently had a Fire and Ice Facial with Megan which was incredible. Megan was professional, knowledgeable and very skilled at delivering this treatment. She made sure the entire spa experience was so relaxing and enjoyable. My skin felt amazing and there was a notable difference afterwards. I highly recommend this service and will definitely be returning for this treatment again. I have also had laser hair removal treatments with Renee and I cannot say enough good things about this service. There is no comparison to the dozens of ineffective laser treatments that I have had previously over the years. They were painful and didn’t work. Spa Lumina use the highest quality laser that is virtually pain free and actually works. My hair is gone for good. Renee is so professional and skilled at delivering this service and always makes me feel at ease. I am so thrilled with the results.

I moved to the Barrie area a year ago and had been continuing to drive to the spa I used in Whitby. After doing some research, I decided to try Spa Lumina for a manicure and pedicure to see if I would be happy with the service. I was very pleased. Megan was professional, organized and friendly. My manicure lasted 2 weeks (shellac) and my pedicure still looks good 4 weeks later.
I have returned to the spa since and plan to try the Oxygeneo facial as soon as possible.
I am excited to see how the spa will transform once their renovations are complete. I think separating the spa from the medical services will be fantastic.
So very happy to have found a great spa in my new community.

I had been to quite a few consults in regards to getting Juvederm but was always left feeling like I didn't have all the information I needed to make an informed decision and I always felt pressured in to other areas being done, aside from my main concern of tear trough fillers. When I first saw Dr. M. S. Gandhi he was extremely informative and explained the procedure, side effects, and outcomes with me in great detail. I felt confident I was in good hands. I had frequent appointment reminders from the staff, which was very helpful. Everything went smooth and I would 100% recommend.

I had my first facial at Spa Lumina. I absolutely loved it. They performed extractions on my skin to clear up my acne. I had a peaceful and relaxing experience. Best place for fillers, botox, juvederm if you want a natural look. Actual doctors who know what they are doing and will not give you more injections then you need and are honest with you.if you want a super fake/plump look you will need to go somewhere else.the cost is fair and they have great deals every few months.also the receptionist/ administrator is extremely nice and helpful, plus she remembers your name when you come in to make you feel welcome

When you walk into the spa you are greeted by their professional and friendly staff each and every time! The atmosphere has a very relaxing, professional vibe. They have specialty hot drinks, water and cookies available to their clients.

They take their time to make sure their quality of work is never compromised! I find it so relaxing that I end up falling asleep during the process. The technicians are extremely professional and genuinely friendly. Many technicians complain about their work but not these ladies. I truly believe they love doing what they do.

When I leave I’m greated again by their staff sending me off for my day.

I have been going to Spa Lumina for years. I absolutely love and strongly recommend Dr. Gandhi and Dr. Kentz. They are kind, understanding and very professional. Whether you go for botox, fillers, laser treatment etc,
remember they are doctors you can trust with these services. BTW they are not sales people! They will always recommend the minimum as you can always add more if needed.
Besides that, the Spa's services especially facials are fabulous!

I had the pleasure of having an Oxygeneo facial with Christine at Spa Lumina. The treatment was AMAZING! Christine answered the questions I had and was very knowledgeable about the benefits to my skin. I was very comfortable throughout the treatment and the spa made the experience one I can't wait to go back for! You must try it!

My first visit was through a Groupon voucher for a facial. Always a little worried about the first visit and what to expect. I am now on my 3rd visit and booked another. The Spa is beautiful, clean, lots of parking, open, bright and inviting. The staff are amazing, always cheerful, smiling and have offered me lots of advice. They have also bent over backwards to accommodate me and my crazy schedule. The treatments I have received are wonderful (fire & Ice, microdermabrasion, TriPollar, OxyGeno) and the consultation with Dr. Gandhi was pleasant and informative.
