Spa On The Twenty

If you need a quite, lovely and welcoming place to get away, this is the right place for you. Away from the niose and chaos of the city. Service is first class, environment is calming. I visited in December and its one of the best places I have been to. Members of staff are friendly and helpful, the wine tasting room is decent, the rooms are pampering.

Beautiful Hotel, we were there for a wedding and I could not believe how rude and untrained the bar staff was. One particular individual named Austin gave me the middle finger while serving at the bar, I caught it on camera and contacted management about his behaviour. Employee’s like Austin need further training on customer service or not be working where they can engage with patrons. You would not expect a hotel of such beauty to be hiring individuals like this. If management does not deal with this I will be posting the video of Austin’s inappropriate behaviour, I will upload the link in this review at a later date with an update on how this was handled. Disappointed.

Beautiful location and very sweet staff. We stayed in the wine makers cottage for our wedding night. The room was beautiful, vintage and very boutique style. Some window coverings were broken and none of the windows had screens, but otherwise everything was incredible.

Inn on the Twenty was the perfect venue for our dream wine country wedding! We had our ceremony outdoors at the Escarpment site at Cave Spring Vineyard and booked the Windows on the Twenty room for our reception. The fall colours of the Escarpment and the vineyard provided the perfect backdrop for our ceremony and photos. Rachel (the Special Event Manager assigned to our wedding) and the team at the Inn truly brought our vision to life and accommodated all of our requests. Rachel was professional, knowledgeable and very responsive throughout the entire planning process and kept everything running smoothly during our wedding! Not only was the venue beautiful and the staff incredibly helpful, but the food was exceptional. It was also lovely to be able to stay onsite with our family and friends and simply walk across the street to our beautiful suite at the end of a magical night. We highly recommend booking your wedding with Inn on the Twenty!

Lovely one night stay! Decor inside is a little dated but the bed is incredibly comfortable. Service was super friendly at check in and they made certain that we had everything we needed. Will definitely be back.

We stayed at Inn on The Twenty for our wedding and had our wedding reception there in early August. From the moment we chose the venue the team at the Inn on The Twenty was fanatic in making sure everything came together on the big day exactly the way we had envisioned it. Rachel Golob was our coordinator and was super responsive to all questions and a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process. All of our guests loved the food and service they got during the wedding. Those who stayed at the hotel, including myself and husband, loved the rooms. I highly recommend the Inn on The Twenty for a beautiful hotel stay and for weddings. The venue truly exceeded our expectations.

My review is for the restaurant at Inn on the Twenty. I called on a Monday to reserve for a big group (15 people) for a very special milestone birthday in which they even offered me a private dining room and the very next day I got an email from them saying that they cannot accommodate us anymore and that there was a mix up and that their “booking system” was down. The invites were already sent out and had to redo the whole event which was really hard to find a place on a Saturday last minute to accommodate 15 people. I was very disappointed in this and it really messed up this special event. Whatever you do if you are making a reservation here, confirm twice maybe three times with them to make sure they can accommodate you because they are not reliable.

As a wedding venue, I would give this a perfect 5 stars! I had my reception here in the Valley View Room in early Aug, 2022. The experience from start to finish was smooth and stress free. Our coordinator Rachel was responsive, friendly and very accommodating. The venue itself is gorgeous with views overlooking the escarpment site + an outdoor patio where guests can hang out for fresh air. The food was amazing and we received so many compliments from guests. For reference we served the striploin, seared salmon, penne pasta, white chocolate cheese cake and pizza for the late night snack. The staff were amazing. The servers and bartenders were exceptionally friendly and everyone had such a great time! I highly recommend this venue for a lovely, charming, classy, elegant, wine country themed wedding.

Stayed at the Jordan House which is apart of this location down the street.tge staff the 1st day were great on checking out the 2nd day wrll she needs to rethink her career move.no communication no eye coneact.disrespectful.

Great little hideaway on the Twenty! Very spacious and well appointed suites make this a nice peaceful getaway! The area could benefit with a few more amenities, but it has nice trails and farms within the wine region. Great for relaxation!

The staff have thought carefully about every detail in the room to make it a luxurious experience for guests. Strong attention to detail. Clean. The outside garden area is a really nice spot for an afternoon tea time.

We did not stay at the Inn but went for lunch. The wine was excellent and so was the service + views. The 3 entrees that we had were shockingly bad - corn fritters was soggy; pickerel with fries - batter was soggy; fish without seasoning and soggy fries. Burger was overcooked and dried along with soggy fries. It was shockingly bad and I wonder who was cooking on August 3…

Spa prices reasonable will try next time.

Wedding Venue- 10/10 Amazing! This venue was absolutely amazing to work with throughout the entire planning process and on the day of. We booked in March 2021 for June 2022 and all of our e-mails/phone calls were answered promptly, and if that contact didn't know the answer right away they found out and got back to us quickly. All of the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. Sharon-Kay and Grace helped us throughout the planning process, and Iowana was there on the day of to make sure everything ran smoothly, and made our wedding perfect:). Plus.the food was mouth watering! All of our guests came up to compliment the food on the night of and in the following days. Seriously, this is the best wedding food my husband and I have ever eaten and we both used to work weddings.

Great staff, attentive to your needs and concerns.

We keep coming back to the coopers cottage. (although the decor could use a bit of an update).

We wanted a place to get away, relax and enjoy a wonderful dining experience we achieved all of those things.was a perfect spot with great staff. We will go back

My stay at Inn on the Twenty was, hands down, the best experience I've had at a hotel in a long time. The room was stunning and immaculately clean. The food I had for dinner and breakfast was fresh and delicious. But, I think what stood out to me the most was how kind and accommodating the staff were. They really made my stay exceptional and I can't wait to stay at this hotel again. I would highly recommend Inn on the Twenty to everyone.

The hotel is dated and pricey for the ammentities they offer. However, the location is picturesque and the restaurant is good.

In the restaurant, our waiter Brian was fantastic - good natured, very helpful with the menu and drink options. He made a gin sour for my wife - who was impressed. Also, all the servers were on the ball when it came to top ups and clearing the table - this is a simple but expert touch!

In regards to the hotel, they have excellent staff and excellent service. In particular their concierge service is top of the line and very quick to respond. The downside for the hotel was mainly the cleanliness - which was surprising and dissapointing. The remote in the room had something sticky on its back and the bathroom had makeup (?) on the counter. Having stayed in many hotels around the world - for this price range - this should not happen.

Hopefully they can improve the aforementioned and update their decor. If these things are remedied then it would improve the experience greatly.

*Note*
The hotel apologized for the cleanliness issues in person and by card. We were given a bottle of VQA wine and $50 off the room. While this was nice - it did fall a bit short considering the overall cost of the stay and the lack of cleanliness in Covid times.

My review dropped from 3 stars to 1 star as I called the number listed in the hotels response. I was told a manager would call me the next day - this never occurred. They do not care about their customers experiences evidently.

Awesome little getaway. Great hospitality right from check in. Dinner from Inn on the Twenty served to our room was fabulous as was breakfast. Definitely recommend and will be back again.

Very quaint and quiet. Ruins were clean and lots of space in the Hayes Room. Could use a mini fridge though.

Beautiful location. Lots to do in the Niagara region nearby. The restaurant across from the hotel was superb. Soup was so hot when served, I had to let it cool down. We closed the bar. Staff was terrific. Gotta bring my wife back here. A sincere thanks to the staff. You worked tirelessly to make our visit very special. Merry Christmas to all of your staff. Thank you.

Stayed one night at the Inn for 2 birthday celebrations, mine and my dad's.

We had the breakfast and dinner package and both couples stayed in the loft suites.

Dinner was amazing, the steak elated in your mouth, my mumIf I had anything enjoyed her snapper and shrimp.

Service and atmosphere was great.

Breakfast the next morning was plentiful I had the egg benedict and the others had 2 eggs bacon and sausage.

If I had anything negative to say it would be the front desk lady who checked us in. She could improve her skills for sure. We checked in, she didn't explain anything to us, got the keys, and left. My husband and I have been here before on packages so we knew the drill, even so she could have been a little friendlier.

The Inn was perfect and the food was the best in southern Ontario! The service was spectacular. I highly recommend the Foie Gras. My mouth is watering right now! Our server Bryan and our favourite bartender were fantastic!

My husband and I recently visited for the first time; celebrating a milestone anniversary. We could only get away for one night but coming here felt like a truly relaxing escape! Love the convenience of the restaurant across the street. The food and service was excellent for both dinner and breakfast - also loved the variety available on the menus. The view from the restaurant really is incredible! Rooms were spacious and comfortable. I appreciated the good linens and details of sanitation in these Covid-times. We felt very comfortable, staff made everything easy for us, and we look forward to returning!

Covid has made travel difficult but the Inn has made it all very safe. What a beautiful setting. The room was spacious and quiet. The king size bed was enormous! They made our whole experience perfect.

We had the meal and hotel special. What a deal! There were NO restrictions on the meal menu for supper or breakfast. What a lovely surprise that was. It seemed like most people had the same package and what a deal. Only regret was we had to leave. We will see you soon.

Beautiful older hotel, no elevator, but a lift is present. Very accommodating staff eager to help in any way.

Such a quaint hotel! Loved the loft room. Staff was attentive and excellent service. Enjoyed our meal out on the patio. The only negative was the fireplace wasn't working in our room (suite 6).

Celebrated a 31st wedding anniversary here. The accomodations were comfortable, clean and elegant with our access to a small garden terrace a fantastic plus! Evening and breakfast meals were some of the best culinary indulgences we have had over this Covid time. The dining room has a breathtaking view over the escarpment which would be incredible no matter the season. A great escape!

A beautiful place to visit. It's even better if you can stay a couple nights. The people, the service, the room, the food.everything was delightful. Jordan Village is definitely our new go to destination when we visit Niagara again. It's 5 stars.

Stayed at the Inn on the Twenty yesterday and found the Inn lovely. Bed was extremely comfortable and our bathroom was huge! Only 2 complaints: As the weather was cool last night tried to turn on the fireplace to no avail. Called down to the front desk, left a message and still this morning did not get a return phone call. Went down to front desk in person, she told me what to do, which was to turn up the fireplace thermostat up to 30 degrees and the fireplace should kick in once it reaches that temp.and will start right away. We turned up the thermostat to 30 degrees last night around 6p.m. And still this morning, no fire in the fireplace. Second issue, was trying to book a massage at the spa. Called front desk, said they would connect me, did, but no one answered. Went down to spa directly to book it in person. Spa was closed. Sign said open till 5: 00, and I was there 3: 45 p.m. Asked front desk what happened to the spa, and she said oh they must have closed early. Was left a little disheartened and disappointed that very little effort was made to reply to messages or have other accommodations offered when spa closed an hour and 15 minutes before closing time.

My wife and I spent our honeymoon here and overall it was a pleasant experience exploring the town and wineries in the surrounding area. Realistically, most of the time spent on a holiday like this is spent sparingly in the hotel itself, which is why I feel like the price point at around five hundred dollars per night is a little much considering the lack of extremities and wasted space on the first floor which boasted no reason to stay there. Everything we used was on one floor. At a typical air B and B you would have the ability to stream movies, here, they don’t even offer full cable to watch a movie after a long day of excursions, and aside from the location itself, it offers nothing more than a standard hotel like Delta or Marriott except for a particularly exceptional restaurant well worth the price, but not so much when paired with the accommodations. The staff were incredibly friendly, and you won’t find a rude employee. However, there is no pool or sauna and the spa is just massage therapy in a separate building. I don’t feel that it was worth it, but that’s a personal opinion.

Our stay was the most incredible and most memorable experience to spend our first week of our honeymoon at the Inn on the Twenty. We stayed the Cooper's cottage, where they had a lovely spacious room with vintage accents all over. Also, had a private patio all to ourselves! Breakfast and a 3 course dinner included in our hotel package. It couldn't get any better than this!

Very loyal stuff and amazing customer service. Shopping right next door and so close to hiking trails, markets and wineries. Thank you so much!

I chose The Inn as a special get away for my wife’s birthday and I wasn’t disappointed. The room, a ‘Premium King’, which I believe is their standard, entry level room was very large and beautiful. That and the hotel itself gave and extra special and luxurious feeling, exactly what you want for a couples get away. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. We had dinner here the first night, which I would highly recommend, the quality of the dining experience was top notch. The breakfast though was not of the same quality.it was ok, just more diner level than next level exquisite level as dinner was and as I was expecting of this kitchen. We also went to the spa. It was also very nice. The facilities are elegant and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend The Inn. It really feels like a hidden gem and oasis when compared to NOL, which is too overrun and busy. In contrast, this place feels like a boutique Inn, located near beautiful restaurants (RPM), wineries and the conservative area which is a must for hiking. The only down side are the loud in-room ACs and the pillows. I would definitely recommend this place and will return. Just bring ear plugs and your favourite pillow and prepare to relax.

Food was OK. Charcuterie board was very small for price. Waitress was not overly friendly. Best spend your money elsewhere.

Lovely outdoor setting, small menu, food nicely prepared and plated. The weak point, felt unwelcome and the service was reluctant, to say the least! I can't recommend it as a pleasant experience!

The "upgraded" cottage was anything but and the service we received when having an an issue with our restaurant over charge was deplorable. The first person we spoke to did not want to even try to help and then on a later attempt and leaving a message no one got back to us. For what is supposed to be a luxury hotel brand there service is anything but. I should note we did a key drop off for checkout due to COVID and did not see the over charge until receiving our receipt by email.

Stayed at the Inn on the Twenty hotel & had room service for dinner & breakfast which was included in their March break special. We had a loft room which was so neat! Nice sitting area, a full bathroom upstairs and a powder room on the main level & mini fridge. A bottle of Riesling from Cave Springs Winery was also included & in our room upon arrival. The service was quick and very friendly. We were offered vegan options for our meals; food was hot, quality & delicious. We absolutely loved our stay & would highly recommend to any couple for a night away.

Nice and spacious rooms. Everything was explained on cleaning process for Covid-19. They also had a digital concierge to minimize contact, which was very helpful. The service was also great, and I would highly recommend staying here.

Had lunch here and was really disappointed as it was supposed to be a treat for our guests. Really bad service, average food, very overpriced and the acoustics are not great! View is nice only if you are sitting by the window, otherwise nothing special.

I can only speak the highest praises the the staff at the Inn of the Twenty! I attended as a guest for a wedding, the staff were all incredible! The staff pay attention and commit themselves to be active and attentive to all guests. I had a particularly terrific experience with Adam, our server who was attentive, incredibly polite, well spoken and a delight in general. I recommended this place for wedding receptions and any event from the terrific experience I had as a guest!

One of the best hotel experiences I have had in the Niagara Region/ Winery Area. The check in was friendly and the staff was hospitable. The services were first class, the room was immaculately clean and the food was sooo amazing and flavorful. The food was similar to the Keg but higher quality, like Master Chef quality and perfect portions. They have a nice spa, restaurant and bakery on site, along with little shops across from the hotel with nice small town feel (hat, jewelry, soap/body shop, men's clothing shops). The package included breakfast (main and coffee, tea or juice) and dinner (starter, main and dessert, drink for each adult), for each night. Overall it was a wonderful experience and would definitely return for another occasion with my husband.

Our experience at the Inn On The Twenty was 5 star start to finish. Quality of the room. Quality of the service. Quality of the food. Level of privacy. The ambiance. The location. You name it, it was all high level. Some may not appreciate the lack of things to do in the evenings, however if you're like us, that on its own was a welcomed atmosphere. Can't wait to return!

My husband and I have been coming back here every year for our anniversary-3 years in a row so far. The staff are amazing and we love the packages that they offer. The hotel has taken every precaution to make sure everyone is safe. The suites are beautiful and the service is amazing! We even booked for next year! We can’t wait to come back!

So grateful to Inn On The Twenty for making my parents 60th anniversary truly special. The room was beautiful. Fireplace area super cosy. They had left a special chocolate bar with card wishing them well. Everything was spotless. We had dinner there, and it was beyond delicious. Melt in your mouth scallops. Local produce and perfectly cooked halibut + steak. Cute desserts. The view over the escarpment was stunning. The staff all wore masks in the restaurant and hotel (except one guy at reception, though he was behind a plastic shield, I would have preferred if he were also wearing a mask to protect my elderly parents). We did a wine tasting at Cave Springs that was also wonderful.and how convenient that it's literally across the street? ! It was the perfect place to share their special day, and I'm deeply grateful to all the staff who made it that way. The only very minor disappointment was that my mom had seen there was a jacuzzi in each room, and was really excited to use it, but we got a shower only instead. Still it was a very fancy shower. But worth mentioning, in case you really want the tub, be sure to specify.

Our stay here was great. Starting with check-in where Tristan was so helpful in getting us the best suite! Everybody was respecting the physical distancing rules and wearing masks. Included in our package was a three course dinner and breakfast in the morning. The dinner was amazing and Ioana did her best in recommending us these great dishes (the seared foie gras, the scallops, beef tenderloin and the Atlantic halibut and a nice Chardonnay that went well with them!). All in all a great experience!

Booked the Summer Lovin' package for our anniversary. The service and food were outstanding. We wanted to catch the fourth quarter of the Raptors game so they brought our dessert to our room. Anytime I needed something I could text them and they responded quickly and courteously. Stayed in the Vintage Room and everything was spotless. They certainly take COVID safety seriously. Highly recommended!

We stayed for 2 nights and were pleasantly surprised. The front desk staff is friendly and always available to get the things you need. Ivy, the concierge, is quick to text you and respond. Due to covid, there was no turn down or daily cleaning service, but anything you require is available via Ivy or front desk. Our room was very big and very clean. No e big bathroom and very plush robes and slippers. There restaurant is right across the street. Very good visit and would definitely stay again.

We didn't have an appointment and were seated right away in a preferred spot. The service was excellent. Our lunch was delicious. They have a wide variety on their wine list. We had a lovely afternoon.

We stayed here for one night on July 2nd. We felt very safe from the moment we checked in. Everything had been sanitized although we did extra sanitize it. There was sanitizer evident and present in all common areas as well as in the room hallways. One way arrows amd friendly helpful staff. Delicious food and friendly staff. Would recommend!

First time here, and it was a great experience! Brunch was still available, but we decided to order off the lunch menu. Both of us had the burger and a glass of delicious Cave Springs Rose. Had coffee and shared a dessert of bread pudding, which was as good as the the best burger I have ever had! Food was EXCELLENT, venue is really nice, service was fantastic. Overall a 10+ experience and a great place for a lovely lunch!

I can’t say enough about their hospitality. Truly a beautiful place. Don’t know if the same staff is still there but when we were there last June 2019 they truly took care of us! Long story short? My sister had a nightmare wedding at megalomaniac and Inn on the Twenty stepped up and tried their best to alleviate last minute stress

Tastefull Hotel with very attentive staff. Bathroom fixtures were lowbrow and some maintenance was a bit past prime. Exterior hardware failure. Yet overall a very warm inviting place

Absolutely a place I would recommend to my friends. We came for lunch, our server is very professional, and explain the menu to us a bit to help us decide. Food is nice and fresh, homemade bread is delicious. Lovely plating and great portion size. Window view is amazing!

Went for a Alcon Contact Lens dinner on November 25th. One of the best dining experiences I have had in the region in YEARS! Darius and the rest of the servers were exceptional. What a gem of a location. Looking for an excuse to go back sooner then later.

A fabulous place, with excellent food, wonderful and efficient staff, and a welcoming atmosphere.
My friend enjoyed her Beef Bourguinon thoroughly and I relished my Potato Leek soup and Halibut entree.
In the middle of the Niagara fruit belt, the dessert of strawberries and vanilla sponge capped off the meal with panache.
An amazing place to share an intimate supper.

We love this place. The staff is supper friendly and helpful, the rooms are great, and if you're doing the Bench wineries, the location is perfect.
