Spanky's Downtown Pub & Patio

Been there before had great times but since a year now I have not gone but few weeks ago I went had 4 beers and all of a sudden the owner was like "nope sorry" aswell ride to me infront of other people making me feel embarrassed as well was not drunk nor tipsy but left the bar to spend my money somewhere else.
No really a classy or cool casual pub or place or whatever you call it lost a customer oh well people come and go. Nice knowing you spankys cheers have a good 2021

The drink selection is adequate and the staff are often friendly and pleasant.

The one star is for the male customers that constantly harrass you, especially if you're by yourself and not a man. I'm a completely uncomfortable to spend any time here whatsoever.

The washroom doors do not close which means especially during busy times, people will walk in on you.

Other more woman/femme/trans-friendly locations around is the Twisted Wheel (which has better mixed drinks, and preferable if you want to get away from the 20-something university crowd). Harassment is much less tolerated bere.

Spanky's is probably ideal for you if you're a bro that wants cheap beer.

One of my favorite places to go in Peterborough. Great people good music and there's dart boards which makes me very happy

This is for the food from wildside at spankys. Best unique burgers around. I eat here every week.

Great atmosphere, bar staff may not know how to make all the fancy drinks but they do a great job and make sure you are enjoying your time there. Looking forward to being there again.

Happiest place on earth <3 I wish every bar could be this great. They have the most welcoming staff and the patrons create a very friendly and inclusive atmosphere.

They would have gotten a higher review but me and my boyfriend went to go there on Friday night as we usually do, and the bouncers or whatever you wanna call them got incredibly aggressive, putting their hands in my face and saying we couldn't come in, making accusations that were false and were all around just incredibly rude. Probably won't be going again.

Was asked if I want drugs more then once my daughter who was with me for a drink was told to get rid of the old man if she wanted to have good time. Left after one drink.

The addition of the “Wild Side at Spanky’s” has elevated a great place from being the go to for a cold one to “THE place to be. Period. “ great food. Great staff. Great service. Cold drinks. Parking right there. What’s not to love?

Walk in on a Thursday night in the Christmas season and you’ll see a very rowdy crowd. Nice server, do happy there was darts. Locals were great.

Really cute and has darts, but very small. However the bartender was extremely nice and hardworking!

I spent my evening at the Nextdoor listening to Lauryn MacFarlane sing. The entertainment and the bartender were amazing and the atmosphere was fantastic. The bartender was very friendly and nice, suggesting different beverage choices and explaining their content. It is definitely my bar of choice!
