Terrible customer service from the woman with the hard face that works there, I believe her name is Tiffany. Absolutely disgusting presence and attitude, customers have actually boycotted this business because of her. Also when different chefs are working the food quality fluctuates from great to disgusting and sloppy and they are ‘not allowed to disclose’ who the chef is. Regardless of the chef the food quality is to be maintained to keep customer satisfaction. Any business person knows that. If they knew the quality was consistent they would definitely disclose the chef everytime. Ming is the only one that knows how to cook in this business.

Alot of sketchy characters, would not bring kids to eat here even during day time. Food has progressively gotten worse since pandemic. Before was really good. Rice seems microwaved and dry, my white wine was room temp. Escovich was dry as well, like it was overheated. Needless to say will not go back. The service for the most part is ok, nice waitress.

Surprised the place was empty on Friday at 8pm.
Place was clean and very open concept.we order deep fry chicken and shrimp wonton. It was pretty nice with its spicy hot sauce.

Will come back to try its lunch special.

Great vibe. Went to a Bollywood party hosted here. Had so much fun. Staff is nice and friendly. Lighting is awesome.

Last time I ordered the service was OK food pretty good. Today wow so disappointed. Did not follow any instructions I sent. And the oxtail had a funny taste and the rice and closlaw was very bland and was mostly all bones no meat. The wings were under cooked but a nice hot sauce. The salt fish fritters were great like usual. But I was really disappointed with the star dishs. The festival is great but sadly they forgot my oxtail gravy to dip it in bit I guess with the strange flavor of the oxtail it was a good thing. Please try and be more attentive to instructions.

Certified customer service. Chief food is amazing, server professional everything went as planned. The atmosphere is so relaxing and enjoyable. I stayed a little later for the club atmosphere the security attentiveness and safety is flawless. I recommend Spades ️ Bar and Lounge. 5 stars.

Best restaurant in markham! The jerk chicken taste great + the bartenders are all friendly and nice.

I have never experienced such bad customer service. The bartender on a Tuesday night was sooooo rude. Working in this industry i do not understand how she makes her tips. Never coming here again.

By the time i went there the place looks good but for me it was not that much. Generally it is a place to look around!

This place is inviting, open and clean. Had the jerk chicken lunch special. The portion is very generous and delicious. You should give it a try.

Restaurant is huge and the vibes are always good. You can’t get better jerk chicken for the price as their Lunch Special Jerk comes out to like 10 bucks. Their hot sauce is also delicious, super underrated spot in scarborough.

Special mixed fried rice with chicken on top. Fantastic. Oh and the mussels are amazing. If the music is playing, it's loud but when they got the hip hop playing it's all good.

I normally have a great time at spades but there has been a new face there. Young lady with long black weave/wig. I went there yesterday with a friend who has cancer and she was rude the whole time while serving us and normally the bartenders are amazing, customers service is great everything but NOT yesterday. I just felt so disrespected and I really do regret even going there yesterday and probably won't be going back for awhile. Her attitude has completely turned me off.

Very good food for the price. Nice that they have Stag and Carib beer definitely look forward to spending a Friday evening here

Not recommended. Poor customer service. She was not ready to take the order, going back even without listening to the whole order, and had to call several times. Never going back

They really need to work on their bartenders, working the crowd better and more consistency with serving their patrons in a timely manner. Aside from that, music is always great and the vibes are bless. When you venture to a chill spot, its great to keep the same company.

What can say but absolutely incredible! Great food, big portions, friendly service, the vibes are chill af and most importantly the price is right! Well deserved 5 star rating!

I was very enthusiastic about this place, the reviews are wonderful…but I ordered dinner last night from here and I must say, it was not good. The oxtail was very salty and swimming in a pool of grease and gravy mixed with rice and cole slaw juice, eww. And the plantains were very very dry and bitter. Far from the taste of plantains I know. All in all, I won’t try it again.

Was stuck between 2 dinner choices, was recommended the chow mein. The chicken. So so so tender and flavourful. If I'm ever up in that area again I'd definitely be stopping by to order dinner here

Went in for the first time today as the lunch special sign outside caught my eye. Ordered the Jerk chicken with rice & to my surprise it came with coleslaw. Absolutely delicious! Will be back for more

Food is great, not a busy spot now. But usually close to mall and shopping areas. Drop in for a beer. Something to eat.

Good food and good music to dance to. They got dance floor outside. I guess they would have dance floor inside as well. Nice place to go to.

Waited over 30 mins for a takeout order that they said would only take 10mins. Was not happy with that but the food that I ordered was very tasty so that madeup for the wait.

Love love love their chicken soup, pepper shrimp and chicken wings. The owner is a great guy and ensures you are well taken care of. Music is on point, Wednesdays are Soca nights!

Bar seating is limited, so don't come with a large group and become a fire hazard. There's only a row of seats with the passageway behind!

The resturant was relaxing. I went there to play pool and have a few drinks. Someone who was with us baught curry goat and it was good. And they had keroke so it was a chilled out spot

Not much of a variety on the menu. The place has big banners outside advertising what they're lunch specials are, but when I go inside to order only one special is available.
I did order the jerk chicken special they had available, and it was decent but could have added a bit more gravy with the rice.

After passing this place many times I decided to go in and buy a dinner. Ok first and last that's all I'll say

Great food and some drink specials. The lounge area has two pool tables and lots of seating. Recently opened up a small patio. Club events take place on certain days where you can enjoy their dancefloor and also get bottle service. Would recommend providing more drink specials to attract a bigger crowd.

Honestly the ladies are great but never have a I ever gotten a poutine this small especially for that price I tipped for nothing I would suggest checking your food before you leave the portion for my poutine would barely fill a child

My sister and I came from another city to this place and the energy was great! Nice staff only thing is too much reggae not a mix of other music.
