I worked here and can say you definitely don’t want to hire them. We are paid commission so the faster we do the work the more we’re able to make. This leads to constant skipping of windows. It’s not even the employees fault for skipping as this is really the only way to make a liveable wage with how low jobs are priced. It all starts with management trying to rip employees off and trickles down to employees ripping off customers. Pay the little bit extra and get a company that actually cares. You really will get what you pay for.
